    @SkyHelpTeam We do this on a daily basis! My wife is practically a sky engineer! Self taught. There’s no signal so it says. We rang to get help as all we normally do fails. You then pied us off on the phone for not being high priority

    @SkyHelpTeam The Sky Glass system is a steaming pike of ****. Picture quality is poor, sound keeps going, TV switches its self off , lip sync keeps failing. It would be nice to get some help but you don't care about your customers.

    @SkyHelpTeam It seems to be working now. It's a terrible quality picture though through the red button on the TV. Was told it was going to be improved about 2 years ago but it hasn't.
