    @SkyHelpTeam It’s awful we pay a top price for fibre. It’s constantly dropping out. I’ve just watch the football on Amazon prime on my Apple TV box and it was like being back in the 2g days buffering all the time or completely cutting out.

    @SkyHelpTeam We do this on a daily basis! My wife is practically a sky engineer! Self taught. There’s no signal so it says. We rang to get help as all we normally do fails. You then pied us off on the phone for not being high priority

    @BurtBackache @Luk3________ @SkyHelpTeam I mean no one else has really bothered to make a service near to Sky’s offering have they? You may look at that as a monopoly but BT and Virgin both have the resources to create their own offering but chose not to and instead use literal Sky products or NowTV.

If you don’t like the product and can’t handle the odd problem then don’t pay for it - its like someone saying they’re going to punch you, you agreeing and then complaining you were hit
