    Had a call from @SkyUK about our package. Told them we were thinking of leaving as we have broadband and sky box problems and it’s expensive. They offered to transfer me to another department. On hold for 10 mins then they cut me off. Called back and it’s a 20 min wait! Rubbish!

    @SkyHelpTeam That dont answer my question. Im playing for sky sports and watching same programmes over and over. While this happens I don’t think we should be paying for the service

    @SkyHelpTeam Just seen first bill on MySky App and massively overcharged. No help online and phone line cuts me off as billing queries not considered important. Please contact me ASAP. After 2 month delay in set up and 2 engineer visits we’re really disappointed.

    @SkyHelpTeam my dad took out a sky sports package on a promo and now wants to cancel. Unfortunately apparently you can’t use live chat, phone up and when you try to make a complaint it claims it doesn’t recognise the correct details. You call this service?!

    @SkyUK can you tell me if there's a problem with your Internet please. My Internet light is orange on my router, I've followed all the usual, check cable connections, restarted it etc. It's a bit inconvenient right now and has a knock on effect on the TV

    @SkyHelpTeam very disappointed. Had an engineer booked for today. No contact in terms of text or email or phone call to say it had been rearranged. Now my account is saying the 11th. Very poor customer service!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam you charged my mother £50 for an additional sky q mini box for your salesman to conveniently not mention she would need to pay an additional £100 to upgrade her main sky q box which is now standard issue and free for new customers!! Absolutely disgusting!

    @SkyUK Why is the sound mix so atrocious on a lot of your films? Naked Singularity is almost unwatchable as the dialogue is mixed so quietly compared to the music element. Unlistenable on my surround system & that's before the sound dropout issues on SkyQ. Absolutely terrible.

    @SkyHelpTeam 8 to 1 today. We’ve just rang your helpline to be told that your operator who we spoke to yesterday and who booked todays slot, then cancelled the slot!! For someone that is employed in customer support, he has to be one of the most rude and incapable operators I’ve experienced!

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve never been so disappointed in a company. After paying £15 for a weekend engineer to come out, no one shows up!! I’m now waisting my free time waiting for engineers who don’t turn up!! And this is after your operator told us “well take a day off work” 🤬 absolute joke!

    @SkyHelpTeam why do my sky q mini boxes have no picture but my main box is connected and working fine and my mini boxes also say they are connected and have satellite signal. But NO channels are working.. just blank screens 😩

    @SkyHelpTeam A reboot? Is 3 hours a reboot? Is this like when they rebooted Total Recall. To be honest, the husband is considering cancelling as he is far from happy. New box that was fitted and nothing but issues.

    @SkySports Wilder hardly fought anyone of note in the HW division. He thought he could never lose to a fat guy and he’s now been leathered multiple times as he couldn’t move on from it. A hollow champ for years.
