@SkyHelpTeam my dad took out a sky sports package on a promo and now wants to cancel. Unfortunately apparently you can’t use live chat, phone up and when you try to make a complaint it claims it doesn’t recognise the correct details. You call this service?!

@SkyUK can you tell me if there's a problem with your Internet please. My Internet light is orange on my router, I've followed all the usual, check cable connections, restarted it etc. It's a bit inconvenient right now and has a knock on effect on the TV

@SkyHelpTeam Iv done that multiple times. A lot of the time the connection refuses to connect. I think there is an issue with the router. The internet drops out a lot.

@Crocidolite11 @SkyHelpTeam Lost mine yesterday over and over again. Watching SKY on my mini box upstairs. Programme discussing the "typical 80s connection problems" on Treasure Hunt just as my box told me it couldn't show me SKY because of connection issues. Sums it up.
