@SkyHelpTeam Iv done that multiple times. A lot of the time the connection refuses to connect. I think there is an issue with the router. The internet drops out a lot.

@SkyHelpTeam my dad took out a sky sports package on a promo and now wants to cancel. Unfortunately apparently you can’t use live chat, phone up and when you try to make a complaint it claims it doesn’t recognise the correct details. You call this service?!

@SkyUK can you tell me if there's a problem with your Internet please. My Internet light is orange on my router, I've followed all the usual, check cable connections, restarted it etc. It's a bit inconvenient right now and has a knock on effect on the TV

@SkySports It’s simple, Rodri has gone to close down Martinez. A **** kick from Martinez is headed clear with no intended pass. Mings brings it down without checking his shoulders and loses the ball. Mings’ control of the ball stops the header from the City defender counting as offside

@EmpireStrikesBX @barnett_steve @SkyHelpTeam My solution involved moving the Sky booster somewhere else to avoid interference, and sending the Wi-Fi to each tv via a Powerline through the electricity circuit and hard wiring each with an Ethernet cable. No problems since either.
