    @SkyHelpTeam Having an ongoing problem recently with some of the Sky Sports channels. Now and then I can pick up Main Event, Football and PL but most of the time it’s showing no signal available. Cricket and F1 channels fine.

    @SkyUK @coxgc1975 2/2 About 3 years ago I gave in & had your service installed again. This time I only last about a week before it snowed & we lost all your services for almost 2 days. When I called to complain & get a refund I was told it was tough Sky don’t give refunds when the service is down.

    @DagensMargaret @SkyHelpTeam Thanks, Margaret, I finally got through by clicking on the cancellation option, then I was able to message online, it was a slow process but I got satisfaction in the end with a discount restoring my payments to their previous level so I'm happy with that.
