    @SkyUK pretty appalled at your customer service. No internet for three months, fobed off, been told its a signal issue on the box. Moved the box, changed channel's. Still no improvement. Left to go to another provider. The complaints team have never phoned me back

    So my maintenance company say as I’m getting signal on some channels it’s not a dish problem so they can’t help. So tomorrow it’s back to liaising with @SkyHelpTeam and see if this infuriating and bizarre problem can actually make some progress towards a solution.

    @SkyHelpTeam Having an ongoing problem recently with some of the Sky Sports channels. Now and then I can pick up Main Event, Football and PL but most of the time it’s showing no signal available. Cricket and F1 channels fine.

    @SkyUK @coxgc1975 2/2 About 3 years ago I gave in & had your service installed again. This time I only last about a week before it snowed & we lost all your services for almost 2 days. When I called to complain & get a refund I was told it was tough Sky don’t give refunds when the service is down.

    @SkyHelpTeam An engineer was booked on Sunday when the problem was reported but I still can’t watch Sky tv. Apparently, because it’s an external problem there’s nothing you can do & all I can do is wait. Top customer service

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. I have yes, and re started my phone. It happens every time I try and sign in. Says i'm not connected to a network even though I have internet and wifi all working ok. I always have to re set my password to gain access (password is correct and saved by apple)

    @SkyUK I've have no dial tone on my landline all morning. Tried contacting you on a 25ppm number, and been told that there's a 10 minute wait. A relative called on my behalf, and they were told to use the live chat option, but Sky do not offer this service any more.
