@SkyHelpTeam Yes I did all that several times. I uploaded a few photos and got a few different numbers to call. When the recorded message told me to hang up I did. After the 5th go I stayed on the line and got some more options and eventually I got to speak to someone :)

@SkyHelpTeam @sophb66 It certainly isn’t. It’s a very poor substitute to being able to stream what you want under the thousands of WHOLE series available on ITVX e.g we are watching Doc Martin from the beginning as never see before but only get 2 progs a week atm! ITVX would be whole series on tap.

@SkyHelpTeam An engineer has been booked for NEXT Thursday! Couple of problems with that: I’m a home based worker and I rely on the broadband for phone signal = completely cut off from the world for over a week! But I still have to pay for it!? Not good …

@SkyHelpTeam our sky a mini has never really worked. Pauses, jumps, loses connection consistently. You fitted a booster but it has not helped. No issue with internet as can stream through the tv with no issue. Spending money for nothing. Any ideas?

@SkyUK I was working, but now I can't due to being kicked off of the Internet due to it being "down" There is a green light on the left, orange in the middle, and a green on the right of the router. I've restarted it, turned it off, and back on, but nothing seems to want to work
