@SkyHelpTeam Was told pretty much wait and see. Openreach will then say there is an issue and then send round another engineer to instal a socket. This should of been collated weeks ago when the home move was issued

@SkyHelpTeam So if I call and get told same thing then what? I have to put up with terrible service till contract ends? Im not paying more money. Been with sky 15+yrs and never had issues till now and been treated poorly in my opinion

@SkyHelpTeam any idea why I always face ‘technical’ issues with my SkyQ box at 10pm? Works any other time than at 10pm but around 10 I cannot watch anything. Even recordings.
