Hi @SkyHelpTeam I’ve tried to upgrade my sky broadband for the last few days but it keeps saying ‘technical error’ & to refresh the page. I really want to upgrade to save myself money while still having sky internet which is a great service

@SkyHelpTeam hi all of a sudden subtitles have stopped working on my sky q box. Turning the box off then on at the plug sometimes fixes it but often doesnt. Issue occurs on live tv and recorded.

@SkyHelpTeam been waiting in all day for an engineer to come and install my SkyQ box. Engineer never turned up. Called sky and they are unable to tell me when an engineer is coming. Not good enough. Sky communication to customer is disgraceful

Day 2 of broadband issues with @SkyIreland! Not ideal when you’re trying to work from home. Spent hours yesterday trying to make contact with @SkyHelpTeam to no avail. Finally got hold of someone on Messenger this morning only to be told it could take up to 5 days to fix!

@SkySports What makes a good defender? Shaw is only good at crossing the ball into the box. United needs an aggressive and physical defenders like Bailey. Shaw was even worse than anyone in the pitch, overweight like Danny Rose lacking pace down the line.

@SkySports All the teams and referees should get together, wear the away kit and the referee says that VAR said home kit was worn. They can't punish the teams as there was no intent, you can't take retrospective action, the referee saw it or what ever excuse it is that week for poor VAR
