Called sky and they are unable to tell me when an engineer is coming. Not good enough. Sky communication to customer is disgraceful

As you can see from the speed tests, the in-practice download speeds are wildly different, even within a few minutes of each other. Last night the speed was too low to even run a test through the My Sky app

Referees hardly ever go to the screen to use their own brain ( if they have one). Just get rid of VAR end of, I would rather have the good old fashioned game and human error.
