@SkyHelpTeam It says 80mbps to the hub, but that figure never alters. As you can see from the speed tests, the in-practice download speeds are wildly different, even within a few minutes of each other. Last night the speed was too low to even run a test through the My Sky app

@SkyHelpTeam hi all of a sudden subtitles have stopped working on my sky q box. Turning the box off then on at the plug sometimes fixes it but often doesnt. Issue occurs on live tv and recorded.

@SkyHelpTeam been waiting in all day for an engineer to come and install my SkyQ box. Engineer never turned up. Called sky and they are unable to tell me when an engineer is coming. Not good enough. Sky communication to customer is disgraceful

As things are looking positive and they have a serious team and have a crazy record since March and are were unbeaten for 24 games until this month. They're not anywhere close to the big clubs in Europe right now.
