    @SkyHelpTeam hi all of a sudden subtitles have stopped working on my sky q box. Turning the box off then on at the plug sometimes fixes it but often doesnt. Issue occurs on live tv and recorded.

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam I’ve tried to upgrade my sky broadband for the last few days but it keeps saying ‘technical error’ & to refresh the page. I really want to upgrade to save myself money while still having sky internet which is a great service

    Phoned @SkyUK on 23rd about issues with Paramount+ got told it would be sorted and working in 4 hours, phoned back on 24th guy apologised said he would look into it and call me back but would be the 30th December sadly he never said which year

    @SkyHelpTeam LS, as you well know, Sky guarantee at least 3mbps in every room with your ‘broadband boost’, so the issue I need resolving now is how much compensation I’m due for Sky not delivering on that guarantee last night...

    @SkyHelpTeam been waiting in all day for an engineer to come and install my SkyQ box. Engineer never turned up. Called sky and they are unable to tell me when an engineer is coming. Not good enough. Sky communication to customer is disgraceful

    @SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp Hi there, just had an engineer visit to install FTTP, he said he can't because there's a car parked over an access point on the pavement and that I need to reschedule. How can I do this? Also what happens if the cars never move? It's a busy road. Thx.

    @SkyUK - Customer service tragedy occurring right now. Happy to offer my services free to fix it, doubt you would take me up on it. Too many departments with limited/no knowledge & don’t care about long term custom. Not easy to get new customers signed up? Easier to keep old??

    @SkySports Can’t help wondering about his focus in recent times. Too many money making schemes like tv ads may have assisted in his lack of hunger. Most boxers have the motivation of winning the title and securing their family financially, he’s done that, so is he still motivated?
