I had a right mare sorting it as I did it before that link was readily available. they initially made me cancel as said pause not allowed then changed their minds and today reinstated my sports package (with a new contract of course 🙄) and then paused it straight away

@SkyHelpTeam just turned on tele to a message saying you have updated my sky+ box and have a look at all the wonderful things you can now do. Well my planner has now disappeared, just says there is an issue and press yellow, then tells me to do a Sky+rebuild, tried that, but 1/2

@SkyHelpTeam I'm curious, what's your definition of ASAP? By my counts, nearly 18 hours with no Internet isn't exactly 'ASAP'. I reckon this outage wouldn't be half as bad if you gave us human responses rather than robotic scripts with no details. Sort it out Sky, christ.

@Elrob100 @SkyUK Been down since last night in some areas. Mine only went down about a hour ago. Known fault on sky website. At 10:30 they sat they had found the issue and were working to solve it but seems more people have gone down since then.
