And to be fair that's as good as can be expected as the standard is poor. Any shot on target has a reasonable chance of going in because of the standard of goalkeeping. I have tried all of the simple troubleshooting steps and is still not working. We have had a sky broadband connection for nearly a year with no problems.

We don’t use sky broadband or fibre as it is no good in this area. I tried the online help, but it just tries to sell you sky fibre, which I’ve already been told isn’t the answer.

I’ve run diagnostics and it says external issue. I’ve booked an engineer. However the text couldn’t guarantee it will be sorted quickly, and but you are prioritising key workers.

I had a right mare sorting it as I did it before that link was readily available. they initially made me cancel as said pause not allowed then changed their minds and today reinstated my sports package (with a new contract of course 🙄) and then paused it straight away
