Using Speedchecker: On 26/04 our download speed was 1.67, on 04/05 our download was 1.64, slightly better today at 9.78, but our guaranteed minimum is 22. I’ve run diagnostics and it says external issue. I’ve booked an engineer. However the text couldn’t guarantee it will be sorted quickly, and but you are prioritising key workers.
