@SkyHelpTeam You may want to fix your system that generates letters. The last letter I received said there were no outstanding fees, but the email I received this AM suggests an Early Termination Charge. Glad I swiched to a different ISP.

Last month has been a nightmare with Sky Broadband. OpenReach engineer out last week to fix a problem outside the property. Fast forward to last night, same problem only this time the internet is dropping every 30 mins. Got to wait 4 days for another engineer now @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam not impressed - called to recontract. Was made a decent offer but told I have to pay a £20 admin fee for the privilege of entering into another 18 month contract with you. Been with you for 21 years. Time to cancel?
