@SkyHelpTeam You may want to fix your system that generates letters. The last letter I received said there were no outstanding fees, but the email I received this AM suggests an Early Termination Charge. Glad I swiched to a different ISP.

@SkyHelpTeam More issues!!! Download speed is 14.9. Upload speed 9.6!!! We cant use 2 streaming devices at the same time or it cuts the internet out. Please please please finally sort out our service properly. Really is unacceptable nothing but problems with sky internet
