    The @virginmedia amazing service continues, pay £13.99 for a film that you cannot watch due to technical error 🙄 look online, seems common & responses unhelpful, hurry up @SkyUK & get faster broadband here so I can switch!

I had a right mare sorting it as I did it before that link was readily available. they initially made me cancel as said pause not allowed then changed their minds and today reinstated my sports package (with a new contract of course 🙄) and then paused it straight away

    @SkyHelpTeam just turned on tele to a message saying you have updated my sky+ box and have a look at all the wonderful things you can now do. Well my planner has now disappeared, just says there is an issue and press yellow, then tells me to do a Sky+rebuild, tried that, but 1/2

    @SkyHelpTeam Nope no good. It tells me everything fine when it clearly isn’t. I had to stop work Friday as WiFi was poor. Box upstairs can’t watch sky but Netflix was working bizarrely. No images on TV guide for cinema box sets etc

    @SkyHelpTeam I did the check on the site and everything seemed to be fine. Last few weeks and past few days especially I've noticed the connection has been horrible. I've got a wired connection too and its still 30-40 mb/s slower than it should be as I just did the speed check on the site

    @SkyHelpTeam Called your engineer and he informed us there were 2 options, pay the surcharge or change my grandparents package. No offer for sky to fix the issue, irrelevant how much a month they pay. Even though they are now not getting Internet at all. Not how you should treat customers.
