    @virginmedia I have to say @virginmedia are one of the worst companies to contact if you have an issue. Their message system is a joke and accounts a shambles. @skyuk is looking a better prospect!!!!

I don't think you're daft at all, so not acknowledging that Karanka and his decisions are currently the biggest issue I can only assume is stubbornness because you've already set a stall out to defend it

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks, like I’ve already said I don’t have the account details so can’t check connection. I have tried all of the simple troubleshooting steps and is still not working. We have had a sky broadband connection for nearly a year with no problems.

    @SkyUK Internet not working since last 2 weeks, @OpenreachHelp engineer was appointed, he mentioned an issue with router. Sky posted new router, issue is not sorted with the new one. No response on calls from @SkyUK, WFH has been massively impacted 😢pls hlp

    @MrJJuK @SkySports @SkySportsNews 100%. They can employ someone to do that. Block them, report them to twitter /Instagram/ police. They would have at least done their bit. Instead, it's sound bites. "we are against online abuse". Unless you are an idiot we all are

    @indiejungle @SkySports WSL games are on the red button which even my mum can get on her TV. And to be fair that's as good as can be expected as the standard is poor. Any shot on target has a reasonable chance of going in because of the standard of goalkeeping. As per the spurs keeper yesterday

    @SkyHelpTeam recently changed to sky mobile. to login on certain apps/websites I need to receive verification text msgs. A couple of websites' codes have come through as texts, but there are one or two websites where I never receive the text w code. Is sky blocking these?

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi thanks for your reply, apparently I am just out of contract, I have been trying to talk to an advisor, but I'm having no luck as call centre s are difficult to understand.. I have been with Sky for 30 plus years & have never found things so difficult even during the Pandemic)

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Chloe thanks for trying but I have already tried the phone, cut off eventually. On chat yesterday from 4.24 till closing time , still no response. I have just cancelled my direct debit so Sky can call me . I will be reporting your disgraceful service to OFCOM.
