    @SkyHelpTeam You may want to fix your system that generates letters. The last letter I received said there were no outstanding fees, but the email I received this AM suggests an Early Termination Charge. Glad I swiched to a different ISP.

    @SkyHelpTeam just turned on tele to a message saying you have updated my sky+ box and have a look at all the wonderful things you can now do. Well my planner has now disappeared, just says there is an issue and press yellow, then tells me to do a Sky+rebuild, tried that, but 1/2

    @SkyHelpTeam still no updates. Been off since 0830, no updates on status at all. And please don’t say “updates will be provided when available” as I don’t believe that in almost 6 1/2 hours nobody knows what the issue is or cannot provide timescales. Very poor.

    @SkyHelpTeam Poor customer service this week. Refusing to put me through to the complaints team and proceeded to hang up when I asked to speak with someone else when challenging 2 payments of just under £100 for two months running on an account that should have been closed.

    @SkyHelpTeam Carol, as I’ve said originally I have been unable for three days prior to outage to get an internet connection on my sky q box. I have had up until outage this morning at 8am no problems with any other equipment and Internet connection. Impressive.

    @SkyHelpTeam your internet in the area of post code SA8 4LL is absolutely terrible. Currently downloading at the superfast speed of 1.6 and I’m meant to be on superfast fibre, I’m sick of this now absolute joke!

    @OpenreachHelp So after 2months, heard nothing on this. Nothing from @SkyHelpTeam until I just called, sat on hold, only to hear AGAIN they're adamant they can't raise a fault with you. Have I really got to wait until I lose service for this to be fixed? Genuinely astonishing if so 😡.

    @SkyHelpTeam Please can you escalate internally for an ETA for this then. @OpenreachHelp have open stated that they've provided you (Sky) with details. Almost 12 hours on from the start of the downtime and no further details, updates, or resolution is shockingly poor.

    @SkyHelpTeam Tried all that. No updates since 8.25. The service now is really poor. We had a major outage a couple of months ago, now this and all the odd times the broadband services drop at odd times late in the evening or early morning. Poor, getting poorer to be honest.
