@SkyHelpTeam @MartinSLewis So sky I appreciate the times we are in means you are on a reduced customer contact however your happy to let me speak to an agent when I ordered a new phone but I can’t talk to anyone about changing my TV and BB contract 🤔

@SkyHelpTeam wow your helpline is NO GOOD! We have no broadband, used the test on your website to troubleshoot and that test failed. Your automated phone service just sent me a text to follow the same advice I’ve already done. So now i’m stuck. How can I get help?!

@SkyHelpTeam Can I actually have a contact number to actually speak to someone? This is a joke, pay for a service and don’t receive it. You’ll be quick enough to charge if I cancelled but you don’t turn up and I get a poor reply

@mowglib @SkySports The system undermines itself. It’s flawed. We spend more time talking about var than football. That can’t be good no matter what team you affiliate with. Var is terrible. Re-referring referees decisions. Referees passing the buck.
