@SkyHelpTeam had no signal on my sky box for a week and I can't get through to anyone on the phone. Downstairs box is fine so can't be the dish. Now my app isn't working either and the broadband has gone down. Great stuff.

@sellerswfc1 @ghunt1976 @SkySports Yes. But I suggest they are formulating a plan on the basis that transmission in outdoor contact sport is extremely unlikely. Dresden example might help not hinder their plan. If transmission is high in contact sport, and the infection rates stay high it won’t be possible.

@SkyHelpTeam on demand shows on Sky Q mini box cause normal tv to freeze while it downloads & show itself continues to freeze/cause connectivity errors until it has fully downloaded. Also, on demand shows don’t seem to have subtitles to translate foreign language Any advice?
