@skytv @SkyHelpTeam I’ve rang 8 times today!!! The automated system is useless. I’ve been cut off more times than enough. I’ve been put through to an Indian call centre twice. You agents are rude & unhelpful. This has been on going since December 15th!!! Not amused 🤬

@SkyHelpTeam #Ineedhelp Internet service has gone down about 1 hour ago. Open reach have been doing work in the road laying new cable. Have done the switch router off, check cables etc. still not working. Spoke to Openreach who say it’s nothing to do with them.
