    @skytv @SkyHelpTeam I’ve rang 8 times today!!! The automated system is useless. I’ve been cut off more times than enough. I’ve been put through to an Indian call centre twice. You agents are rude & unhelpful. This has been on going since December 15th!!! Not amused 🤬

    That's it last straw for me with Sky mobile @SkyUK not only for the past 2 months have I been unable to send texts for some weird reason now the whole network Is down and I'm sat outside a mcdonalds using their nmdamn WiFi. I need this **** ro use android auto for work. Ffs

    @SkyHelpTeam They’ve refused a few questions. Just completely ignored them every time. One final time eh - does ‘you can cancel your contract AFTER it ends’ make any sense to you @SkyUK? If you have cancellation options, why don’t I get a cancellation option? (This means it’s not available)

    @SkyHelpTeam 1 No I tested the line on Friday and I was told there was an issue and that an engineer would come and sort without having to come in within a few days. That response was by text yesterday so I assumed it had been sorted. I have been at work today but my wife is working
