    @skytv @SkyHelpTeam I’ve rang 8 times today!!! The automated system is useless. I’ve been cut off more times than enough. I’ve been put through to an Indian call centre twice. You agents are rude & unhelpful. This has been on going since December 15th!!! Not amused 🤬

    @SkyHelpTeam You realise there are hundreds of others with the same issue. Channel is Sky Sports Main Event HD red button. I cannot be anymore black and white with this.

    @SkyHelpTeam could someone help me with my broadband, the download speed is good at 34mb/s but my upload speed is only 0.7mb/s, normally it’s between 7 and 8 mb/s, not sure why it’s sudden dropped so low but it’s making video calls and gaming impossible

    @SkyHelpTeam Getting a bit fed up with not being able to use my data wherever I go. Go to work and it’s slow and won’t load, come home and it’s slow and won’t load despite me having a full 4G Signal. Never had these problems with my old service provider!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky q. I've had engineer visits. He admitted the fault and that there's no fix yet. I was told on phone the latest software update fixs it. It hasn't. I'm fed up now. Not getting the service I'm paying a lot of money for.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks, completed the troubleshoot and rebooted the hub which improved speeds to around 5mb/s but this is still lower than my usual 7-8mb/s unfortunately the final step a connection test only checks download speeds so won’t help me with upload speed issues 🙁

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam I recently had to cancel my contract due to no signal but I was told by 2 different advisors I could still watch Sky go. I have tried a few times today but it tells me I have to upgrade my subscription. Can you confirm this.
