@SkyHelpTeam Thanks it’s 32C009. My engineer said it wasn’t a uhd box, he didn’t get why we wouldn’t be issued a uhd box as a customer will all sports in HD.

@SkyUK ever since upgrading to boost and fiber, my internet crashes at least 5x a week. I’m sick of it! It goes for about 10mins every day. NEVER had these issues with their basic internet. #skyUK
