@SkyHelpTeam Just tried and it takes me back to the service checker which I've been trying and it hasnt been working. The only other option i haven't done is calling them as it says its going to charge me money for making a call

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, are there TV issues around Perth PH1? My Mum can't get her TV to work (only Netflix and iPlayer) and I can't check it from Glasgow. I'm assuming it's a temporary outage and she doesn't need someone in to fix it. Thank you.
