@SkyHelpTeam Thank you for your response I had tried all those options before contacting you. It hasn't been working since Friday evening. I'm sure if the tech team check the play store app they will see many people have been having the same issues.

@SkySports just cancelled skysport after 21 years after they increased it to over £30pm, customer service didn't seem to care. So much for being loyal after all these years!!

@SkyHelpTeam can I ask if there is a problem with the my sky app amd accessing the sky VIP rewards? On Google App there are loads of comments with people unable to access the rewards.
