    @SkyHelpTeam #Durham area has no sky broadband and hasn’t for over 8 hours. Any chance of a decent explanation and some communication with your customers (there is an outage isn’t helpful) is it a major issue? Unknown issue?!

    @who10uk @SkyHelpTeam The OfCom rules state the service needs to be off for 24 hours before any compensation can be considered and even at that it won’t be anymore than £5 each household, no one can claim for lost earnings as this isn’t covered under their policy
