    @SkyHelpTeam Looked on there it’s no help as my internet is not faulty and Don’t need a engineer as the broadband works fine downstairs but upstairs it’s weak and slow connection and I got a friend who works for virgin media and be said it sounds like it’s a black spot area

    @SkyHelpTeam I have signal black spots in my house I can’t use my broadband upstairs it’s slow and I keep losing connections yet I pay cot a service I’m not getting, any chance I can send me a signal booster

    @SkyUK broadband service has dropped every 5-10 minutes for the last 3 weeks. Have called at least 6 times and spoken to 6 diff people, broken promises, no call back, no issue resolution. Will soon be making an official complaint then to Ofcom as well as charge for mobile data.
