@MoneySavingExp Yes this happened to me with @SkyHelpTeam and only noticed when I was charged an enormous amount one month. Not a good business strategy despite otherwise excellent service

@SkyHelpTeam I followed the trouble shooting online. Didn't work. Asked sky, they gave me the same trouble shooting, so was a waste of time. 2 orange lights still on

@SkyHelpTeam i've been having issues for the last couple of days with my internet frequently dropping out. the download speed itself is great, but it drops out so frequently that it's proving impossible to download anything. any help would be appreciated.
