@nugeei @SkyHelpTeam The worst part is I get it could take a long time, they might not know the fault, or the eta, but the only update is 2hrs in they sent an engineer. That’s it. At least say “we are really sorry, we dont know what the problem is, this could be a long outage,we’ll update evey 15mns”

@SkySports Inexperienced? Tyron mings and Kalvin Philips are starting for Godsake! I have no Idea how you can have such a great Pool of talented players leaving out the likes of Greenwood and Trent Alexander Arnold and still playing the worst football of all the Teams on your level.

@SkyHelpTeam absolutely appalling customer service. Lost our landline number of 14yrs that is printed on all company uniform, written on vans and stationary. No apology. No compensation. OH and the new landline doesn’t even work… and no idea when it’ll be fixed!
