    @SkyHelpTeam Becca, I wouldnt expect you to be able to replicate earlier issues now. I raise the matter again because there were similar notifications last night which I thought someone to whom you could refer would confirm. I'm asking if on screen notification is generated by the TV.

    @SkyHelpTeam What speeds should. I get if I now have fibre down my road? You dug up my street made a total mess laid the fibre so wouldn’t I now have fibre WiFi?

    @SkyHelpTeam The issue is your modems doesn’t give out a great signal for wifi. Unless you want to send me a better one I don’t think you can help.

    @SkyHelpTeam @marc_hughes86 Hi there, do you have an update @SkyHelpTeam when this will be resolved as have a very disappointed little girl here. Amazon prime have it available so if you are unable to resolve it shortly will you be willing to issue refunds so we can buy it elsewhere

    @SkyHelpTeam I would appreciate for someone to contact regarding the services am paying for and not receiving. The language barrier with customer service need to be addressed. It’s really hard when you can’t understand what the other party is saying vice versa. 😩😩😩😩😩

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam I took out a swap offer contract and phone arrived damaged exchange was arranged by sky and now being charged for two phones! When I only have one! Completely Outrageous I have been with sky for 20 years and never been treated so badly. Please can someone help
