@SkyUK myself and my neighbours have tried to complain daily through your email, message and phone lines. Our fibre has been down for a week with no attempt to fix it. Sort it out now please. I will be ringing to cancel tomorrow if something is not done straight away!

@SkyHelpTeam Sorry you misunderstand - I didn’t want my socket fixing so no, it’s not good - it is the intermittent connectivity that is the problem - what is the number to call please to get someone out again?

@CroftyF1 @fia Not tarnished, absolutely destroyed… sorry but FIA marking their own homework will not work, best solution would be to publicially clean house, discuss the facts and show consequences of the RD actions however painful it may have been. Skysports & f1 just lost another customer.

@lardlikesdogs @SkyUK I had sky install on 14th January and then I cancel it by the end of January it’s not the same now. I stay with Netflix miles better then sky and Amazon prime
