@SkyHelpTeam The test reports no issues but then it never shows a problem and the freezing goes away after a period of time. It’s ok now but still intensely frustrating when we first switch on.

@SkyHelpTeam Unfortunately the choice is only to call - which is never pleasant and always very time-consuming or writing a letter, also time-consuming and can't imagine I'd get a reply. Why is there not an option to send an email or make a complaint online?

@virginmedia honestly the worst customer service from a service provider ever, spent nearly a week trying to get a V6 box fixed and still waiting on a call from a manager. Back to @SkyUK I think
