@Scouser_Chris @SkyUK @WhichUK Its why i wont and never will upgrade to Sky Q or Sky Glass, an internet delivered service is unreliable. SKY + HD all day for me, at least live tv avalible when net down.

@SkyHelpTeam As pretty much skyQ but it’s nothing like it! I’m read up paying more for this and getting such poor service. My glass at times won’t turn on I have to unplug it & plug it back in to get it to even switch on. It freezes on channels. I’m sick of it

@virginmedia TV and broadband down since early hours this morning, update said will fix by 12 now saying 4 this is rubbish. Virgin are a nightmare and try to speak to the staff it’s pathetic so unhelpful!!!!!! This is where @SkyHelpTeam are much better.
