@SkyHelpTeam had my sky router installed today, I say installed someone came and said did a router come and to plug it in, it’s not working it keeps saying a wire isn’t connected but everything is in as instructions. Why doesn’t your staff do the installation themselves?

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been a regular customer for 4 years, I am now being charged £80 a month for my bill!! Your advisor has told me either get rid of stuff or tough because I can’t cancel until November next year🙃🙃
