@SkyHelpTeam This seems to be a DNS issue. We have changed to Google DNS on a few of our devices and this has sorted it.

@dougjstevens @shazi771 @SkyHelpTeam you need to understand that problems arent instantly fixed. Diagnostic testing to find the problem and then a workaround to solve it must be worked out. Its not as simple as just taking 5 minutes to fix something. Plenty stuff to do that doesnt require the internet.

@SkyHelpTeam Our sky broadband is bad most of the time but this is the longest it has been off for. Think about changing provider at least once a month.

@KirstyyFunnell @sky @SkyHelpTeam Lol! Have been with BT for years and never had an issue.. went with sky because I liked having 1 bill.. but I also like actually having broadband, which sky doesn’t seem capable of supplying me! This is the 2nd time it’s been down since I joined!
