    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, is there a way to report broadband outage? EX32 had a powercut for 20 hours (back on now) and it seems all broadband from all providers are down in area. Just wanted to flag it up hopefully. Thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam is Sky TV still being affected by the weather? I have lost certain channels - BBC1 ITV and all Sky channels, news, movies, Atlantic etc. Is this a problem you're end or mine? QBox says signal strength is 40/90

    @SkyHelpTeam still no satellite signal. No more wind, nothing in the way of the dish. Good job liverpool aren’t on tv today!!! I will await a refund for the days I have no tv.

    @SkyHelpTeam Morning Sky. Hope you can clarify something for me. Our Sky service is now down due to no satellite signal (thanks Eunice). But because we have a communal dish you have washed your hands of all responsibility despite all of my money going to you.

    @SkyHelpTeam The twitter Sky help team are bloody useless. I WILL TELL YOU WHY. Let me answer a question that has been asked. “I am in my 31 day cancellation notice period why can’t I book the AMIR KHAN FIGHT ON SBO”. ANSWER: Because your account has now been made inactive. Jeez

    @SkyHelpTeam just spoken to CS as package about to expire, why can sky offer as good a deal or better to an old customer than they do to a new? Feels like I’m being ripped off for being loyal… I also understand that there’s nothing you can do and that I’m very important to you!
