@SkyUK I’m not the main account holder so finding it hard to write a complaint but just wanted to ask why do you hardly have anything with audio description available to download! Went to download a movie and out of all 99 family movies available 99 had subtitles and 0 had AD

@SkyHelpTeam Having problems making calls on snapchat. Whilst on a call it disconnects, Wifi signal is perfectly fine and working. Snapchat is working fine but the calls cut off because of the wifi connection. Not sure why. It works properly on Mobile Data or Hotspot.
