  @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK I want to cancel a package. I go online and click cancel on the package and then it sends to a useless automated system that sends me round in circles.

  @swansforever @SkyHelpTeam I’ve got the same issue Lisa, wfh and connection kept dropping multiple times each day 😩 In the end I changed provider but hopefully sky can sort yours out 👍🏻

  @SkyHelpTeam complain when things go wrong so only fair to praise when things are done right. Reported a broken Q Silver box yesterday and already received replacement so good work.
