@SkyHelpTeam She's done it for me. I must admit that whenever i contact any 'help' teams for companies via Twitter, there's never much helping going on. It's just 'yeah go here or call them' you never actually get the help from Twitter help???!

@SkyHelpTeam @logue0809 Was there a fix for this? As it is now happening on my sky Q box. Turning on Netflix knocks all sound out for all applications including sky, until I hard reset the box
