    @SkyHelpTeam I've tried that already and connection test says everything good, but most devices connected struggle to load videos, twitter images on phone slow to load etc. If I disconnect and use mobile data it loads faster. Issue worst at night time.

    @SkyUK I've been without Sky Fibre Broadband since 1am on Tuesday morning and I want to know when I'm going to be reconnected. @SkyHelpTeam have been unable to help. They blame Openreach for the problem but I am your customer not theirs. How can I escalate this #fuckedoff

    Have spent over 4 hours on calls and multiple emails trying to amend. I would absolutely think twice about going back with Sky next time. And I've been a customer for many year. Dreadful service and extremely disappointing. #sky @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam Everything is fine, full 50mbps connection. It’s purely down to the Q box, when it’s plugged in, speeds on other devices drop as low as 2mbps, as soon as it’s unplugged it jumps back up to 35mbps +. Have tested 20 plus times and it’s the clear cause.

    @SkyHelpTeam It's literally a weekly now blackout of service, many reports around country at the same time on Down Detector, nothing to do with My line... 🙄

    @SkyUK is there still a reason as to why I am still getting no satellite signal to my house, it’s now been over 24 Hours. I’m paying you for a product which you are not providing me with. Very disappointed!
