    @SkyUK i am very dissatisfied with this broadband as it leaves me lagging on everything poor internet connection my house is 3 story’s and the 2 one barely has wi fi skys broadband is so bad I have to use my mobile data in my own home 😩

    Seriously disappointed as a returning customer to @SkyUK. Can you help, @SkyHelpTeam? Having moved home weeks ago our Sky TV install was booked for Monday. No one showed, with no explanation or warning. Now we seem to be at the back of queue and waiting again for another 2 weeks

    @SkyHelpTeam Same old rigmarole eh. The problem is Sky need to give customers faster broadband!! The infrastructure is there and in place so why ain’t you giving what customers need!! We pay sky enough money over the years!! Might as well be on dial up.

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky broadband continually dropping out for past 24 hrs at my home in Edinburgh. Connection diagnosis and self heal tools not working. Making working at home impossible. Can you please help?
