    @SkyHelpTeam my internet is appalling. Constantly disconnecting and when it is connected the wifi signal from the room next to the router is practically non-existent. Can you tell me what the problem is please

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam I have not had broadband since Thursday night. It has been over 36 hours. All helplines to register a complaint/ request info have an automated message response. I can't speak to anyone who can tell me what's going on. This is unacceptable. I need an update, NOW

    Haven't been able to use the Sky Go or Sky Sports app on any device for over a week now... hit with endless error codes when trying to load anything. Have tried reinstalling... Just want the football on while I record some gameplay. Fix it pls & ty @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam
