    @colfran9320 @SkyUK Broadband speeds would have to be terrible for it to impact real-time lag. It’s going to be most obvious when watching Sky News, take note of the the clock in the lower left as it ticks over to the new hour.

    @SkyHelpTeam Live channels work, but are slow to change or load when connected directly to Three's network, however when doing it via a VPN channels play instantly. So the experience there could also be improved. Most sky box sets won't play this also affects GOLD on demand too.

    @SkyHelpTeam Great that Sky is aware, but is a fix being worked on? do we have an ETA? Fustrating having to pay £10 a month for a VPN just to make my already paid for Sky sub work fully. Combined with CEC issues and dodgy remotes it hasn't been the best start to my relationship with Sky 😮‍💨
