    @SkyHelpTeam I have spoken to an advisor this morning and she advised that we have an outage in the BS16 area and they are working on it with Openreach engineers. I just wasn’t expecting it to take this long. Hive works from the WIFI. No WIFI- No HIVE 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

    @SkyHelpTeam woke up today to the internet on all devices completely not working. Tried turning on the TV which told me to hold the WPS button but doing that didn’t work either.

    @SkyHelpTeam Well you need to try and find out then, there is definitely an issue as shops closed nearby too. Plus numerous people reporting. I have spoken to tech team.

    @Ian92205827 @SkyHelpTeam I actually called customer services this morning snd they said we have an outage in BS16 so that’s a load of rubbish that Sky have done a test and aren’t aware of any issues in Bristol! They said @OpenreachHelp are working on it.

    Thought I binned this Twitter **** but please could @SkySports @ScotlandSky move their microphones at Tannadice? Middle of the day sectarianism and IRA worshipping by Celtic fans clear as day for my kids to hear while trying to watch some football isn't exactly what I pay for.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hey sky we got back Internet on Thursday and lost it again Friday.... sky online unless... neighbour called call center and surprisingly they was unhelpful and yet again we have no Internet!!! This is shocking and not acceptable. In the last 10 days we have had 1 day service.
