@Oxfordite @SkyHelpTeam Does it answer if you ring it from a mobile then pick up the handset? Make sure the phone isn’t muted, the ring volume isn’t turned down, then try another handset.

@SkyHelpTeam They also disconnected the entire service 3 times as a result of the Sky card switching with the new box supposedly arriving with the engineer. It’s been a bloody shambles from start to finish l.

@Charliepops1982 @SkyHelpTeam Do you have a socket anywhere in the house already? If you do, it may be booked as a remote start rather than an engineer visit, you just unbox your kit, plug it in and wait until midnight for your service to switch on.

@Charliepops1982 @SkyHelpTeam Have a look outside, see how the neighbours are fed, from a pole or underground? Ask one where their sockets are. Any plastic capping by the door or down the side of the house? How old is the house?

@SkyHelpTeam we are trying to set up a new Sky broadband subscription but continually get a ‘unfortunately we cannot process your request online right now’ message. Same for 3 days. Pls help.
