@SkyHelpTeam We can’t get through and we reported issues with our HD box months ago. All you tried to do was sell us SkyQ, this is why we are looking for a supplier that treats its customer better.

@SkyUK second time an iPhone order has been delayed through you. I should’ve just ordered direct from Apple! And why do you only tell people the day before it’s due to be delivered. I ordered within the first 45 mins of the preorder going live and that was despite the slow site.

@SkySports new scores app is poor. Too much branding and too little info on screen without scrolling, should be able to see all PL scores at once, and screen refreshes at least twice on opening, so it’s slow to get what you want.

More trouble with Sky Broadband to add to the issues we already have with our Sky HD Box. We pay them a great deal of money for completely unsatisfactory service @skytv @SkyUK time to find a new provider for all our services.

@SkyHelpTeam I do not live with him so cannot check the line. I want I understand if the problem is his laptop or a Sky broadband issue. So do not want to book an engineer if the problem is his laptop. I have used your online info but it cannot help me. I need to chat to somebody please

Anyone else find it unacceptable service providers like @SkyUK use C19 as a way of completely dropping customer service? Yes I still have the “service”, but no customer support? If my service fails, there is no way of contacting Sky unless I’m a key worker. It’s a joke.

@SkyHelpTeam Your offices are saying they sent an email in January…I never received it. I suddenly see an increase. But looking at current and forward bills by June I would go from £39 pm to over £85 per month. You cannot possibly justify this. It’s disgusting

@SkyHelpTeam I just want to highlight your appalling customer service. My broadband died suddenly 11pm sat night yet ONT lights indicate all fine. You have fobbed the issue off to openreach & reminded me my bb is domestic therefore not urgent. U also refuse to replace router.
