    @SkyHelpTeam The lights are all on but power and WiFi are green. Internet and voice are amber I can’t seem to get anywhere fixing the issue.

    @SkyHelpTeam supposed to have broadband installed yesterday. Had a message a few weeks ago saying there may be a delay. Heard nothing else. Spoke to someone who said there was an issue and someone would call me straight back. Heard nothing again! Come on Sky what’s going on?

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m still struggling, can you provide a direct number for the technical team, as having issues with my main box as well as multi room box and it’s been like this for over a week! Paying for something I can’t use and the service to get through is horrendous

    @SkyHelpTeam My Sky Q box, add on is constantly disconnecting. In settings, sometimes it’s the box not connected, sometimes the network or sometimes both. It’s very annoying!

    @SkyUK Intermittent fault registered on 22nd Dec. 2 visits by BT (who came in the house and apparently do different checks), new sky hub posted but still have fault. Sky engineers aren’t allowed to enter our house to do anything about it. Pretty crap when trying to work from home

    @SkyHelpTeam I raised a complaint on Friday when I was told the offer I was given wasn't going to be given. I have reference number. An email was sent immediately after the complaint email stating it had been closed. Is that standard procedure? 🤬

    @SkyHelpTeam @steviebee88 This is my situation but as the engineer turned up today apparently they aren’t allowed in anyone’s house at the moment so he could install anything and was gone in 10 minutes! Been a customer for a number of years and disappointed there was no notification beforehand.
