    @SkyUK I would strongly advise people to think carefully before entering into a contract with Sky. Brilliant customer service until signed up then abysmal service afterwards. Delivery debacles raged on for days & losing a customer of 7.5years is worth a £10 goodwill offer.

    @SkyHelpTeam The internet is slow too slow and had 2 visits from engineers who said the problem is fixed but now the rest of the streets is not working and getting questioned as to what our issue was! I just want my internet with the minimum speed you guarantee not 20% of your minimum

    The difference in agendas is if @Arsenal had been 0-2 down & bagged a late winner in a cup match the usual @SkySports pundits would be lining up the ‘club in a rut’ cliches & the #ArtetaOut brigade firing up their Twitter accounts. Football reporting is just so tabloid

    .@SkyHelpTeam broadband down for 9 hours in total overnight and on 4 separate occasions today. It has cost me time and money. Maybe I should move over to @TrooliFibre - @SkyUK does loyalty count for anything & why can’t I get through to u for details of the outage. Compensation?

    @SkyUK being advised to use your online service of which I’ve done after making a 3rd call for the same issue after having 2 engineers sent you...... clearly I already did that no one wants a painful hour conversation where your not trusted to plug something in correctly

    @SkyHelpTeam There is an outage in TN38, but no sign of it acknowledged anywhere. My Sky Hub router homepage says broadband disconnected, some local shops reporting problems with payment machines, any idea what is going on?

    @SkyHelpTeam Have done that 4 times so far has two engineers and still not fixed and still can’t watch tv on my mini boxes because the internet is too slow! I’ve spoken to someone to escalate it as it’s an issue outside of my house and my control

    @SkyHelpTeam Yeah, it's my aunt's Sky+ HD box. I've checked all the connections and they're fine. But still not working.

    @tsollid @SkySportsPL @SkySports The rule makers are not doing themselves any favours in regards to what they look for or at. My issue with var isn’t offside it’s the subjective aspects or things open to interpretation. That’s where the lack of consistency comes into play.

    @SkyUK last night we used skyvip tickets for Nightflix cinema at the National Agriculture Centre, we Cud not order any food (as we booked through skyvip we had no food link and toilets are disgusting, the whole experience was horrible for me and my kids. 😡😡hungry kids

    @SkyHelpTeam Please reveiw the webchat from when the service was cancelled. Please review the recording from yesterday's phone call. I was promised twice that I would not be charged for next month and would receive a refund on this bill.

    @Burton15Marcus @ossieend @SkySports Joking aside it’s a valid point. I hope he gets the right help and support and is able to get past this. But if he thinks football is monotonous try laying bricks 6 days a week for Jack all £££. He needs to think carefully if jacking it in will help or if it’s something deeper.
