I’ve spoken to someone to escalate it as it’s an issue outside of my house and my control

Luca Milivojevic scored with a "Great free kick," against Bournemouth last week when the goalkeeper was beaten despite his very best efforts. If he had been in goal for Watford he would have saved it.

NOW @SkyUK have to cancel it all again, rebook at the end of this week & wait for another engineer to come out? Am I getting mugged off?
