I just want my internet with the minimum speed you guarantee not 20% of your minimum

Brilliant customer service until signed up then abysmal service afterwards. Delivery debacles raged on for days & losing a customer of 7.5years is worth a £10 goodwill offer.

I’ve spoken to someone to escalate it as it’s an issue outside of my house and my control
