    .@SkyHelpTeam broadband down for 9 hours in total overnight and on 4 separate occasions today. It has cost me time and money. Maybe I should move over to @TrooliFibre - @SkyUK does loyalty count for anything & why canโ€™t I get through to u for details of the outage. Compensation?

    Day 1 as a @SkyHelpTeam broadband customer and the appointment with @OpenreachHelp which was booked in January to connect our new fibre hasn't happened. #workingfromhomewithnobroadband

    @SkyHelpTeam hi my sky go app keeps giving me error 1204, but I have a subscription an it has been working for ages an yesterday when i went to watch sky go it started giving me this error!! Very very annoying please help!

    @SkyUK being advised to use your online service of which Iโ€™ve done after making a 3rd call for the same issue after having 2 engineers sent you...... clearly I already did that no one wants a painful hour conversation where your not trusted to plug something in correctly

    @SkyHelpTeam Have done that 4 times so far has two engineers and still not fixed and still canโ€™t watch tv on my mini boxes because the internet is too slow! Iโ€™ve spoken to someone to escalate it as itโ€™s an issue outside of my house and my control

    @SkyUK I would strongly advise people to think carefully before entering into a contract with Sky. Brilliant customer service until signed up then abysmal service afterwards. Delivery debacles raged on for days & losing a customer of 7.5years is worth a ยฃ10 goodwill offer.

    @Kakashi281991 @MichaelBensonn @SkySports @EddieHearn Heโ€™s an awful fighter to watch tho. As for money. Heโ€™s made significantly less with frank than he would have made with matchroom. Embarrassing really to have 2 huge world title fights and not clear 20 million combined. Absolute shocker

    @SkySports NMo NBA finals on Sky. WTF - streaming on Prime thru the night. No ability to tape and watch in morning. Prime makes you watch whole repeat with no fast forward. Thanks Sky - pathetic!
