I’ve spoken to someone to escalate it as it’s an issue outside of my house and my control

Brilliant customer service until signed up then abysmal service afterwards. Delivery debacles raged on for days & losing a customer of 7.5years is worth a £10 goodwill offer.

Luca Milivojevic scored with a "Great free kick," against Bournemouth last week when the goalkeeper was beaten despite his very best efforts. Sky’s liaison with Openreach has been extremely poor: repeated calls, 3 cancelled appointments and engineers reconfirming that civils work is needed. Still no repair date. I just want Sky to take ownership and restore my service.
