    @SkyHelpTeam Your online tool is finding no issues with the router, area or my local devices. Had to do it on my phone as the browser on my computer won't connect. There is no option to have an engineer as your tool isn't seeing a problem. Hardly s surprise! Please, a human?

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Michelle. About 10 in total but that's not changed recently and I normally get 50+mbps over WiFi. There's definitely an issue with the router - whether it's the firmware not being up to date or that the router has developed a fault, I have no idea!
