@NOWTV it should be simple to add passes and offers as and when you chose, somehow you’ve made it so difficult to pick up bundled offers. Typical @SkyUK Dread to think what will happen when I activate a sports pass. Chat help is a waste it time, I’m 47 I like to talk to people 😡

Virgin has already gone down about 10 times for days since it's been put round here & they once left my old house without internet for over a month! So don't expect all good things.

@SkyHelpTeam Got a new Q box& connected properly but only got 2 green lights. says, there is no internet connection. Both on phone&on laptop.Sent an online help link. Carried out test & say's it can't find my hub. Got to end & it didn't show the helpline number. Internet light is not lit up.
