So @virginmedia refused to let @SkyUK transfer our landline so now all services have been removed by SKY. How can people work from home when you give a fix date of 3 December - thus needs sorting now - no TV, no WiFi no phone

@SkyHelpTeam having lots of problems with my connection of Qbox. My broadband has been checked in every room and I have a strong connection. I have to keep resetting the main and all other Q boxes which is annoying. What’s the solution only I see a lot of comments from others

A tip for @SkyHelpTeam Most people associate an Indian accent with scam calls so perhaps don't use your Indian call centres to make calls to customers or they will just hang up when they hear the accent assuning it's a scam call. (As I did the other day)
