Having an issue with sky Q box not working, called Sky this evening, unable to fix over the phone, only to be told earliest engineer available is 07.10.19, which is completely unacceptable IMO, very poor service @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyUK was thinking of leaving @virginmedia but you broadband speed is way to slow even though BT say they can give 300 MB with ultra fast fibre. Now thinking doing a split tv with sky bb with vm. 😭

So after multiple days of service interruption, constant equipment failure and terrible customer service, @SkyHelpTeam sent me a new upgrade box to make up. No cables, so no sky again. Literally couldn’t get worse
