@SkyHelpTeam limited TV, 1 week of no TV, and over 3 days wait from booking for an engineer? £15. On a bill of about £110 a month, and a customer for over 21 years. Bit of a kick in the teeth.

@SkyHelpTeam Your online tool is finding no issues with the router, area or my local devices. Had to do it on my phone as the browser on my computer won't connect. There is no option to have an engineer as your tool isn't seeing a problem. Hardly s surprise! Please, a human?

@SkyHelpTeam TV has been failing for a month or so. Every fix from online guides only ever temporary but also as "in the moment" worked, meant never got progress. Now at stage 2tb Q box won't switch on. Finally got replacement and engineer booked. Recompense for 5 weeks of

Fortune. I checked out @SkyUK new Sky Glass. Why did they not make a dish free box, rather than force people to buy a new TV. Not only that but a rude interaction with a Sky retail store manager at Meadowhall. Got £20 credit for public humiliation & 9yrs custom. Bye bye @SkyUK

@Sky1946o @DominicFarrell I’ve cut down on my spending by getting rid of the things I don’t need like subscription services to Netflix, Disney+, Amazon music unlimited, BTTV including as part of that package BTsports and skysports via nowtv, Paramount+, The BBC tv licence as I can’t afford it

@SkyHelpTeam I had to search the internet for ages to find a phone number. Then I finally found a number (well hidden) then I wasnt allowed to speak to someone and it sent me a pointless link, then I had to phone back again, and eventually I get to speak to a human. Poor.

Be very careful if you sign up to any contract with Sky. I was told that I could cancel if/when there was a price rise, but been told today that that was a 'mistake.' Now trapped. Please learn from my naivety and misplaced trust! @skytv @SkyHelpTeam
