@SkySports Not Happy! Watching the Preston v Leeds match on a SkyQ box on the red button and missed more than 10 mins of the second half, apparently other Sky users had the same issue, but Virgin Media users had no problems....🤔🧐

So the department at @skytv @SkyHelpTeam that deal with the connectivity of Broadband to your address are closed 🤣 How are people supposed to work from home when they rely on this service! I wish my contract was ending tomorrow because I’d cancel immediately. Shocking company!!!

@SkySports Was going to give 31 days notice anyway to save money, especially as you e-mailed me last month that you were going to be putting up my basic package up from £35.00 to £38.50, will cancel sportsfirst then think about cancelling #sky altogether, especially as I don’t watch much.

Mixed reviews of @primevideosport so far... but just Imagine the carnage when @BT and @skyuk decide to slow their internet bandwidth down right at kick off because Amazon is taking all their revenue from showing live football. 🙄

@SkyUK having an absolute laugh as per, did an online broadband test last week as having numerous issues with WiFi it’s reported a fault and said it’s booked and engineer, nowhere to track this, and can’t contact anyone. Your website is useless an all?

Have had to ring twice to get an update. As soon as your in a contract with @skytv @SkyHelpTeam and paying them their common courtesy and professionalism goes completely out the window. Definitely the last contract we will ever have with them. Shockingly bad customer service

@SkyHelpTeam my daughter has been on the phone for approx five hours today. She has a ‘VIP’ account and getting nowhere. You’ve taken her money. Sent a contractor who had no id and smoked heavily on and off before leaving without finishing job!!!! This is outrageous service

@SkyHelpTeam Openreach need to push a button to activate our fibre but Sky can’t ask them to do it. Sky apparently have to wait another few days in the hope that Openreach will close the job & send the activation code. Never have I ever experienced such poor service & communication failure.

@SkyHelpTeam They have and are getting different advice. New routers being sent out, engineers needed, no faults in the local area.... There is clearly an issue, and no-one seems to want to get it resolved.

Ok people, my mum just got a horrible scam phone call from someone claiming to be from @SkyHelpTeam. She told them to stop calling and the woman called her three times before leaving a message saying ‘you stupid woman go back to your country’.
