@SkyHelpTeam @Smithee_D Umm I’m the one having issues with my broadband, thanks to your “help team” I’ve had to order £45 worth of equipment to ensure I get wifi to do my job from my home. I will 100 percent be leaving and I will not be recommending your service to anyone.

@SkyUK having an absolute laugh as per, did an online broadband test last week as having numerous issues with WiFi it’s reported a fault and said it’s booked and engineer, nowhere to track this, and can’t contact anyone. Your website is useless an all?

@SkyUK absolutely disgusted that after 20 years as a customer you decide to help yourself to nearly double the normal fee without notice. The direct debit agreement states you must provide 30 days notice of an increase and offer a cancellation period.

@SkyHelpTeam I have had an engineer visit and told it was resolved. I've then spoken to Sky twice since telling me to monitor it. It's still bad and each time I call its 50 minutes on hold or I cant get hold of anyone?
