@SkyHelpTeam please help, over a month with poor connection unable to get through either on the phone,or being sent round in circles with self help .unable to book an engineer on line, paying for an unusable service !

@SkyHelpTeam hi I am unable to get through to speak to someone from your customer service team. Today I have had my sky dish fitted and we are extraamly unhappy with the way the wires have been positioned down the front of my house. We need the engineer to come back and change it

@SkyHelpTeam what are you expecting customers to do with issues. Won’t speak to me over the phone and the app says my internet is working fine.. when it clearly isn’t. Funny how there isn’t a clear option to cancel my subscription on the app either. I suggest you get in touch!

@SkyHelpTeam For over a month I've been trying to get help, cant book an engineer online , can no longer use the messaging service ,being sent round in self help loops with no resolve,and I'm now 31 minutes into being on hold.over a month,with suboptimal service ,Simply not good enough !

@SkyHelpTeam I wouldn’t need to consider leaving if you had any interest in trying to help. My internet constantly freezes or connection drops. Appreciate these times but only speaking to some professions isn’t good enough. What about all us others that rely on your services to work from home

@SkyHelpTeam one of your help categories other than COVID/key worker/vulnerable customers is being unable to access Sky services but there is no option for this on contact number IVR and online guides and tests can’t fix broadband fault also impacting TV viewing - help please

@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam I really need to speak to somebody about my current package. I had offers which have ran out & am unable to cancel things online it says phone but as I’m not a key worker or vulnerable I can’t call!!! I have been a customer for over 20 yrs!!!

@SkyUK WTF? Need a (bulky) sky TV set and also need a puck for multi screen? Why not just launch an app? Then every TV can access it, you open to millions of subscribers and cut down on waste. This is totally absurd. No way am I getting rid of my OLED TV for this POS!

@anditsinthere_7 @TheEverydayMan_ @SkyUK You're left with a 48-month credit agreement for a TV tied to the Sky OS. You don't even get all Freeview channels or an aerial socket on the back. No satellite tuner so unless you LIVE for Sky and plan to NEVER cancel, it'd be a huge waste of money.

So now that #SkyGlass is a thing what @SkyUK needs to do now is have a Q box that works off normal satellite most of the time but will fallback to the streaming service in the event that extreme weather kills the satellite signal.
