@SkyHelpTeam I phoned to review and change my Sky broadband and TV package today. Checked confirmation email and your customer adviser has cancelled services that I didn’t agree to. I only wanted Sky Cinema removed but he has also removed Box Sets and Sky + - why?!!

Ha! No only did Sky fix ma wifi 2 days ago, they actually sorted ma hoose phone. Shudda saw ma face when a heard it ringing, musta looked like a complete ******* heedcase. A never answered it, just stood & looked at it #GettingAuld Thank u @SkyHelpTeam

Absolutely sick of @SkyUK @skytv - I’ve not even had them for 12 months and it’s always down or failing - even when their test service on their page says it’s working - as I tweet via 4g.
