Yet I canโt get an engineer out to rectify this issue for 1-2 months. Absolutely ridiculous @SkyHelpTeam

I said I felt bad about him working and he said it didnโt matter to him as he didnโt celebrate Christmas and we got talking about different religious festivals. And he sorted the problem!

Sky Q box is fine, the mini box downstairs does this all the time, even though we have sky booster box and the mini box is hard wired in so shouldnโt be a connection issue?
