    @SkyUK when will you decide to contact a interested new customer who has requested a callback with the blue light app. We advised the request on Saturday for 2pm it’s now Monday and you haven’t even bothered to call. You are a complete joke. How can you expect to get custom.

    Appaling service from @SkyHelpTeam Pay for a service, and then I am told ive exceeded my devices (only use 1) and no cant use my subscription. Have had to raise a case with my bank to recover the money that has been taken

    @SkyHelpTeam Cancelled Sky beginning of December after you took money early and father in hospital. Still took money in January. You were emailed, messaged etc. You cannot speak to him as in hospital. All I get is excuses and reasons why you can't cancel and refund. SCAMMERS

    @SkyHelpTeam Makes sense if you are consistent. Phone and broadband engineers can go into a house but tv engineers can’t? Very poor today Sky. 2 hours 30 minutes until I finally spoke to someone who could help me and even all they could do was rebook and tell me hope for the best next time

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, had 0 issues with wifi for years but Thursday night & this morning our router had orange light for internet & it we had no internet. Had to reset for it to work. Has sky had any issues (Kent) or is it a router fault? Cheers
