@SkyHelpTeam over several weeks we have issue of both glass and puck saying no Wi-Fi signal but both connected via Ethernet my son has his PS5 connected via Ethernet. Now we are off work for Xmas he was on PS5 and it just told him that the Ethernet cable has been unplugged.

@SkyHelpTeam Why cant i download anything off Sky now for two weeks and counting. Really interesting how this only affects BT broadband users - i pay ££££ for a service, it doesnt work, it is not fixed and you have not refunded anything.
