    @SkyHelpTeam really! 15 minutes to answer the phone when your online help has now told me to ring as broadband cant be sorted! Not really good enough

    Appaling service from @SkyHelpTeam Pay for a service, and then I am told ive exceeded my devices (only use 1) and no cant use my subscription. Have had to raise a case with my bank to recover the money that has been taken

    @SkyHelpTeam I rely on your broadband to work from home but your upload speed is currently 300kb so I can’t effectively use video conferencing. I’m in the 30 day cooling off period, so I’d like to cancel but you’re not taking calls. I would like to cancel please.

    @SkyHelpTeam it’s making working from home impractical and tedious. You may be cheaper than our previous provider BT, but it’s certainly not proving to be value for money. Coverage has gone down completely today 4 times and counting.

    Boxes. Says no signal etc etc that they can’t connect to main box. I pay over £100 a month for my sky services. Covid isn’t my fault. Sort the issues out or Il find a company who is able to provide a better service. I’ve been a customer over 20 Years. Enough is enough @SkyUK

    @SkyUK when will you decide to contact a interested new customer who has requested a callback with the blue light app. We advised the request on Saturday for 2pm it’s now Monday and you haven’t even bothered to call. You are a complete joke. How can you expect to get custom.

    Dad moves over to @SkyUK broadband. Sky mess up changes over of BB, leaving him vulnerable/shielding, home alone, without internet 3 weeks after his wife dies. Poor 3G, can’t order food online. @SkyUK do nothing to rectify it. Should have stayed with @Plusnet

    @SkyHelpTeam i was waiting on a new sky box from dpd today. They didnt give me the parcel and tracking now says on its way back to sky!! I am so fed up sitting on phone calls to sky for hours every day im about to cancel the full service and move to virgin tv.

    @SkyHelpTeam I've had no satellite signal all day, I've twice all the trouble shooting but nothing works, won't even load up the TV guide. Can't get an engineer out until mid Feb. Please help.
