@SkyHelpTeam It’s been like this for 3 months... the step by step guides do not work. Sky Q box is fine, the mini box downstairs does this all the time, even though we have sky booster box and the mini box is hard wired in so shouldn’t be a connection issue?

@msloobylou @SkyUK I had a lovely conversation with a man from India when our sky went wrong on Christmas Day. I said I felt bad about him working and he said it didn’t matter to him as he didn’t celebrate Christmas and we got talking about different religious festivals. And he sorted the problem!

Hey @skyHelpTeam. I’ve had no broadband all day. Three other neighbours haven’t either. Your app repeatedly says “no known problems in your area”. And your diagnostics keep blathering about the hub set-up. Four hubs from different suppliers? Get real. Get it sorted.

Reckon that Reddy skysports article is just the tip of the iceberg, as results get worse we're gonna get more bombas 💣💣💣 they're inching closer to outright call klopp out and I will be there no matter what. He's in so much trouble
