Appaling service from @SkyHelpTeam Pay for a service, and then I am told ive exceeded my devices (only use 1) and no cant use my subscription. Have had to raise a case with my bank to recover the money that has been taken

@SkyHelpTeam it’s making working from home impractical and tedious. You may be cheaper than our previous provider BT, but it’s certainly not proving to be value for money. Coverage has gone down completely today 4 times and counting.

@SkyUK That doesn’t help me as sky are doing everything then can not to give updates.I can’t make outbound calls as it’s connected to my internet. I work from home so how long is it going to be before it’s fixed?? Are sky going to reimburse costs to customers?

@SkyHelpTeam @kykaree I’m in BL8 and no wifi! We have Sky Glass that runs off the internet so we can’t even watch TV, it’s out of order that it’s been down all day and there isn’t a resolution in place. Surely there is a temporary solution that could be put in place as we work at home too?!
