Appaling service from @SkyHelpTeam Pay for a service, and then I am told ive exceeded my devices (only use 1) and no cant use my subscription. Have had to raise a case with my bank to recover the money that has been taken

@SkyHelpTeam it’s making working from home impractical and tedious. You may be cheaper than our previous provider BT, but it’s certainly not proving to be value for money. Coverage has gone down completely today 4 times and counting.

Boxes. Says no signal etc etc that they can’t connect to main box. I pay over £100 a month for my sky services. Covid isn’t my fault. Sort the issues out or Il find a company who is able to provide a better service. I’ve been a customer over 20 Years. Enough is enough @SkyUK

@SkyUK I pay £113 a month for t.v. and broadband and have just had a "deal" that will take mh next contact to £158 from May (once all sky price increases are implimented) sky say this is the best deal available. Was already too much at £113 so £158 not an option. 14 years a customer!!!

@SkyUK Don't get Sky broadband. Any time ours stopped working they blamed it on BT as it was their infrastructure when our neighbours on BT never had a problem. Switched to BT and never had an issue
