    @SkyUK when will you decide to contact a interested new customer who has requested a callback with the blue light app. We advised the request on Saturday for 2pm it’s now Monday and you haven’t even bothered to call. You are a complete joke. How can you expect to get custom.

    Boxes. Says no signal etc etc that they can’t connect to main box. I pay over £100 a month for my sky services. Covid isn’t my fault. Sort the issues out or Il find a company who is able to provide a better service. I’ve been a customer over 20 Years. Enough is enough @SkyUK

    Appaling service from @SkyHelpTeam Pay for a service, and then I am told ive exceeded my devices (only use 1) and no cant use my subscription. Have had to raise a case with my bank to recover the money that has been taken

    @SkyHelpTeam it’s making working from home impractical and tedious. You may be cheaper than our previous provider BT, but it’s certainly not proving to be value for money. Coverage has gone down completely today 4 times and counting.

    So after @OpenreachHelp take 13 days to sort the outage out, they've nw "restored" services. My service is still down and now I have to wait for an engineers visit in a week. So that's now 20 days without a service I pay for, quite possibly the worst service ever. @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyUK Only issue is the actual fast broadband packages arnt available in my area . Which I’m talking about 130mbps+ only @virginmedia which were with. Only if the broadband services was available more wide spread probably have more customers wifi is stronger than virgins just slower

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi ny son signed into his @DisneyPlus on our sky q box and now it won't allow me to sign in using my account that I've just got 12 months free with my phone. It allows me to sign in on our ipads and phones but not on the box it's comes up with an error code.

    @ClassicCulprit @SkySports It's a funny one, but I believe as it is a clear case of mistaken identity and it was violent conduct, then the actual player will be retrospectively punished, and the mistaken player will have the card and ban rescinded. Sadly it doesn't help on the night, and the result stands.
