@SkyHelpTeam @jackkmorann96 No - actually the quickest and easiest way to fix Sky Broadband issues is to find another supplier. Shocking service, i left years ago but not surprised to see its not improved.

@SkyHelpTeam Got an email to say my bill for both broadband & TV are increasing but no valid reason. TV offerings are becoming more diluted across platforms (Netflix, Apple, Now, Amazon etc). Broadband in my area is so poor that I spoke to customer support last week. Ridiculous
