@nowtvhelp @NOWTV @SkyUK what kind of organisation makes the decision to separate 1 function into 2 and yet doesn’t include in the design of the new service, the ability of an existing customer to use the same email address for both services. I don’t want or have another one!

@SkyHelpTeam I do understand about waiting times - if I had waited 45 mins and got the problem resolved that would be great - but an additional 3 x 45 calls following up in the same issue isn’t really acceptable

@SkyHelpTeam Thank you. I'll look into this. I'm sick to death of sub standard service from .@virginmedia Can you tell me if there is a way I can 'trial' your service to make sure it works in my household? Is there any provision for maybe a 14 day no penalty trial?

@SkyHelpTeam I have tried this , trying to send an email to the site doesn’t want to know and won’t open the template, tried live chat always busy , phone calls I’m dizzy with . Can I just have the email address to send the complaint to please .

@pjcf1fan @JessicaVodeeka @SkySports I got it. I just don't agree that that is the point of what she is saying. This is whataboutism at its finest. She recognised a problem for her community and wants to do something about it. That makes sense.

@SkyHelpTeam Helllo! It’s the lack of broadband speed constantly. I changed at Christmas and it’s been horrendous ever since moving to your super one. Have ran through all diagnostics and it just keeps telling to call you guys. So I call but can never get through.

@SkyHelpTeam I am trying to make a complaint about my broadband but it is impossible. I genuinely give up with your company, my broadband is rubbish and now I have to pay an extra £5 pm to fix the problem. So much for loyalty.
