I fully intend to pay when I can, I told you that, I even told you the date I would be paying. It's the lack of guaranteed service that I'm angry about, it's very unfair

I think it's great that @SkyUK has put the latest films on to rent BUT seriously most new ones are £15.99 when it only costs £4.99 to go the cinema. Talk about making money from a shit situation

@AlastairCummins @SkyHelpTeam I had that. They sent someone (I think from openreach) to fix it. They did some work definitely outside the house. No problems with rain since. This was maybe 2 years ago.

@SkyHelpTeam had ‘no satellite signal’ on screen message since last night, Tuesday, tried all reset and on screen help procedures, tried calling various Sky contact numbers all this evening and getting a incorrect number message. What is going on. Not happy!
