I fully intend to pay when I can, I told you that, I even told you the date I would be paying. It's the lack of guaranteed service that I'm angry about, it's very unfair

@SkyHelpTeam Done a full reset of the hub, as the help in the link told me to do, still getting a lot less than the minimum upload speed. 146.4 download, this is in the min/max range sky gave me, 6.4 upload which is below the 24mbps speed and doesn't allow me to stream without it cutting out.

@SkyHelpTeam Oh great that’s just fantastic. Your info attached to the update sent to testers said it was to resolve the freezing issue. I’m paying over £100 a month with not even an offer of a discount or anything while I’m unplugging and resetting . I’ve been cheated
