    I think it's great that @SkyUK has put the latest films on to rent BUT seriously most new ones are £15.99 when it only costs £4.99 to go the cinema. Talk about making money from a shit situation

    @SkyUK I need to cancel a bill and pay it next week because I can't cover it on 27th, but I can't find an online chat thing to do it. I struggle to make calls, and the sky app doesn't have any way of contacting you

    Come on @SkyUK please contact me, I can't find any way of getting help online, and your call centre connected me to a nasty woman half way across the world who essentially told me to go and ask on twitter.. So, here I am. Paid every bill since march 2018, no problem and now this

    @TheLadyFuchsia @SkyUK And that it’s still very poor speed that is not meeting your guaranteed speed that you are paying them for which is a breach of your contract.

I fully intend to pay when I can, I told you that, I even told you the date I would be paying. It's the lack of guaranteed service that I'm angry about, it's very unfair

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m absolutely fuming with your new customer service! My 96yr old neighbour has just had it installed this morning but the not so caring engineer left before installation completed, it’s not working & she has NO TV, no one will call until tomorrow.
