Come on @SkyUK please contact me, I can't find any way of getting help online, and your call centre connected me to a nasty woman half way across the world who essentially told me to go and ask on twitter.. So, here I am. Paid every bill since march 2018, no problem and now this

@SkyUK I have been your customer for years. I had your equipment that I returned last Sunday. I got an email that I haven’t returned your equipment and you re charging me £30. Haven’t you had that a lot of us are struggling to pay bills. You are charging me £20 fortnightly.

@SkyUK can you please tell me when you released your last update for SkyQ? Interface aside, I've had no issues with my SkyQ box until recently, but now it won't stay connected to my WiFi. Every time I reset, it just diaconnects, so no on demand or apps. Can you advise?

@SkyUK want to log a complaint about poor tv service, many times I record football the signal is either interpreted or failed recording.this is not the service I'm paying for and I'm fed up with the situation. I've tried calling to complain bug of course nobody is available

I see the @SkySports app hasn’t improved at all. It is truly awful.
