@SkyHelpTeam I have a network repeater sat 6 inches from the box so its unlikely to be the wireless network QOS. I suspect the Q box.

@SkyHelpTeam I'm experiencing issues with my premium Sky channels but not Free to Air channels. Says "No Satellite Signal" on all of the premium channels. Tried restarting. Removing and inserting dish wires. Could this be linked to tech issues?

Hi @SkyUK I’m trying to watch #skygo on my iPad, and I chose to put subtitles on via the settings in the app. But they’re still not working on any programmes, do you have any ideas please? @SkyHelpTeam
