    Come on @SkyUK please contact me, I can't find any way of getting help online, and your call centre connected me to a nasty woman half way across the world who essentially told me to go and ask on twitter.. So, here I am. Paid every bill since march 2018, no problem and now this

    @SkyUK I need to cancel a bill and pay it next week because I can't cover it on 27th, but I can't find an online chat thing to do it. I struggle to make calls, and the sky app doesn't have any way of contacting you

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s been a week since i last replied and your internet is still awful. probably more awful then before. Now i have to start using data in my OWN house just to access social media and emails. Sky is making Virgin Media, and BT look like gods compared to their awful appearance.
