@SkyHelpTeam Why since the early hours this morning have BBC, ITV and Channel 4 stopped working? Message on screen reads channel is affected by a problem with your satellite signal. All other channels are fine so don't understand how this is a signal problem?

Last month has been a nightmare with Sky Broadband. OpenReach engineer out last week to fix a problem outside the property. Fast forward to last night, same problem only this time the internet is dropping every 30 mins. Got to wait 4 days for another engineer now @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam It was sorted by then, fortunately. A shame as you used to have 24 hour support. It isn't good for the disabled who need to have a phone line free - you'll only speak to us if we subscribe to Lifeline, though. You keep putting the price up but reducing your service.
