    @TheLadyFuchsia @SkyUK And that it’s still very poor speed that is not meeting your guaranteed speed that you are paying them for which is a breach of your contract.

    @SkyUK I need to cancel a bill and pay it next week because I can't cover it on 27th, but I can't find an online chat thing to do it. I struggle to make calls, and the sky app doesn't have any way of contacting you

    @SkyHelpTeam don’t believe it received a email at 5.30 am regarding my mobile swap advising if I don’t contact sky within 3 days they will cancel it. Only been trying to contact sky for the last 3 days! If sky had called me yesterday like they said it would of all been sorted.
