    Come on @SkyUK please contact me, I can't find any way of getting help online, and your call centre connected me to a nasty woman half way across the world who essentially told me to go and ask on twitter.. So, here I am. Paid every bill since march 2018, no problem and now this

    @SkyHelpTeam shocking service from Sky tonight considering 5 hours ago I took out a new 18 month contract with you. New TV deal knocked off Sky broadband discount (totally different account) and be told that despite paying £120 more over 18 months be only offered £30! Disgraceful

    @SkyHelpTeam ordered ultra fast broadband. Twice been at home for an engineer visit, but nobody turned up. Told on both times that order hadn’t gone through to open reach. Awaiting a phone call back from sky after 2nd issue. Been with sky for 18 years. Never had such service
