    @SkyUK I need to cancel a bill and pay it next week because I can't cover it on 27th, but I can't find an online chat thing to do it. I struggle to make calls, and the sky app doesn't have any way of contacting you

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for the free chocolate but it doesnt work, activated it in my Tesco store, went to the manned check out within 2 mins, made sure I had the correct bar as per your terms & both the barcode and the number didn't work even though they tried for ages,waste of time

    @SkyHelpTeam Spineless response. Not acknowledging the failed customer service experienced over the last 2 weeks. We HAVE been in touch with your support team for 2 weeks and they have failed to help. All you offer is a no service credit? Pathetic and a disgrace.
