@SkyHelpTeam well the good news my service is back from Sky if you can call the broadband a service. However only getting about 6 meg should be getting over 45. Utter garbage .

Hi @SkyHelpTeam relocated my tv due to buying new sofas but our aerials are too short. I have tried calling the support desk but the automated support doesn't have this feature can a sky engineer rectify? Thanks

@SkyHelpTeam Morning. Just wondered why my second box never seems to work before 6am. Always seems to be restarting/reconnecting and fails before that. Really odd and not hugely helpful when the toddler wakes up at 5am.
