    @SkyUK So called up Sky to check on fibre installation to be told not there problem and they will come out end of January. Are you guys on some substances ? You going to pay my phone bill for data usage ?

    @SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

    @virginmedia So it’s better for virgin media to lose a customer permanently, rather than try and assist a loyal customer in these difficult Financial Times? Isn’t that a bit scandalous? I wonder if @bt_uk or @SkyHelpTeam would treat customers as badly

    @SkyHelpTeam @MoneyTelegraph customer for over 7 years and due to the rise in bills tried to cancel my sky TV subscription to be told I would be charged over £200 as still 'in' contract! Unbelievable when I'm trying to get out of debt!
