@SkyUK So called up Sky to check on fibre installation to be told not there problem and they will come out end of January. Are you guys on some substances ? You going to pay my phone bill for data usage ?

@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

@SkyHelpTeam Done all the tests as you have advised as I did this morning when there was a outage….do you seriously want me to proceed to booking an engineer out when you should be able to confirm if there is another outage/ problem as there was confirmed this morning??

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve done that. I have no faith in your diagnostics link because throughout last night/this morning’s 12 hour outage it claimed there were no known problems for 4 hours after an agent told there was multiple outage in Grimsby. It was even on the Grimsby Telegraph website that 1/2
