    @SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

    @SkyUK So called up Sky to check on fibre installation to be told not there problem and they will come out end of January. Are you guys on some substances ? You going to pay my phone bill for data usage ?

    @buttsy1972 @SkyUK Hiya, go into the menus (possible the engineer's menu - Google it) and turn off WiFi on the Sky box. That will solve the sound issues. Obvs the box then needs either an ethernet or Powerline connection. Davina x

    Love how when I said I wanted to cancel and move to @SkyUK because of the terrible customer service at @virginmedia the advisor literally told me “to be honest it’d be cheaper for you to do so”. These last 6 months have been an unbelievable ***********
