@SkyHelpTeam Hello, like many others, I am unable to download anything to watch on catch-up or on demand. This is the second time in as many weeks that I have had to contact you with this issue. The first "fix" needed me to change the DNS to 8.8.8.8. What is the fix this time?

@SkyHelpTeam Do you guys have any plans to add a low latency gaming mode to your glass TVs? The input lag is terrible. It's a little heartbreaking because I otherwise love the TV, but will have to return it if there's no fix in sight 🥺
