@SkyUK So called up Sky to check on fibre installation to be told not there problem and they will come out end of January. Are you guys on some substances ? You going to pay my phone bill for data usage ?

@SkySports 100%. Very, very few people disagree with this message. But when will this stop? Football is played and watched by people of all colours and creeds and has lifted plenty of young folk out of poverty. You’ll never stop the occasional arsehole from behaving like what they are.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi you persuaded me a month ago to get your new router and take a new contract because it was so reliable and you would know if there was a problem before me. Well tonight it cut out with multiple devices using WiFi at the time. Havent got time to wait on the phone😡

@SkyHelpTeam hi, i upgraded my Sky Broadband package last month as the current service was slow and intermittently broke down however the service now drops off more than ever. This is unacceptable. I am due to start new job in 21’ and cannot have these issues ongoing!
