@SkyUK So called up Sky to check on fibre installation to be told not there problem and they will come out end of January. Are you guys on some substances ? You going to pay my phone bill for data usage ?

@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

@WeAreOpenreach The @SkyHelpTeam are saying that the next update is this Wednesday. It has been two weeks since my mum has been without internet because you haven’t fixed the external problem. Please consider this a formal complaint @OpenreachHelp and let me know your complaints procedure asap.

@Cl4r3 @SkyHelpTeam It absolutely tells you to ring a specific number for the team that deals with broadband issues not tweet the generic customer service twitter. But hey be my guest and carry on it’ll be fun for you when your order gets delayed or even cancelled because you didn’t contact them lol

@DWallace1979 @SkyHelpTeam You tried running the test through the MySky app or online at all to try and get a resolution or reason? Or you just sat on your arse since 3pm doing nothing and hoping it just comes back on?

@SkyHelpTeam I understand this, but please can you explain to me why my next door neighbour who is also with Sky has not got any problems when it’s being classed as a “local outage”. I am aware you are unable to do much but 4 days with no internet is extremely frustrating!

I’m guessing its telling you there is an outage thats causing your issue but obviously thats not good enough and definitely shocking that technology and infrastructure isn’t foolproof am I right? @lyndseyC_casey @SkyHelpTeam I think I know what happened here. You must have developed amnesia and forgotten all about your past life where you had a Sky service. That or there is a simple system error but I don’t know I’m not an expert or have any common sense or anything
