@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

@SkyUK So called up Sky to check on fibre installation to be told not there problem and they will come out end of January. Are you guys on some substances ? You going to pay my phone bill for data usage ?

@SkyHelpTeam right this is the 4th time the internet has gone down in 3 weeks. this time for over 24 hours!!!! unacceptable! i’ve had to buy £10 worth of data on my phone i want compensation. i’ll take no prisoners!

@SkyHelpTeam no satellite signal in SR6 postcode - please look into this. The storm has been over now for hours so I’m confused why this is still down. I’ll be requesting a discount on however many days I’m left without signal.

@youngin_uk @SkyHelpTeam This is one of the reasons we got rid off Sky years ago. Every time it got really windy we'd completely lose everything. Never had any issues since we moved to Virgin.

@SkyHelpTeam hi We've no satellite signal on our #SkyQ box since Saturday morning. I realise it's probably cos of the bad weather. It's been a lot calmer for several hours now & still no change. I've been through the troubleshooting via the #MySkyApp to no avail.
