@SkyUK So called up Sky to check on fibre installation to be told not there problem and they will come out end of January. Are you guys on some substances ? You going to pay my phone bill for data usage ?

@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

.@SkyHelpTeam I am on the verge of cancelling Sky Glass. Confirmed I’m getting 94mbs through Netflix on the Sky Glass TV. But nothing is playing. I’ve split my home network so only Sky Glass is on the 5ghz frequency and I still can’t watch anything on normal TV right now

@SkyHelpTeam Please send all requested and copy of complaint procedures and policy for elderly: vulnerable customers- this further reluctance to do as requested is not acceptable. I feel you are making this so difficult in order that we give up and carry on paying an unnecessarily high tariff

@SkyHelpTeam Chloe - I want a breakdown of my mothers bill since 2013 , my mother has moved contracts 2014,2015 and her bill is now £120 per month - she has no extras she watches bbc 1 and bbc 2 , she phoned no more than 4 people on her landline . I want to terminate the contract now

@discoveryplus app on @SkyUK needs some serious UI updates, it’s awful! Laggy, never clear where the active selector is and general rubbish. Content is good, shocking experience though 🤯
