@SkyUK So called up Sky to check on fibre installation to be told not there problem and they will come out end of January. Are you guys on some substances ? You going to pay my phone bill for data usage ?

@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

@SkyHelpTeam I feel blessed. Managed to get 9mins of broadband service half an hr ago before the inevitable happened. Yes it's gone down again. Sky's internet & customer service falling quicker than a skydiver with a concrete parachute. WA2 postcode....CHESHIRE NOT LANCASHIRE!!!

@SkyHelpTeam I’m doing an app refresh as missing an app on my mini box but if I put the box into standby will that stop the app refresh from working or can you help me to get the app to show its showing on 2 of 3 mini boxes and main box (app name is LIONSGATE+)thanks
