@SkyUK So called up Sky to check on fibre installation to be told not there problem and they will come out end of January. Are you guys on some substances ? You going to pay my phone bill for data usage ?

@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

@SkyHelpTeam @CameronRoots Hi Liam , Definitely a problem in SG8. No Internet for 2 hours now, comes on for a few minutes and then drops. Have run the test and it says there is a problem.

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks Jason. Reported an outage as it seems to be covering the whole Royston area. After running the broadband test an outage message says that “broadband and talk problems. You might not be able to get online due to problems in your local area.” This hasn’t changed since 0925?

.@SkyUK is an absolute joke. Ten years a customer and they quoted me packages that were more expensive than they offered new customers online. And why does their sales process always feel *****? Nothing is sent in writing and you have to make a decision right then. #ByeSky
