    @SkyUK So called up Sky to check on fibre installation to be told not there problem and they will come out end of January. Are you guys on some substances ? You going to pay my phone bill for data usage ?

    @SkyUK And no way to record programmes to watch later. Having to switch off at the wall and on again every now and then to get it to work. Weak Wi-Fi signal. Not overly enamoured by it just yet...

    @SkyHelpTeam That's a long time to have no phone/broadband, especially as I work from home. Is that really the soonest they can do it? Also, will I still be charged for the days I have no service?
