@SkyUK So called up Sky to check on fibre installation to be told not there problem and they will come out end of January. Are you guys on some substances ? You going to pay my phone bill for data usage ?

@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

@SkyHelpTeam We've run the test many times, and it's unable to identify the cause. It's the third time it happens in a matter of months and your lack of solutions is honestly unacceptable. Clients who have a recurring problem should be prioritised.

Its absolutely horrendous commentary from Skysports in the #WHUMUN game, they kept on mentioning how West Ham had a game on Thursday the whole game.. But they never mentioned once when #MUFC played on Thursday's last season.. 👎

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve tried sending a private message and it says that social media isn’t monitored. I will be looking at going elsewhere, good customer service is very important to me, you can’t get all answers from a website and not everyone can access websites
