    @SkyUK So called up Sky to check on fibre installation to be told not there problem and they will come out end of January. Are you guys on some substances ? You going to pay my phone bill for data usage ?

    @SkyHelpTeam(still) TV less household. Replacement number three not working. nobody willing to give a time frame, nobody willing to let me speak to complaints. All I will say is if you plan on buying a glass, don't. They want me to shell out for an extra puck to plug into the TV

    @SkyHelpTeam any chance you might chase open reach and get them to fix my broadband which was reported on Friday afternoon and has been down since. 3.5 days and counting without a product I pay for is unacceptable
