@SkyUK So called up Sky to check on fibre installation to be told not there problem and they will come out end of January. Are you guys on some substances ? You going to pay my phone bill for data usage ?

@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

@SkyHelpTeam been trying to get hold of you for the last week to discuss my sky talk options. Every single time I ring I get cut off. Customer service is diabolical considering I pay over £150 a month for 4 sky boxes, broadband and telephone, I’d expect a good level of service!

@markybram @SkyUK I just spoke to the tech team and they were like “sending a new router won’t help, you have the latest one” but then said but for another £5, we have a better router than gives out a stronger signal, like wtf?
