@SkyUK So called up Sky to check on fibre installation to be told not there problem and they will come out end of January. Are you guys on some substances ? You going to pay my phone bill for data usage ?

@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

You’ve been told there is an outage and that people are working to fix it wasting someone else’s time speaking to them isn’t going to make that any different is it? When are you going to reply to me about your annoying sky go app ? @SkyUK . There’s no need for it to keep “searching for updates” everytime the app is open. You need to fix the app it’s a mess.

@SkyHelpTeam absolutely livid with Sky. One week after planned engineer visit to connect wifi in new flat and they have just cancelled my order altogether with no explanation! Can you tell me what on Earth is going on? Apparently an issue with @BTSopenreach but no idea what it is
