@SkyUK So called up Sky to check on fibre installation to be told not there problem and they will come out end of January. Are you guys on some substances ? You going to pay my phone bill for data usage ?

@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

Lily accidentally added Sky Kids to my TV package when she had a sleepover so I phoned up @SkyUK this evening to get it removed and they also managed to give me a whole load of discounts taking my bills down further. The best type of Xmas present!

@SkyUK Absolutely Disgusting!!! I have been cut off after being PROMISED that my bill can carry over to January. I call sky to say I have an issue with my bill because of a bereavement. Get told its okay and won't be cut off. Notes on my account confirm!! My kids are so upset
