King Sloth (@ItsKingSloth) reported from Lossiemouth, Scotland@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

Commentary team shockingly poor, thankfully network feed was available on the plus service last night for Norris match, so much better. Too many matches no commentary

In there you should see usage, alternatively go to piggybank and transfer data to sim and you’ll see balance in there. Sky got rid of most of customer service and the entirety of sales so I doubt you’ll get a response on X.
