King Sloth (@ItsKingSloth) reported from Lossiemouth, Scotland@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

Luke Halsall (@LJHalsall) reported@SkyUK terrible service. I cancelled everything with you in January. I've continued to be charged. When calling was told this would still take a week to get a refund. No compensation offered and not put through to complaints. Will not be using you again.

Nothing to see here (@shanc73) reported@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK I'm not sure which advisor called me today, to try and 'win me back', but he was incredibly rude and put the phone down on me after what sounded like swearing at me, because I wouldn't agree with him... Not sure that's how you may convince me to come back

Opening statement “ I want to cancel and do not wish to renew my contract” Ignored me repeating this 1 hour to get to the point where they agreed to cancel after offer after offer.
