  @SkyHelpTeam I've spoken to Sky on the phone, so has my partner, the last time we waited in for the 3rd or 4th time they arrived late and with no long ladders, the rudeness has never been addressed, i'm almost afraid of your engineers now, and i'm not alone.I don't know how to move ahead.

  Skysports has gone ****** mad. Their attempts at wokery, and their pursuit of becoming a supposedly inclusive channel, have left it bereft of any substance and/or real grit. Unwatchable now, with 3rd rate guests and "pundits." If it ain't broke, Don't fix it!!!!

  @SkyHelpTeam It appears you have no records of appointments or service records of any description, if anything was to be i would suggest Sky leads, since no one else has had any luck so far.

  @SkyHelpTeam I like your product but your level of customer service is appalling, i am 64 with a heart condition, being invited outside caused a lot of anxiety, i would never be alone with one of your engineers.

  @SkyHelpTeam Btw, we did make a complaint at the time, nothing was done and no one knew anything about it whenever we called, just to be clear.
