Andrew Black (@Drewmeister1980) reported@nataliesawyer @SkyHelpTeam Yeah I was in a flat and my dish was on the side (first floor) and the blokes tree next door just grew and grew eventually blocking out the signal. Sky ended up installing another dish at the front on an extended pole and it solved it. Good luck.

Craig M (@craig99mac) reported@SkyHelpTeam my sky q mini box is not working in bedroom despite the main box showing connectivity and saying the mini box is connected. My tv is showing no signal and won’t let me select the correct hdmi port. Why not?! Driving me mad!!!

Signal came back two days later, cancelled engineer. Signal goes an hour later. Now waiting for the 8th July to get it fixed. £90 a month to watch the Euros on an iPad. 😡

If your on a communal system there is an issue on some systems with HD but should be able to watch the equivalent channel in SD. For example 405 golf HD or 859 golf SD
