  @SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

  @SkyHelpTeam I have had a terrible service so far. I’ve had to complain three times and have been on the phone for three hours. I change providers from EE to sky and what was supposed to be a smooth transition has been very stressful. I have been without service for nearly 2 days
