@SkyUK So called up Sky to check on fibre installation to be told not there problem and they will come out end of January. Are you guys on some substances ? You going to pay my phone bill for data usage ?

@SkyHelpTeam what is going On! My elderly mother has now been waiting for 5 weeks for @OpenreachHelp to visit to sort her broadband, so she can use her Sky Q. They were supposed to attend today but did not arrive. She is paying You a lot of money for a service she is not getting
