@SkyUK So called up Sky to check on fibre installation to be told not there problem and they will come out end of January. Are you guys on some substances ? You going to pay my phone bill for data usage ?

@scottgibson93 @SkyHelpTeam Don’t hold ur breath this is what they have been doing to me since beginning of 2021 and still no end in sight - sneakily close complaint down after not resolving and either don’t call and say they did, let it ring once and bolt or don’t speak and hang up when you answer

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, all I know is that the ‘sky mobile case team’ are handling it, and promise an update every 2 days. I received a text on Tuesday so there should be a follow up scheduled today (Andrew on customer service confirmed it was there when I called to chase it today).

@SkyUK much appreciate a complaint from 2020 STILL not being resolved and after 2+ hours on the phone earlier and GUARANTEED a call back between set times this afternoon - SHOCK HORROR nothing!! This is why I wanted everything in writing cause you can’t be trusted to do anything

@SkyHelpTeam There is an outage has been since 2.30am yesterday got told being fixed but no engineers been anywhere near the effected box , I pay for a service

@SkyHelpTeam I really need some help with my account. I’ve tried speaking with customer services at least 3 times to resolve this but no one can seem to help. My email address was used on a previous sky account I held. That then got closed when I moved house.

@SkyUK poorest service I’ve received today and spoken rudely as well as spoken down to. This service is getting worse and a lot of people need training on how to treat and speak to customers. Just had an individual name Amit from Leeds call centre who was absolutely shocking.
