    @SkyUK So called up Sky to check on fibre installation to be told not there problem and they will come out end of January. Are you guys on some substances ? You going to pay my phone bill for data usage ?

    @SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

    @SkyHelpTeam Same message as always when it rains, sky box not receiving a signal, I pay £130 a month so I do expect the service I pay for not to watch a blue screen when it rains.

    @SkyHelpTeam Nah, apparently it's not enabled - I tried to reactive it. But I didn't know this when I was out when I clicked record. I didn't have this problem when I last had sky. Anyway, it doesn't matter now. It's just a **** situation. I'll have to wait til half 6 for channel 4

    @SkyHelpTeam I suppose my concern really was from a potential customer perspective. I'd want to know if there was any general, uk or international increases in rates as a consequence of anything. That way people know its general usage, exp disc etc etc
