@SkyUK So called up Sky to check on fibre installation to be told not there problem and they will come out end of January. Are you guys on some substances ? You going to pay my phone bill for data usage ?

@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

@SkyHelpTeam really disgusted with ur pathetic service. Booked home move month in advance but u cancelled last moment. Gave next available date 15 days after!! U can’t even reinstall connection at old property! For god sake , have some continuity/backup plan for customers 😡😡
