@SkyUK So called up Sky to check on fibre installation to be told not there problem and they will come out end of January. Are you guys on some substances ? You going to pay my phone bill for data usage ?

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been a Sky customer for 24 yrs. A few weeks ago found out that sky customers could access @paramountplus at no extra charge.However, I’ve been unable to view it on my account.I’ve called your c/services & was told I either have to pay or cancel sky cinema? Why?
