King Sloth (@ItsKingSloth) reported from Lossiemouth, Scotland@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

Ian Moone (@Traumaside99) reported@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam My mum's was up & she was offered pretty much the same deal, I cancelled her contract & got her a higher speed with a different provider for £21 a month. Sky asked her not to cancel & offered £26 a month for the slower speed she was already on. Told them no & moved off Sky.

IanScanlon3-3 (@ianscanlon3) reported@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Was with SKY for over 20 years. Called them looking for a better deal, they said they had none. I cancelled there and then. They could not care less. I now get Netflix and Prime for next to nothing. Have never missed SKY.
