@SkyUK So called up Sky to check on fibre installation to be told not there problem and they will come out end of January. Are you guys on some substances ? You going to pay my phone bill for data usage ?

@SkyHelpTeam help required with 2tb receiver - broadband speeds of 500+ mbps but programmes stopping multiple times midpoint with caption 'please wait for more to download' - very annoying as this didnt happen previously with 1tb receiver and slower bb speeds.

@ellieemegan @SkyHelpTeam Sorry but if you’ve been told there is an issue thats going to take time to resolve through what I’m guessing is a mixture of needing parts and equipment and the strikes then what exactly are you wanting beyond this? Just wait patiently like a good little girl

@mancmaestro @SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp If you’ve completed a home move then the service at the old house will have been cancelled and the service at your new house won’t have gone active yet if Openreach haven’t installed it. All thats to say yes its annoying but you don’t get charged for BB when its not active

@SkyUK two streaming televisions in the house. One in the kitchen (wifi). Sky Glass in the living room connected by an ethernet cable. Absolutely no problem with TV in kitchen. Sky Glass, pretty much unwatchable. Freezing, trying to load programmes 🙄 Not fit for purpose.
