@SkyUK So called up Sky to check on fibre installation to be told not there problem and they will come out end of January. Are you guys on some substances ? You going to pay my phone bill for data usage ?

@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

@SkyHelpTeam Well you lot screwed me right over I cancelled my disconnection date to 25th feb however the incompetent idiot who dealt with me didn’t. Do that even though he reassured me my disconnection date would be 25 th feb not today, I called up got told nothing can be done
