@SkyUK So called up Sky to check on fibre installation to be told not there problem and they will come out end of January. Are you guys on some substances ? You going to pay my phone bill for data usage ?

@SkyHelpTeam night after night the tv sticks freezes on sky (I have Q) watching ITV4. Switch to watching it via the Amazon stick and no issues. Sky seems to have become rubbish. Why?

Has anyone else had issues with @NetflixUK on @SkyHelpTeam? When opening the app and selecting a PIN locked profile it gets stuck there. Workaround is to select a random programme direct from the planner then enter PIN. Weird
