@SkyUK So called up Sky to check on fibre installation to be told not there problem and they will come out end of January. Are you guys on some substances ? You going to pay my phone bill for data usage ?

@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

@SkyHelpTeam Need more of an update on this. Is it just Lanashire or is this a larger outage? "Broadband and Talk problems. You might not be able to get online or make/receive phone calls due to a problem in your local area. We're sorry for any inconvenience caused." since 14:57 YESTERDAY!

Ahhhh @SkyHelpTeam sort it out seriously …. No phone all day and now the internet goes again! Some of us have to use these to work? Wonder if you’ll compensate customers for service outage at all. #poorservice
