@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

@SkyUK So called up Sky to check on fibre installation to be told not there problem and they will come out end of January. Are you guys on some substances ? You going to pay my phone bill for data usage ?

@SkyUK getting really pissed off now with Sky Glass, what a piece of ****. Trying to whatch the TV and all it does is freeze FFS weren't these TV's product tested before being supplied to customers.

@SkyHelpTeam I believe SKY is having issues connected to open reach for the STOCKPORT area, including SK5. If I call you can anyone provide an estimate for how long internet will be down? I can't do my job and need to let my employer know. It's been down since Saturday

@SkyHelpTeam I hope so too Sky gave me 2 free sky Q Tv boxes after both of my old HD boxes stopped working last month I have the sky insurance that qualifies the 2 Q boxes coming tomorrow I hope they work like the agent on the phone said or I’ll be cancelling my sky acc after 25yrs service
