@SkyUK So called up Sky to check on fibre installation to be told not there problem and they will come out end of January. Are you guys on some substances ? You going to pay my phone bill for data usage ?

@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

@SkyHelpTeam whats with these download problems? Just downloaded 9ep, 3 of them have error „remote network problem“. I WFH, on video calls all day, my internet connection works perfectly fine on other streaming services. Never had these issues with Sky+. Really miss that old box!

@SkyHelpTeam @househlaalu I third the comments, just north of MK. This happened last week and you told all the customers it was an issue our end ... and lo and behold it was actually an issue with the exchange. Perhaps you can arrange for that go be checked?

@SkyHelpTeam broadband down again in Milton Keynes. 2nd time in a week. Run all the tests, problem is again 100% your end. This getting beyond a joke 🤬
