    @SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

    @SkyUK So called up Sky to check on fibre installation to be told not there problem and they will come out end of January. Are you guys on some substances ? You going to pay my phone bill for data usage ?

    @SkyHelpTeam It is still showing an issue then once you click check broadband there is now no longer any issues. As the maintenance in London is finished. But I live in Gillingham Dorset 3/4 hours away 🤔

    @SkyHelpTeam My landlord told us there is an outage (LA1), but this has been 5 days. It's frustrating, really frustrating since I work from home mostly. Do you have any indication when it is resolved? It's been 5 days without wifi.

    @SkyHelpTeam please could you let me know why Skygo doesn't work on Windows 11. It was OK before. Since it updated to 11 I can open he app but it will not play or download anything. I've seen numerous issues on the sky community forums but nothing seem to be being done thanks S

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam why in ******** does my modem keep restarting EVERY night at 2-3am?! There shouldn't be updates to it every night, nor should it be able to restart itself, I pay for this internet, let me use it 24/7 when I so damn well please. (1/2)

    @SkyHelpTeam My Sky Broadband is still NOT working here in the LEICESTER LE4 6SE area since this morning tryed everything in book but still nothing happing Sky Broadband is Dead 🙃
