@SkyUK So called up Sky to check on fibre installation to be told not there problem and they will come out end of January. Are you guys on some substances ? You going to pay my phone bill for data usage ?

@supersonicade @alexbloor My current theory is that the time change was hard-coded off a table 15 years ago by a contractor and @SkyUK are frantically trying to find someone who knows how to even compile the code let alone fix it.

@SkyHelpTeam when are you going to fix the timing on Sky+. As you will be aware when clocks went back our sky didnt. The menue for example is telling corrie on 8.30 when in fact its 7.30. I assume we will get rebates for poor service

Hey @SkyUK, can't you just do what you did last year? My dad is a little confused after a bad stroke, and can't understand why his TV is showing two different times - he doesn't know which one is right. This shouldn't be a big deal, please sort it out!

@SkyHelpTeam Where did I say my box was stuck on 4:50pm? I didn't just that it's STILL on BST, not fixing it til Thursday on your parts isn't on. Bad enough my broadband keeps crashing & you refuse to replace my router just keep sending engineers out who all admit I need a new router.

@SkyHelpTeam I'm trying to cancel my discovery plus subscription, @discoveryplus tells me to contact sky, sky help tells me to cancel with discovery plus going around in circles with no help and phone lines telling me to use the Internet??????????
