@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

@SkyUK So called up Sky to check on fibre installation to be told not there problem and they will come out end of January. Are you guys on some substances ? You going to pay my phone bill for data usage ?

@SkyUK after 21 years as a customer TV and broadband asked this evening if there are any deals going as we are out of contract on the 10th Jan only to be told no and the new cost would be £37 a month.... Great customer service off to a new broadband provider now.

@SkyHelpTeam internet hopeless again. Can’t get through to anyone that can help, keep getting try wwwsky whatever. Useless when the internet is hopeless. Had this crap before and the help is hopeless. I’ll get a stupid dm asking me to try xy and z and it’s all hopeless

@SkyHelpTeam Spoke to a lovely lady at Sky a short time ago, who was in total disbelief about the whole saga, and could see how many times @OpenreachHelp engineers had been out! Engineer no.8 now booked, although I’ve got no faith it’ll be fixed. 😔 Thanks for your help.... 👍

@SkyHelpTeam Sky Q subtitles are not working on either of our TVs for live tv or our recordings, despite asking via the 'speak' button on the remote and switching on manually via Settings. What else can I try?
