@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

@SkyUK So called up Sky to check on fibre installation to be told not there problem and they will come out end of January. Are you guys on some substances ? You going to pay my phone bill for data usage ?

Ever since @BTGroup upgraded me for free to some kind of ultimate thing that offers no benefits, I’ve had ongoing intermittent internet issues. Wonder what deals @SkyUK have got at the moment

@Anth1977 @Scotty061289 @SkySports Then you obviously aren’t aware how apparent it is again. I’ve seen it at multiple games. I once went to an Crewe game, and the horrible **** behind me hurled monkey noises at an MK Dons player. It still happens.

Don't use the excuse of GDPR and data protection to me @SkyHelpTeam I just want you to check my parents landline for a fault as they are 90 & vulnerable and have no working phone now in an emergency! You happy with that, I'M NOT!
