@SkyUK So called up Sky to check on fibre installation to be told not there problem and they will come out end of January. Are you guys on some substances ? You going to pay my phone bill for data usage ?

@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

@SkyHelpTeam @virginmedia why can’t I login to sky sports with my virgin media account? I’ve checked my login details on my virgin account and it works fine. Yet can’t login to the sky sports website on my windows laptop or the sky spots app on my iPhone.
