@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

@SkyUK So called up Sky to check on fibre installation to be told not there problem and they will come out end of January. Are you guys on some substances ? You going to pay my phone bill for data usage ?

Why is @SkyHelpTeam trying to charge me for outstanding balance when I actually went through switching my provider, and when I call the numbers 0333 7591 018, 0333 7591 503, it’s saying it cannot match my phone number to any of their accounts, yet I have never changed my number
