@SkyUK So called up Sky to check on fibre installation to be told not there problem and they will come out end of January. Are you guys on some substances ? You going to pay my phone bill for data usage ?

@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, Chloe, I did private message the sky help team other day providing pictures, which was speeds, router statics and showing it saying nothing is wrong with connection or line. So they’ve seemed to ignored or dismissed that message. Thank you

@SkyHelpTeam really disappointed with how sky tell you that you can pre order matlida, pay for it then get to the day and it doesn’t download and disappeared, phone there help team and they say it happens it will come on at some point, I have a very upset 5 year old cheers sky

Is there @O2 mobile network issues today in Hull, Partner can’t make or receive calls could earlier and I’m @SkyUK mobile and that’s the same at moment
