Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

Tried various phones & all don’t work so it is NOT a phone issue. Please advise your cancellation no. as looking into the issue in 72 hours is NOT good enough.
