@SkyUK So called up Sky to check on fibre installation to be told not there problem and they will come out end of January. Are you guys on some substances ? You going to pay my phone bill for data usage ?

@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

@SkyUK Recent contact with customer service said I can have my sky cheaper if I had a sky glass tv. If I can have it cheaper with one why can I not have it cheaper without one ?

@SkyHelpTeam @AndreaFearne I’m in chigwell and also affected. Any update on an ETA for the fix? I work from home but can only get away with this for so long before I have to go to the office (which has a knock on my childcare arrangements)

@SkyHelpTeam Apparently my login is linked to two core accounts and because of this you won't allow me to activate paramount plus. Your complaints department are going all over the place in avoiding to find a solution.

@LaurieD97 @SkyHelpTeam Doesn't work on absolutely every TV, so if you've tried all the codes chances are the TV doesn't support the technology required for a 3rd party remote to control it. Looks like its 2 remotes for you Lauren

@SkyHelpTeam I work in networking… at some point you’re going to realise it’s a physical fault somewhere (and then you may have an idea of number of hours depending on availability of engineers) or you have a routing issue. Either way, you should be able to have a rough estimate…

Bonuses were never part of transfer fees in football unless it's going to the club itself but because it's city....
