@SkyUK So called up Sky to check on fibre installation to be told not there problem and they will come out end of January. Are you guys on some substances ? You going to pay my phone bill for data usage ?

@SkyHelpTeam It’s not that it’s not a great experience. It’s that it is NO experience Having to check everything to confirm there’s no internet, and to have to re book in an engineer (to replace the no-show today) is a poor pants experience.

@SkyUK Sky you are a disgrace. I've just tried to call customer service because my Netflix account has been reduced to a basic package. After 20 minutes of waiting on hold I was cut off. There are no options online to resolve my problem. Absolutely ridiculous.
