@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

@SkyUK So called up Sky to check on fibre installation to be told not there problem and they will come out end of January. Are you guys on some substances ? You going to pay my phone bill for data usage ?

@SkyHelpTeam recently changed to sky mobile. to login on certain apps/websites I need to receive verification text msgs. A couple of websites' codes have come through as texts, but there are one or two websites where I never receive the text w code. Is sky blocking these?

@SkyHelpTeam Hi thanks for your reply, apparently I am just out of contract, I have been trying to talk to an advisor, but I'm having no luck as call centre s are difficult to understand.. I have been with Sky for 30 plus years & have never found things so difficult even during the Pandemic)

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Chloe thanks for trying but I have already tried the phone, cut off eventually. On chat yesterday from 4.24 till closing time , still no response. I have just cancelled my direct debit so Sky can call me . I will be reporting your disgraceful service to OFCOM.
