@SkyUK So called up Sky to check on fibre installation to be told not there problem and they will come out end of January. Are you guys on some substances ? You going to pay my phone bill for data usage ?

@SkyHelpTeam I think we have the same problem as a lot of other people - Sky Q box keeps disconnecting and reconnecting every 5 minutes. Unwatchable. Can you send a replacement please? Box is only a year or two old.

@SkyHelpTeam had sky q box for two days and Wednesday onwards unable to record catch up doesn't work followed sky's guides to nil effect really pee'd off, are we expected to pay for this lack of functionality?
