    @SkyUK So called up Sky to check on fibre installation to be told not there problem and they will come out end of January. Are you guys on some substances ? You going to pay my phone bill for data usage ?

    So Sky is "improving" the broadband in the area by switching it off for 12 hours with no advanced warning - and I work from home with critical work scheduled during those hours. I guess it's time to switch to a provider that gives a damn. @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK #skybroadband

    @SkyHelpTeam I am a platinum Sky customer. Just recently I have experienced failed downloads on my Sky Q. I have seen reports of other users having the same problem. This particularly happened with 2 downloads last week, Babylon Berlin and Upright. Please advise as frustrating!

    Hey @SkyUK , had an outage in my area for over 24 hours now. Status on website doesn’t provide an ETA for getting this fixed and I need this as I WFH and can’t do my job without it.

    @SkyHelpTeam What I have after being a customer for 17 years with tv, mobile’s and broadband from you is being charged more for broadband than a new Sky customer and £10 a month more than your competitors. Your renewal team didn’t care and told me to move to get a better price. Bar humbug.

    @OFarrellSimon @SkyHelpTeam Just to give you the heads up before you shout at a poor agent who’s at no fault for any of this: you won’t get a temp service, you’ll have no choice but to wait till the 7th, it could even be longer depending on diff factors and to answer your inevitable next question/impulse
