  @booqpr @SkyHelpTeam Yes, it is Burt, we're on London Rd and it's down, same in Mount Road, the other side of town. Tried their technical help line and the message is that they're having some technical problems so it could be wider still.

  @SkyHelpTeam have sky fiber broadband but keep getting dropouts and poor streaming. My router is pretty old, how do I get a new one?

  @SkyHelpTeam Thanks, it didn't when I checked. Broadband support weren't able to confirm either. However we've just spotted it seems to be back up and running again.

  @SkyHelpTeam hi guys, I got my new sky q box delivered yesterday morning, and it's not working at all, just have a black screen on the TV, tried everything possible to fix it, on you your help line twice yesterday and still no joy.. What can u do..
