@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

@SkyUK So called up Sky to check on fibre installation to be told not there problem and they will come out end of January. Are you guys on some substances ? You going to pay my phone bill for data usage ?

@SkyUK why is it so difficult to become a Sky customer?! The website throws up error message after error message and it’s impossible to actually find a contact number on their website. Anyone would think they didn’t want to sell their products 🙄

@SkyHelpTeam I’m continually getting an error message when using Sky Go Extra on PS4 stating a problem with the video stream. This only happens when watching something on catch-up or a box set. Internet is fine. Could you please advise?

@SkyHelpTeam hi, my internet has gone terrible at home tonight. I’m not in the area for planned maintenance but I can’t connect to any servers on PlayStation and speed test on PlayStation and phone is only 1.5mbs

@SkyHelpTeam I think we have the same problem as a lot of other people - Sky Q box keeps disconnecting and reconnecting every 5 minutes. Unwatchable. Can you send a replacement please? Box is only a year or two old.
