@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

@SkyUK So called up Sky to check on fibre installation to be told not there problem and they will come out end of January. Are you guys on some substances ? You going to pay my phone bill for data usage ?

@SkyHelpTeam In other words I have to ring up go through all the rigmarole of being on hold etc etc to be told there’s no problem that you can see Im Home schooling two children and my wife is attempting to work from home

@SkyHelpTeam No it’s not sorted. We have an engineer coming out on Sunday- something we have been trying to get for months. So for all this time we have been paying £27 and can’t use the wifi without problems.
