@SkyUK So called up Sky to check on fibre installation to be told not there problem and they will come out end of January. Are you guys on some substances ? You going to pay my phone bill for data usage ?

@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

@SkyHelpTeam This would mean leaving her without the ability to call anyone until December (I live a very long way from her). What if something were to happen? She is 80, housebound and with health issues. She doesn’t know this mythical password. Please, have a heart and call her to help.

@SkyHelpTeam They will refuse to talk to me about her password as I’m not the account holder (and I do get it, it’s data protection). But if someone could JUST CALL HER to set a password up, then that would fix this. Or just book an engineer to go look at the phone. Why make this such a saga?

@SkyUK Sky Broadband is the worst!!!! I have had no internet since Tuesday…it is now Friday. They are telling me they can’t said an engineer before next Tuesday and there is nothing I or they can do. Is ridiculous!
