    @SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

    @SkyUK So called up Sky to check on fibre installation to be told not there problem and they will come out end of January. Are you guys on some substances ? You going to pay my phone bill for data usage ?

    @SkyHelpTeam Any update? This issue is now getting out of control. Problem affects every show recorded with a series link. My recordings are a mess. The wife is not at all happy since it was my idea to move to Sky Q from the reliable Sky HD.

    @SkyHelpTeam Dealt with the automated customer support yesterday for a broadband outage. Will I likely hear from the engineer today? Having to buy data to be able to do work isn't great.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks @SkyHelpTeam it's now been a week since we lost our connection. Are you not able to give any more details on what the problem is or more importantly when it will be fixed? Copying in @OpenreachHelp who told me to contact you as my supplier.

    @Paddy_Baller @mrlamb11 @SkyUK If a service has been cancelled it would need to be reordered, provisioned and activated again. This can take up to 14 days. Lainy

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, is there a mobile network issue? Yesterday I was mid conversation and it cut off, I tried to call back but I couldn't dial out. And calls weren't able to be made to me, either.

    @KieranMaguire @SkySports Half the pundits have never played in the premier league or the men’s game, it’s been completely diluted to appease the woke brigade and the quality is far lower than it used to be. They have tried to appeal to a section of people who never watch sport, is go woke, go broke!

    There's some very rude replies from the @SkyHelpTeam to customers enduring an outage. How about toning down the attitude. BTW your test link doesn't work.
