@SkyUK So called up Sky to check on fibre installation to be told not there problem and they will come out end of January. Are you guys on some substances ? You going to pay my phone bill for data usage ?

@SkyHelpTeam I have counted at over 10 tweets to you reporting internet issues in TN postcode area but you keep replying that there’s no known issues? At what point do you consider this a wider issue than the individual customer?

@SkyHelpTeam, it looks like your Broadband is down in SO53, Chandler’s Ford area. Tests are unavailable on multiple devices, and orange broadband lights persists after multiple troubleshooting attempts. Any thought?
