@SkyUK So called up Sky to check on fibre installation to be told not there problem and they will come out end of January. Are you guys on some substances ? You going to pay my phone bill for data usage ?

@suziqvk @SkyUK @virginmedia That’s truly rubbish! We have occasional dropouts from ee, but we reset the router. 9/10 there’s been some glitch or other causing it. Often the bt wifi extender. Sometimes the net just runs slow. I work with huge files all the time so I get your angst!

@SkyHelpTeam broadband out in Medway for nearly 2 hours now. No information available on service status page. These may not be your working hours, but they are mine. I pay for 24hr service - I should be able to expect 24hr support.

@SkyHelpTeam I have raised a complaint and all I received was an email saying you’d tried to call but missed me! Turns out you tried to call the landline which is the issue and isn’t working - I have pointed this out via email and guess what, no response!!! Not good enough sky, appalling.
