@SkyUK So called up Sky to check on fibre installation to be told not there problem and they will come out end of January. Are you guys on some substances ? You going to pay my phone bill for data usage ?

@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi it’s been 7 hours without internet and the service status link gives no update at all other than we know it’s not working, we’ll fix it at some point. Have you got any updates? Is it an issue at the exchange? Has someone dug through the fibre? Is it another issue? Fix eta?

@skytv @SkyHelpTeam is 40-50mb the max speed that Q can download at, if not using Sky internet, as sky discussion boards suggest? This seems shockingly slow when most FTTP speeds are in the 100’s of mb/s. Seems like punishment for not having sky internet which can connect to 5ghz

@SkyHelpTeam Okay. So it went down at 10:30am. You took until 3pm to identify the problem. Engineers have only just arrived and they do not know what the problem is despite identifying what the problem is? Why has it taken 6 hours to identify - but not identify - the problem?
