@SkyUK So called up Sky to check on fibre installation to be told not there problem and they will come out end of January. Are you guys on some substances ? You going to pay my phone bill for data usage ?

@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

@SkyHelpTeam They keep telling us they are unable to upgrade our package, forget it, it’s a complete waste of time and a very poor service. If I can’t even get my subscription upgraded, there is little hope really!

Been with #skybroadband less than 3 weeks and my WiFi is down until Monday sometime as @OpenreachHelp has a fault on the line! No wonder @SkyUK are giving deals on broadband! It doesn’t work
