    @SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

    @SkyUK So called up Sky to check on fibre installation to be told not there problem and they will come out end of January. Are you guys on some substances ? You going to pay my phone bill for data usage ?

    @SkyUK 1st: the lady on the phone was superb, a real gem. 2nd I am incredibly frustrated and dissatisfied by Sky’s approach to problem solving. After many years with you I am now searching for another tv broadband and phone (3 mobiles) provider. I would greatly appreciate a chat.

    @SkyHelpTeam That the problem was unsolvable! Buy house today but previous owners BB not disconnected until Monday. Therefore impossible for me to rebook appointment until after then.

    @VodafoneUK just had my broadband cancelled, 2nd time by the way, 3 days before activation because “there is no room in the cabinet” really bad service from you guys ! Even had the box delivered today too. Cancelled @SkyUK on the say you were going to provide me. Really poor !

    @SkyHelpTeam I called the number and got a audio response saying, we are aware of a problem in your area press 1 to receive a text when it is resolved, this hasn’t help me at all, I couldn’t even speak to a member of the broadband team

    @SkyUK when will the bad weather affecting signal issue be addressed? Over the last few weeks with heavy rain, the signal constantly cuts out.
