@SkyUK So called up Sky to check on fibre installation to be told not there problem and they will come out end of January. Are you guys on some substances ? You going to pay my phone bill for data usage ?

Hey @SkyHelpTeam why can’t we get an ETA of when service might be restored? No broadband in NW8 0ND since Friday. Your lame help department can only advise that there is an “outage in your area”. No sh#t Sherlock.

@SkyHelpTeam It's sky q. I've checked the dish outside and no visible damage. Signal went last night. Not had it on all day but turned on now and still no signal. Unplugged and turned off for a few minutes but still no signal.

@SkyHelpTeam Unfortunately the building management have been uncontactable for years. With that in mind being an exceptional circumstance would I be able to cancel sky without charges?

@SkyHelpTeam There are issues in the SK4 4 area. Internet very slow and can’t get Netflix or similar to work or Alexa. Has the weather done some damage to something?!
