    @SkyHelpTeam are actually taking the Michael at this point. Had to wait 3 weeks for another ‘specialist’ engineer to come out & find out he’s not, in fact, a specialist and tell me the same thing the last guy did. It will then have been 2 months without a service I’m paying for.

    @SkyUK you have the power and responsibility to apply pressure to premier league teams to ensure the season is not void. Clubs trying to stop season to stay up is a disgrace. If this happens I will cancel my subs and hopefully won’t be the only one. This dang happen. Disgraceful

    @SkyHelpTeam But this is EVERY year with the same response. The online steps dont help when the broadband is intermittent for 2-3 hours or more. Always in the eve. And always for up to month before the clocks go back and then a few days after. Contract is up for renewal too...🤔 #predictable

    @SkyHelpTeam more poor customer service from Sky. Ordered a new phone yesterday, advised it would be delivered today. No updates since then, have to call in, wasting my time yet again, to be told it's on back order for 3-4 weeks. Useless. Cancelling my order and going elsewhere.

    Can't believe Sky talk @SkyHelpTeam want to charge me to fix a fault on the @Openreach side of our landline. ADSL is working fine but voice side is dead even on the internal socket. Anyone connected to @TrooliFibre yet?
