    @SkyHelpTeam I have a network repeater sat 6 inches from the box so its unlikely to be the wireless network QOS. I suspect the Q box.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have reset the network password multiple times. It may retain them for a while and then the connection is lost. Settings retained however reconnection is not made - no internet connection. No value adds. Rubbish service.

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam what is wrong with SkyGo and SkySports.Look at all the issues people are registering! Please don’t point us towards the useless help pages. This is your issue not the many users registering problems. I am not getting what I pay for in my subscription.

    @SkyHelpTeam I am a new customer. Your engineer has been unable to install my @skytv this morning due to Covid restrictions. I understand the restrictions but why send him at all if he couldn’t do the job? I now have no tv provider until further notice and no compensation!

    @SkyHelpTeam Still not working as expected ... save the network settings in the Q box ... it works for a while and then the connection drops off ... it MAY reconnect however not very often. As such, the service is dreadful. I may have to shift to Virgin soon for what I am paying to Sky.

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky, my broadband has not been working properly for over 7 months. It has now stopped working completely including my q box and q box mini. Now after calling you on 5 separate occasions today & waiting an hour each time, you don't speak and hang up. Terrible service

    @SkyHelpTeam Can sky not contact there customers with updates? Everything I have is sky including multiple mobiles, so frustrating to get such poor service, sky never even asked if there was anyone valuable living here, bearing in mind you took the landline away too. Thought they may ask.

We supported Rafa who didn't do amazing, but he wasn't a yes man & demanded more, offered a vison & we cud see progress. Top 8 in last 6mth with 0 money

    @SkyUK why is it so hard to get help from you. I pay for super fast broadband. Supposed to have guaranteed 44mbs and I’ve never had over 30. Lately I’m running 9.7 on some days or 29 on other days. That’s crazy :(
