@SkyHelpTeam can I just say trying to reactivate your Discovery+ account on skyQ box is nearly impossible. It took me about 40 minutes after signing into my account to be able to enter six digit code. First there’s no where to enter the code and the robot help is a pain

@SkyHelpTeam if I’m ever going to be a good dad I need to be able to send Taylor Swift GIFs to my daughter & I can’t do that if your network coverage is absolutely awful. Can you please improve your coverage around Bristol. Why would I pay for data package if I can’t access data

I would love to be on the kind of mobile network where I could just stop on my walk, sit on a bench and check Instagram but sadly @SkyHelpTeam mobile network has truly awful network coverage you can’t do basic things like that, really pissing me off now.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, the Windows version of SkyGo doesn't work anymore. Keep getting problems connecting (001) when starting. Tried reinstalling and clearing appdata. Works ok on android

I wonder how many days in your life, u r on the phone to @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam and still get nowhere? It’s funny, if u say upgrade, u r talking to someone within 5 min but say cancel and it’s over a 20 min wait and then when u r talking to someone, I get hung up on😡😡

@SkyHelpTeam You sent me a phone with a scratch on it. I go to ask for a replacement and you want me to send the phone back first. Then I would be without a device. You should use the dpd swap service. Not my fault that the phone is damaged.

@SkyHelpTeam Tried this. Says no issues but unable to find hub, even though I connect to it with WiFi. When I try to log in with WiFi, it says my connection has dropped and to run checks. I do that but after a few mins of searching, it just takes me back to connection dropped screen.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes I can see that from my screenshot. Can you say if it is an exchange issue? Or a connection box at the end of my road is at fault? No landline, so no incoming or outgoing calls.

I feel @SkyHelpTeam are *************** out of me. Sent a text saying added free 5G add on to my plan. Centre of Bristol 5G showing, 4 bars signal still can’t watch a Tik Tok video or open an Instagram story. Absolute shite network, just does not work in so many places

@SkyHelpTeam Got through to someone who tried but couldn’t help. He transferred me to the support team, waited a further 35 minutes in a queue and gave up. My sky Q box hasn’t worked properly for months and having no other contact method than phone is a joke.

I've just read the cancellation letter @SkyHelpTeam sent me. Now I am really bloody annoyed. Implying that they are allowing me to cancel for financial hardship when in reality the cancellation is as a result of a CS agent completely misleading us. 😔

I love some of the individual content they produce, but #SaturdaySocial is the clearest attempt by an out of touch @SkySports to get the younger audience back. Ultimately ehen the opinions are still heavily biased and henerally garbage, it will just wind up the older fans
