Phil Craig (@philmcraig) reported from Bristol, EnglandSeriously @SkyHelpTeam you cannot leave it like this & expect customers to stay with you afterwards. Bootsie🏆 (@BootsieBlanche) reported@jammierooroo @SkyUK Most phone companies have a lower rate by about a 1/3rd if someone is on a fixed income and even more discount is available if she has tv & phone w same provider. Also make official complaint so it's escalated to a manager and they should offer cash or credit as a sorry.

Grapeape (@maraboustork1) reported@jammierooroo @SkyUK BT pulled similar **** with my elderly mum, they persuaded her she needed their WiFi net stuff at 40 quid extra a month. It's meant so you can get a signal 50 metres away in your summer house or similar, she lives in a one bedroom sheltered housing flat.
