I was leaving @SkyUK two days ago and today - not only have they turned it round and retained a customer, they have also reduced my bill by 50%, for the same package!. Who ever I spoke to today was a credit to the company 👌👌

Samsung are also looking in to this but believe its a issue with your service as the handset works OK off your connection
