@SkyHelpTeam Sky, my broadband has not been working properly for over 7 months. It has now stopped working completely including my q box and q box mini. Now after calling you on 5 separate occasions today & waiting an hour each time, you don't speak and hang up. Terrible service

Credit where credit is due. I was leaving @SkyUK two days ago and today - not only have they turned it round and retained a customer, they have also reduced my bill by 50%, for the same package!. Who ever I spoke to today was a credit to the company 👌👌

@SkyHelpTeam Still not working as expected ... save the network settings in the Q box ... it works for a while and then the connection drops off ... it MAY reconnect however not very often. As such, the service is dreadful. I may have to shift to Virgin soon for what I am paying to Sky.

@f1broadcasting the odd thing about @SkyUK's two biggest features of @SkySportsF1 this season (UHD and driver on-board feeds) is that they can't be used at the same time! Quite poor, frankly. Add to that the 30s delay and lack of commentary and the on board feeds are useless.

@SkyHelpTeam Tbf I have 15 things connected and can be using 3 biggest data users at same time and have no issues. Okay so I have a WiFi extender but the house has thick outer walls so I need it for an outdoor camera. Not the hubs fault.
