I understand the restrictions but why send him at all if he couldn’t do the job? I now have no tv provider until further notice and no compensation!

It has now stopped working completely including my q box and q box mini. Now after calling you on 5 separate occasions today & waiting an hour each time, you don't speak and hang up. Terrible service

Caroline 🤦 (@_miss_cazz_) reported from Bradford-on-Avon, England@SkyHelpTeam I did. But for the umpteenth time (and over the past 8 years too) it was saying it was something do with microfilters. It has never been anything to do with microfilters. Trying to fill a form for daughter's school before their cutoff was frustrating. It seems to be back on now.
