Gary Pine (@garypine) reported from Kingswood, England@SkyHelpTeam Still not working as expected ... save the network settings in the Q box ... it works for a while and then the connection drops off ... it MAY reconnect however not very often. As such, the service is dreadful. I may have to shift to Virgin soon for what I am paying to Sky.

The funny thing is that @virginmedia rang me yesterday to see if you could win my business back from @SkyUK if I have a problem they sort it may take a call or 2 but its dealt with.

I understand the restrictions but why send him at all if he couldn’t do the job? I now have no tv provider until further notice and no compensation!

It has now stopped working completely including my q box and q box mini. Now after calling you on 5 separate occasions today & waiting an hour each time, you don't speak and hang up. Terrible service

I was leaving @SkyUK two days ago and today - not only have they turned it round and retained a customer, they have also reduced my bill by 50%, for the same package!. Who ever I spoke to today was a credit to the company 👌👌

I have an engineer order in, and was told on the helpline there was an outage here, but this isn't shown on the status.

Martyn #FaiL (@martynhollandnl) reported@SkyHelpTeam I had a Sky Q install today. All went fine and engineer showed it all working. However, now the Q mini box is having problems with stuttering. I think its a connection problem due to the distance between it and the main. Can you arrange for a booster please?
