@SkyHelpTeam Yes no sky box had no signl for 30mins i reset it 2 times and it stil did not work but then it did after 35 mins wht its wrong with thus bern like this for 4 years i been with u for over 15 years and last 4 years its bern bad

@SkySports I hope whyte does get the WBC to name him mandatory for Tyson Fury and I'm a big fan of whyte. But the can man has turned down alot of fight's that would have got him here sooner like Ortiz, Joshua rematch, brazeale or however you spell that name because the money wasn't right.

Seriously @SkyHelpTeam you cannot leave it like this & expect customers to stay with you afterwards. Just saying what the problem is & that someone is actively working on it would help. The links you send to do a self test just lead us to a brick wall with no useful info at all.

It’s becoming increasingly notable just how bad network coverage on @SkyHelpTeam is, please folk think twice before being tempted by cheap mobile package, coverage is awful in so many places

I wonder how many days in your life, u r on the phone to @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam and still get nowhere? It’s funny, if u say upgrade, u r talking to someone within 5 min but say cancel and it’s over a 20 min wait and then when u r talking to someone, I get hung up on😡😡

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, the Windows version of SkyGo doesn't work anymore. Keep getting problems connecting (001) when starting. Tried reinstalling and clearing appdata. Works ok on android

So because of industrial action, my internet wont be activated until the 26th. Good old BT Openreach, didn't even tell me about the delay until i called Sky. @SkyUK have been a huge help at least giving me the info i needed. Now to wait even longer for this connection.

really poor service from @SkyUK… Our bill (for the exact same service) has increased by 60% with no communication of such an increase. Particularly disappointing given the cost of living crisis 👎👎

@SkyHelpTeam The @skytv engineer came over yesterday and ripped out the ONT optical cable whilst installing Sky Q, so we were hoping once the @OpenreachHelp engineer we booked took a look this morning would resolve that issue along with the ongoing 2-week problem we were having. But no luck.

Never normally one to complain but two weeks without broadband since moving into a new property, phone calls every other day, hours at a time, two failed engineers, no promised call backs. The worst customer service I've ever witnessed. @SkyHelpTeam
