    @virginmedia Hi No absolutely nothing. Its so poor and terrible customer service. I am so unhappy with you. The funny thing is that @virginmedia rang me yesterday to see if you could win my business back from @SkyUK if I have a problem they sort it may take a call or 2 but its dealt with.

    @virginmedia why do I’ve over pay for my services that you can’t deliver customer service joke keep reading off a card no help what do ever what clown do I need to speak to . @SkyHelpTeam might be a able to help £144 a month and still not able to watch i player internet slow😡

    @SkyHelpTeam my Sky Q box needs to be rebooted nearly every day as it freezes, also I can’t record from New series screen on TV guide , can you help ? I have got the latest software update.

    @SkyHelpTeam Still not working as expected ... save the network settings in the Q box ... it works for a while and then the connection drops off ... it MAY reconnect however not very often. As such, the service is dreadful. I may have to shift to Virgin soon for what I am paying to Sky.

    @SkyHelpTeam hey Sky, the last few nights our SkyQ box is saying we have no Internet connection even thought phones and laptop are connected and all lights on the box are green? Turned everything off and on but still no luck. Help!! I just wanna watch Netflix 🥺

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I've been having 'signal' issues with my skyQ TV since last night. Screen keeps freezing and going pixilated on all channels. Settings say its good signal but obviously its not. Any idea why? Thanks. BS13 area

    Credit where credit is due. I was leaving @SkyUK two days ago and today - not only have they turned it round and retained a customer, they have also reduced my bill by 50%, for the same package!. Who ever I spoke to today was a credit to the company 👌👌

    @SkyHelpTeam There is no number - I dont want to leave sky completely - just cancel the landline. This is ver frustrating - we are diamond customers and at this rate will leave completely - give me a number please not a link!

    @SkyHelpTeam I am a new customer. Your engineer has been unable to install my @skytv this morning due to Covid restrictions. I understand the restrictions but why send him at all if he couldn’t do the job? I now have no tv provider until further notice and no compensation!

    The £ gleaned by both @virginmedia and @SkySports in making it difficult for fee/ subscription paying members to watch “each others” content must clearly outweigh the customer service calls and complaints 🤬

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky, my broadband has not been working properly for over 7 months. It has now stopped working completely including my q box and q box mini. Now after calling you on 5 separate occasions today & waiting an hour each time, you don't speak and hang up. Terrible service

    @SkyHelpTeam I have a network repeater sat 6 inches from the box so its unlikely to be the wireless network QOS. I suspect the Q box.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have reset the network password multiple times. It may retain them for a while and then the connection is lost. Settings retained however reconnection is not made - no internet connection. No value adds. Rubbish service.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for your quick response. I have tried that page and the £9 offer does not appear on it. If you go to the Contact Us options and then to Upgrade my Package you just go back to the same page without the offer! Others say they have had the same problem. Does this offer exist?

    @SkyUK upgraded frm essential broadband to superfast and was told line wld be switched within 7 days but e mail received says 12 days?We currently don’t get WiFi signal in every room and took the sky boost add on,should we be getting a boostbox as we already have latest router?

    @SkySports They were great don’t get me wrong but we also played a part in giving them the confidence to get back to this level. But credit where it’s due they were still amazing last night but a small part of it was due to our awful show IMO 👍

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes, there are no issues with the router or box, it’s not set to Eco Mode so it won’t be cutting out because of that. We switch off at the plug, reset it, do all the things the help page tells us to. It’s just the internet that goes and stays down for a couple hours.

    @SkyHelpTeam I sat on hold for over an hour and gave up. You used to be able to contact Sky via Facebook messenger but that option no longer exists. I’ve been a customer for 19 years and am on the verge of moving elsewhere.

    @Chronic_Jynx @SkyHelpTeam Yes it's such a pain! There's nothing wrong with the router I've done all their line tests etc comes back with no problems but nothing will connect to the WiFi for hours on end in the early hours!!!
