    @SkyHelpTeam Yes I have tried this. I get a silly message to say “ooops” tests are not working. What an appalling service you provide. If you can’t improve, I am going back to Virgin.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I've been having 'signal' issues with my skyQ TV since last night. Screen keeps freezing and going pixilated on all channels. Settings say its good signal but obviously its not. Any idea why? Thanks. BS13 area

    @virginmedia Hi No absolutely nothing. Its so poor and terrible customer service. I am so unhappy with you. The funny thing is that @virginmedia rang me yesterday to see if you could win my business back from @SkyUK if I have a problem they sort it may take a call or 2 but its dealt with.

    Credit where credit is due. I was leaving @SkyUK two days ago and today - not only have they turned it round and retained a customer, they have also reduced my bill by 50%, for the same package!. Who ever I spoke to today was a credit to the company 👌👌

    @SkyHelpTeam Still not working as expected ... save the network settings in the Q box ... it works for a while and then the connection drops off ... it MAY reconnect however not very often. As such, the service is dreadful. I may have to shift to Virgin soon for what I am paying to Sky.

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky, my broadband has not been working properly for over 7 months. It has now stopped working completely including my q box and q box mini. Now after calling you on 5 separate occasions today & waiting an hour each time, you don't speak and hang up. Terrible service

    @SkyUK We have not had service since the 16th November. When are you going to fix it or give us an update. We know of 4 other people in the area with no service. Come on talk to us. I work from home and support the NHS. Pay for superfast broadband and get nothing.

    @bj_yeo @SkySports Neville is nowhere near as bad as Carragher though. Carragher could be commentating on Leeds vs Brighton and he would still find an excuse to mention Liverpool every 5 minutes. He must be cheap, otherwise why would sky employ the spitty scouser?

    @SkyHelpTeam urgently need help please, we cannot load certain websites (including our own) from my home address, on any device. I've spoken to host company and our IP is not blocked, and we are able to access through a VPN (but this is slow). Please advise.
