    @SkyHelpTeam I’m really struggling with my new internet. It seems slower then my previous. I’m on the ultrafast but it seems nothing but ultraslow!!! I recently upgraded and had nothing but issues since upgrade please respond so we can fix this!!!!!

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam what is wrong with SkyGo and SkySports.Look at all the issues people are registering! Please don’t point us towards the useless help pages. This is your issue not the many users registering problems. I am not getting what I pay for in my subscription.

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam what’s going on with Sky Go? Sports channels stopper and getting “a network error has occurred”. App up to date, router restarted. Only seems to be through the sport channels

    @SkyHelpTeam I have reset the network password multiple times. It may retain them for a while and then the connection is lost. Settings retained however reconnection is not made - no internet connection. No value adds. Rubbish service.

    @SkyHelpTeam can you contact me please about my Sky Q box not powering on. Have to say that in response to call centre messages re Covid I’ve tried to use the My Sky app and website and both very poor on this issue. No option for live chat with advisers either?

    @SkyHelpTeam are there any known issues in the BS14 area?? All my sky boxes are having blackouts where during watching anything the screen goes black then comes back in ??? Atleast once every 2 minutes!

    @SkySports Sorry to say, unless the pitch has demon,s , a standard test match side should be able to bat for the whole of day one ( 90 overs ) and score more than 250 runs . England,s players can't do that and they don't have other players ready . They are in the **** .

    @SkyHelpTeam any issues with sky broadband? Currently getting 55-80mbps download and constant buffering. Normally 148-151mbps & have guaranteed 100mbps minimum.

    @mrskimmorrison @virginmedia @SkyHelpTeam Kim I’ve been fighting these for months to get someone to listen. All Christmas no internet connection so we could watch Netflix or disney+ Run a test and it says intermittent issues. Ring them up and they say there’s no issues.

    @SkySports Aside from the COVID and injury concerns, 5 subs could temper the transfer/loan requests of some players due to lack of playing time. This could also help teams keep more academy or “home grown” talent within their system.
