    @SkyHelpTeam can you contact me please about my Sky Q box not powering on. Have to say that in response to call centre messages re Covid I’ve tried to use the My Sky app and website and both very poor on this issue. No option for live chat with advisers either?

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m really struggling with my new internet. It seems slower then my previous. I’m on the ultrafast but it seems nothing but ultraslow!!! I recently upgraded and had nothing but issues since upgrade please respond so we can fix this!!!!!

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam what’s going on with Sky Go? Sports channels stopper and getting “a network error has occurred”. App up to date, router restarted. Only seems to be through the sport channels

    @SkyHelpTeam I am a new customer. Your engineer has been unable to install my @skytv this morning due to Covid restrictions. I understand the restrictions but why send him at all if he couldn’t do the job? I now have no tv provider until further notice and no compensation!

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam what is wrong with SkyGo and SkySports.Look at all the issues people are registering! Please don’t point us towards the useless help pages. This is your issue not the many users registering problems. I am not getting what I pay for in my subscription.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have reset the network password multiple times. It may retain them for a while and then the connection is lost. Settings retained however reconnection is not made - no internet connection. No value adds. Rubbish service.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have a network repeater sat 6 inches from the box so its unlikely to be the wireless network QOS. I suspect the Q box.

    @SkyHelpTeam But I’ve already spoken to service of the team and the complaints team & waiting on them ringing me back am not going to start going into it again for the 50th time just never had such bad services not what I expect from sky

    @_suzilove @SkyUK Have to admit.. normally sky has been ok in the past but for whatever reason sky mobile seems to be run by another company or part of sky who could care less about their customers. It will be a shame to cancel everything but enough is enough.

    @_suzilove @SkyUK Worst thing I ever did!(Moving from o2 to sky mobile)I’ve had ongoing phone conversations with them for 2 weeks+ and still not getting anywhere. Even said I’m considering cancelling all sky services, tv broadband, mobile. And they said ‘we can do that’ rather than resolving it.
