@MartinSLewis Dreading it as I’m on 80%, but my gym have paused monthly payments, @SkyHelpTeam have paused my SkySports, So that frees up a small amount. First thing I’ll be paying is my rent, Council tax payments I have made a decision to pause that, and my Help to Buy ISA payments also

@CraigioAndrew @SkyHelpTeam Just called up and there’s a problem in Walkley. Apparently an @WeAreOpenreach engineer has been informed but I could take up to 5 days. Fingers crossed it doesn’t take that long 😬

@SkyHelpTeam so I was on the phone for half an hour only to be told I could cancel my non existent sky sports package for a charge of £60 !! No room for manoeuvre and now I read this ! So I have to call back again for an gotta wait to do what should’ve been offered yesterday 😡

@SkyHelpTeam 7 days later I'm still £67.50 out of pocket. Struggling to make ends meet because of an issue on YOUR SIDE! Now I'm currently on hold waiting for a manager to sort out the mess! These are hard times already. Never mind the added stress caused by you guys!
