    @SkyHelpTeam my bill has been increased by £20 per month as a discount has ended, I was lead to believe that the discount was for 18 months but it ended after 12. How do I make a complaint? I'm currently trying to get through to the cancellations team but waited 27mins already

    @SkySports Do it, don’t do it it matters not tbf. You’re highlighting a problem we already know exists yet, 99% of the players don’t actually do anything to fix the problem. Social media blackouts last a day but they come right back…

    @SkyHelpTeam is there any way of switching off your adverts for iPhones and for what is coming up in the future. They are gut wrenchingly awful and result in the channel being switched off

    @SkyHelpTeam sky Q mini box keeps freezing. WiFi signal very strong (just switched to ultrafast). Rebooted and updated software on main box and mini box. Still the same. Netflix etc apps all work fine on mini box. Only live tv and recordings. Not watchable it’s that bad. Ideas?

    Kind of regretting moving to @SkyUK .. box turns itself off so can't have it on in the background.. often takes 2 or 3 reboots before sound works.. less than a month in and this seems a bad choice so far😭

    wouldn’t it be nice if your sky box just connnected to your sky broadband and didn’t have to reboot or ring every few months to sort it out😡😡😡. never mind the fact calling gives me major anxiety but can’t get it sorted any other way, SO ANNOYED. @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkySports what a joke your commentary on Sheffield Wednesday match is. My partner is blind but loves listening to his football. 8 mins in & poor commentary on what is happening in the match. Luckily I am telling him the action as opposed to random previous club stats!

    @SkySports 2 genuine questions re Sky Sports+ 1 Does everyone’s coverage buffer and freeze from from time to time? 2 Where do they get the commentators from. They are so bad. Get players names wrong/confused once but not continually throughout?

    @tom550993 The muscle memory after 25 years+ was hard to alter. The £50 a month saved helps though. Not missed it one bit tbh. Were not interested in keeping me as a customer at all. @SkyUK @SkyNewsBreak

    @SkyUK your customer service is shocking. Called today regarding house move 8 mins for automated verification eventually spoke to a "person" had to repeat every question. In addition you make it almost impossible to speak to a knowledgeable person.
