    @SkyHelpTeam just had engineer cos sky mini box lost connection and we couldn't resolve ourselves. Now back on but intermittently losing connection and freezing . Looking at help forums seems a common problem. What can be done to resolve please?

    @SkyHelpTeam my phone appears to be able to make or receive any calls, I’m in Derby & have checked the online coverage checker which shows no issues. I can see that there’s lots of reports of an outage throughout the UK. Please fix ASAP as I’m chasing an insurance repair

    @SkyHelpTeam seems we now can't get any catch up TV from the 4 network. Just get a spinning loading icon thing and never able to get anything. Using the all4 app on my smart tv works fine. Internet fine. Just the apps on sky

    @SkyHelpTeam Right I’m completely raged off now done all what you said to try and am sat watching Man U v Wolves and the sound is miles out . I’ve been a customer since 1999 and I am not happy with this at all . I’m paying extra for uhd and I have not been able to watch for months
