Was only told this when I mentioned the compensation scheme. Advisor blamed @OpenreachHelp my point is I’m a sky customer and not an openreach customer

My renewal is exactly the same as I currently pay so to put my price up if I don’t renew has an admin cost too but there is no set up fee applied then. I shall be moving my broadband.
