    @bt_uk been with @SkyHelpTeam for 7 years no real issues, moved house 5 weeks ago @SkyHelpTeam not available, haven’t had a day so far where my broadband works. Get me out of this contract would rather 4g

    @a_m_610 @SkySports Did he or did he not kick the ball out of play a number of times during every game? Yes! Did he or did he not make terrible passes in to danger on a number of times? Yes! Can he catch a ball without spilling it? No! Just say you don’t understand football pal it’s fine. 👍🏻

    @SkyHelpTeam contract coming to an end so I phoned upgrade and told to ring customer service so I did and they told me to look on line for an offer and ring them back… so your customer service is for the customer to do it themselves …. I’m sure BT or Virgin will help me

    @SkySports Do it, don’t do it it matters not tbf. You’re highlighting a problem we already know exists yet, 99% of the players don’t actually do anything to fix the problem. Social media blackouts last a day but they come right back…

    @SkyHelpTeam my bill has been increased by £20 per month as a discount has ended, I was lead to believe that the discount was for 18 months but it ended after 12. How do I make a complaint? I'm currently trying to get through to the cancellations team but waited 27mins already

    @SkySports Proved everyone wrong with his great ball distribution, kicked the ball out of play every 2nd kick and made a number of passes into terrible danger. Can’t catch a ball and punches it out or spills it under no pressure whatsoever. Stones, Walker and Maguire made him look good.

    @SkyHelpTeam Purchased an iPhone from sky. Developed a fault. I called within 30 day cool off period. Was promised packaging to return but never turned up. I want to return phone but when I call sky say they cannot help as it’s now past 30 days. Fault reported by 30th day

    @SkyHelpTeam That’s kind of unacceptable, don’t you think? That there was an outage for over 9 hours, with no explanation during that time, no updates etc. What a way to treat your customers. I definitely won’t be sticking with sky after my contract is up. Thank you.

    @SkyHelpTeam Nearly 3 days of no or intermittent internet in the Glasgow East area. I know its not just my connection as family are also having the same issues. Sort it out Sky. I've missed work the last 2 days as a result of your shoddy connection and "connected without internet" rubbish.

    @SkyHelpTeam Have already done that, and no issues detected. It just keeps dropping out randomly and coming back. Very frustrating, mainly for my husband who works from home a lot of the time!
