@MartinSLewis Dreading it as I’m on 80%, but my gym have paused monthly payments, @SkyHelpTeam have paused my SkySports, So that frees up a small amount. First thing I’ll be paying is my rent, Council tax payments I have made a decision to pause that, and my Help to Buy ISA payments also

@CraigioAndrew @SkyHelpTeam Just called up and there’s a problem in Walkley. Apparently an @WeAreOpenreach engineer has been informed but I could take up to 5 days. Fingers crossed it doesn’t take that long 😬

@reece_dinsdale @waynefoy @virginmedia Try message them on twitter they seem to get back to you quicker on social media .i stayed loyal to virgin for many years until the freeview episode when I changed to @SkyHelpTeam was so glad I did and it was cheaper by a lot virgin have no loyalty dad having same problem now x

Yet again @SkyHelpTeam has let me down this morning. Internet dropping out/slow/lagging. It doesn’t matter any many self checks are carried out, maybe the problems resonates with you?! Thank god for @giffgaff & their 4G network who saved my bacon! Plus I only pay £20 quid month!

Sky wanted to charge me and my neighbour £120 each to fix. Same roof, dishes together. I wouldn't mind so much but my neighbours are over 90!

@SkyHelpTeam customer service is a shambles. I'm trying to get through to someone because both my sky q boxes aren't working. The main box keeps freezing and won't turn on. If I ring customer service I get hung up on. Platinum vip member and get no help whatsoever.
