@SkyHelpTeam just had engineer cos sky mini box lost connection and we couldn't resolve ourselves. Now back on but intermittently losing connection and freezing . Looking at help forums seems a common problem. What can be done to resolve please?

@SkyHelpTeam my phone appears to be able to make or receive any calls, I’m in Derby & have checked the online coverage checker which shows no issues. I can see that there’s lots of reports of an outage throughout the UK. Please fix ASAP as I’m chasing an insurance repair

@SkyHelpTeam seems we now can't get any catch up TV from the 4 network. Just get a spinning loading icon thing and never able to get anything. Using the all4 app on my smart tv works fine. Internet fine. Just the apps on sky

@SkyHelpTeam Got to speak to a Technical Advisor eventually, he was very helpful, seems the original appointment didn’t actually go through on the system, we managed to finally cancel that & now there’s any error on the system & need to raise a CRF, you couldn’t make it up

.@SkyHelpTeam I’m having to reset my router increasingly frequently to ensure I get internet throughout the house as sometimes it loses the booster (resetting the booster doesn’t fix anything and the booster is new anyway). Please help
