  @SkyHelpTeam ok so I thought I’d update you that your tech team have confirmed South Yorkshire is down and you don’t know why or when a fix will be in place. Wasn’t hard to get confirmation from them so perhaps you should have took your own advice and called them.

  @SkyHelpTeam is something going on at the moment? I’ve done countless speed tests and they all say my internet is very fast but I cant load anything on my phone 80% of the time, my ping in-game is very high, and my connection to game servers and parties is awful.
