    My SKY @SkyUK has only been activated for 2 weeks and already a complete mess with billing. Been on hold 60 mins and passed through to 4 different people. Thank goodness for #jade #jcn12 who sorted it all out and was lovely in the process #sky #customer service

    @SkyHelpTeam I am fed up of my broadband dropping! This is now a regular occurrence!! Numerous calls, following the steps, etc. and still no joy!!! And the amount I pay a month for the service is a joke!!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam no Wi-Fi since early hours, phoned told a sky problem. To now phone and be told an open reach issue probably won’t be looked at for a couple of days as don’t work weekends!! Not the best service when talked into the sky glass a couple of months! So NO WI-FI OR TV😡
