@SkyHelpTeam ok so I thought I’d update you that your tech team have confirmed South Yorkshire is down and you don’t know why or when a fix will be in place. Wasn’t hard to get confirmation from them so perhaps you should have took your own advice and called them.

@SkyHelpTeam I appreciate technical issues can happen, however your engineering teams need to feedback back. An outage over 29 hours affecting a whole town requires appropriate communication with customers who are left without a paid for service with no information. It reflects poorly on Sky.
