@SkyHelpTeam just had engineer cos sky mini box lost connection and we couldn't resolve ourselves. Now back on but intermittently losing connection and freezing . Looking at help forums seems a common problem. What can be done to resolve please?

@SkyHelpTeam Thank you for replying. I have done all of that, repeatedly, and signal is still dropping off constantly - especially in the evenings. I just renewed my contract this week & mentioned it to the advisor. Looks like I will have to contact tech teams myself.
