@SkyHelpTeam work away a lot and every time I come back I can’t connect to catch up I press the wps button as it states to connect to broadband but always says there’s been a problem . You know the feeling when you wonder what your paying for when it never works. Yep that feeling

@SkyHelpTeam I've had sky q almost 3 weeks and so far...its crap. Twice I've had to turn power off at the wall just to reset the box because the remote has stopped working. Bring back sky plus!!!

@OnlyTommyyy @SkySports I'm complaining about the fact your player went down better than Tom ******* Daly, that he moved the ball 5 yards back from the so called foul. 5 mins was long enough for time wasting so why 7 was played is bollocks. I'll take the point but shud have been all 3

@SkyHelpTeam I had to cancel original order then order again. The new order would only be basic broadband. Was only told this when I mentioned the compensation scheme. Advisor blamed @OpenreachHelp my point is I’m a sky customer and not an openreach customer

@SkyUK customer experience is abysmal. this is 4th time Ive Been on hold 25+ minutes, twice I’ve been cut off. Your agents don’t listen, cannot converse a resolve instead just transfer you to get rid of you. I can’t even cancel my subscription in frustration as can’t get through

@davman1971 @SkySports @SkySportsNews That’s one side of the story I got into cricket watching it on bbc but without the milions pumped into the game by Sky over the last 20yrs the England team would be no where near a World Cup final & we would probably down to 6 first class counties. Things are not free anymore

@sav10la @SkyHelpTeam La Liga on ITV 4 mate, plus I like the basketball. Hands up sky tv is brilliant with a big help from BT sport lol had BT internet at me mums never had an issue. Just not the quickest. Think gonna go back to virgin internet. 350 mbps worth the extra money.

@SkyHelpTeam @WeAreOpenreach So it's not necessarily a 'Sky' specific problem, I've checked with other providers too and I don't think any could offer faster speeds yet because this area has been left behind. @WeAreOpenreach most likely need to upgrade their infrastructure first!

@SkyUK hey, I am based in nw6 and 1st we can only get a lagging 24mb connection, which is just a joke in 2021 and 2nd we have not had internet since yesterday afternoon. Is sky being serious? Is there any update on the fix?

@SkyHelpTeam I have 'Sky Broadband Superfast' which claims up to 59Mb/s speed, but I have never got more than half of that. Upload speed claims up to 16Mb/s, don't think it's ever exceeded 5. There has been no sign of that changing/improving in 8 years. Either from you, or @WeAreOpenreach.
