    @SkyUK are you aware of Internet problems in Derbyshire at as all my WiFi keeps dropping... I reset it its OK for 20 minutes then the same thing happens again and again since yesterday afternoon. Thanks

    @reece_dinsdale @waynefoy @virginmedia Try message them on twitter they seem to get back to you quicker on social media .i stayed loyal to virgin for many years until the freeview episode when I changed to @SkyHelpTeam was so glad I did and it was cheaper by a lot virgin have no loyalty dad having same problem now x

    @SkyHelpTeam My subscription was entertainment, movies & sports. It was due for renewal this month. I asked for them to cancel the above but I still have sky broadband. My last payment for tv is mid March they didn't say when the channels cut off.

    @MartinSLewis Dreading it as I’m on 80%, but my gym have paused monthly payments, @SkyHelpTeam have paused my SkySports, So that frees up a small amount. First thing I’ll be paying is my rent, Council tax payments I have made a decision to pause that, and my Help to Buy ISA payments also

    @SkyHelpTeam so I was on the phone for half an hour only to be told I could cancel my non existent sky sports package for a charge of £60 !! No room for manoeuvre and now I read this ! So I have to call back again for an gotta wait to do what should’ve been offered yesterday 😡

    @SkyHelpTeam My connection has been down since the 23rd December. All 3 green lights on router but no connection to the internet at all. If it's related to the broadband issues please resolve this as soon as possible as my family is home working and we can't afford to be offline all the time.

    @SkyHelpTeam The fact that you are causing more expensive alturnatives meaning having to get 2 provides to one house hold, split the conections into 2 is outrageous we should have what we pay for with no problems but again you keep trying to say you will fix it, years latter nothing 2/2

    @SkySports More games off than on at the moment, the shitshow that saw Sunderland play with half the squad unavailable, they need to press the pause button and extend the end of the season. Scrap the playoffs, straight 3 up, 3 down and scrap EFL Trophy as well.

    @SkyHelpTeam 4g is not working in Ashford TN24 0JG. Download speed is 0.6 mb when a couple of days ago it was 40mb...Who do i complain to to get this fixed??? It's not my phone or settings as i have found lots of others in my area are also suffering the same. The Mast???

    @SkyHelpTeam Still having issues with connection between Sky Q box and broadband- tried everything! Website is useless- any idea when this will be resolved please as it’s been over 14 hours now!
