    So 6 months since I ordered tv,phone and broadband from @SkyUK to be told today that I can’t have fibre. Shocking service absolutely shocking customer service.

    @OnlyTommyyy @SkySports I'm complaining about the fact your player went down better than Tom ******* Daly, that he moved the ball 5 yards back from the so called foul. 5 mins was long enough for time wasting so why 7 was played is bollocks. I'll take the point but shud have been all 3

    Hi @SkyUK you appear to have broken #SkyGo on the #PS4 with your last update. Cannot log in at all despite the details being correct and being able to log into the Windows Sky Go and website.

    @SkyUK Spoken to @SkyHelpTeam on phone- managed to reduce monthly bill by £10:50 +all HD channels+Eurosport channels in HD. Had to have Kids package(£5)initially but can cancel that in next 31 days to reduce it a further £5! Special mention to James in ‘value’ department @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam I had to cancel original order then order again. The new order would only be basic broadband. Was only told this when I mentioned the compensation scheme. Advisor blamed @OpenreachHelp my point is I’m a sky customer and not an openreach customer

    @sav10la @SkyHelpTeam La Liga on ITV 4 mate, plus I like the basketball. Hands up sky tv is brilliant with a big help from BT sport lol had BT internet at me mums never had an issue. Just not the quickest. Think gonna go back to virgin internet. 350 mbps worth the extra money.

    @SkyUK customer experience is abysmal. this is 4th time Ive Been on hold 25+ minutes, twice I’ve been cut off. Your agents don’t listen, cannot converse a resolve instead just transfer you to get rid of you. I can’t even cancel my subscription in frustration as can’t get through

    Rain knocks out Sky signal. Broadband, also from Sky, working fine, so of course I can stream the footie on my phone. But I can’t cast it from my phone to the telly because reasons. But hey, I only pay £100 a month for something that gets taken out by water. @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam And, btw, your "help" section/articles are right up there with chocolate fireguards, in terms of usefulness. Also not good enough that only some problems can be dealt with on weekends.
