    My SKY @SkyUK has only been activated for 2 weeks and already a complete mess with billing. Been on hold 60 mins and passed through to 4 different people. Thank goodness for #jade #jcn12 who sorted it all out and was lovely in the process #sky #customer service

    @SkyHelpTeam My sister has been having issues with a crackling phone line and broadband dropping at least 12 times a day. She called Sky and they said her line is fine, it may be fine your end, but not her end! She’s been with you for 20 years, but she’s now had enough wit Sky
