Thankfully the engineer who attended was very competent and fixed our issue .. even though it was over a week of waiting. Appalling customer service tho in the most part

@SkyHelpTeam I would like an honest answer as to why I am not offered the same package? I have just been on to my account and it’s still showing you offering me £138 a month for a package that doesn’t include ultra hd or bt sport. YET if I was a new customer it would be £116 a month?
