    @SkyHelpTeam sky Q mini box keeps freezing. WiFi signal very strong (just switched to ultrafast). Rebooted and updated software on main box and mini box. Still the same. Netflix etc apps all work fine on mini box. Only live tv and recordings. Not watchable it’s that bad. Ideas?

    A lot a people slate @skytv @SkyHelpTeam but absolutely no problems with them, within 12 hours a engineer was at my house, and within 15 minutes the problem was sorted, fantastic service

    @virginmedia this service is abysmal.. no one answering calls again, no live chat, how can I fix my problem if no one is available to talk to. We’ve been having issues since 26/10/20.. absolutely crap. @SkyUK we’re on our way

    @SkyHelpTeam I wonder if someone can help. We were due to have broadband installed on Friday. Engineer couldn’t find a by cable. 2 engineers later advised its under floor. Advised cut a hole in your floor after lifting carpet and engineer be back , (1/2)

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve managed to get through before to ask for a broadband engineer and you keep sending TV engineers! 3 times in fact and they just leave wondering why @Skyhelpteam sent them. So I don’t hold out much hope for you. Meanwhile, for months, I have a terrible broadband connection.
