@SkyHelpTeam That was the link I’ve been using all day. As I explained, it initially said there was an outage. However, it now says it has been resolved but my broadband is still off. As such, please clarify if the outage is continuing. It’s not an internal issue.

@SkyHelpTeam The cancel page refers to people cancelling out of choice. I would be cancelling due to sky not being available therefore the link is not very helpful as I want to know if a cancellation fee applies when it is outside of my control
