    @SkyHelpTeam It is driving me mad😢my Apple Watch/phone/MacBook all are on your network , when I try log in it says it is sending me an email , my recovery mail is a gmail , Sky says it doesn’t recognise it , when I try to log in to my Sky yahoo it says the same thing

    What I don’t understand is I live in rural England, my broad band with @BT was abysmal, slow , problematic and hard to get customer service whereas when we had AOL for years we had no problem / good service and now @SkyUK since 2015, great speed / no problems. Same place!

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes thank you I have done that, but on my Sky app there used to be button to get in touch by chat or on phone it is not there so how do I resolve this issue?

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks Elle I only watch tv in the evening so will try this evening . By the way my mobile contract is with EE and they have notified me of problems in my area ( am signed up for it) that surely wouldn’t affect my viewing

    @Annette1Hardy Ah my commiserations, that is the problem with these apps , you can do things but not the really vital ones. I think they have reduced the manpower to speak on phone thinking this app is best🙁 I have found only @SkyHelpTeam and the @NatWest_Help the best. Good luck

    Annoying @skyhelpteam provide the wi-fi at the station but didn’t bother to ensure any mobile signal for Sky mobile customers, becoming increasingly annoyed at how crap the coverage is with Sky Mobile

    @SkyHelpTeam just to let you know that your tech dept have found the problem with my email! It is Sky glass that is doing it, I believe they r working on it but many glass owners having it. A big thanks to you all for keeping me updated & the support

    @SkyHelpTeam frustrating day, you team has still not solved me not being able to access email , it seems the software at your end is not working . I have not had access to mail all day .They keep sending me articles on help! I have tried them all before contacting anyway

    @SkyHelpTeam How can it possibly take @SkyUK almost a month to set us up with broadband in our new house - where there is already an existing Sky phoneline? No reason given. Just an anonymous app update. Terrible service.

    @JudgeySan @SkyHelpTeam Support system doesnt respond.i was also randomly locked without any reason or eligibility to appeal it but all thanks to jumpcloudhack on Instagram for his help and support I was able to recover mine.

    @SkyUK We received our TV today and now have to wait a week to use it as the salesman in-store told us that it could be tethered to our phone...... it can't! Anything to get the sale and hit his numbers. Poor customer service again from Sky.
