    @SkyHelpTeam hi my elderly father is having trouble with his sky box. He can only receive itv as a small screen and the same on a few other channels, whereas BBC is full screen. It’s driving him mad, ( he tried calling but 33p a min and a 30 min wait, he hung up) please help 🙂

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes thank you I have done that, but on my Sky app there used to be button to get in touch by chat or on phone it is not there so how do I resolve this issue?

    Annoying @skyhelpteam provide the wi-fi at the station but didn’t bother to ensure any mobile signal for Sky mobile customers, becoming increasingly annoyed at how crap the coverage is with Sky Mobile

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks Elle I only watch tv in the evening so will try this evening . By the way my mobile contract is with EE and they have notified me of problems in my area ( am signed up for it) that surely wouldn’t affect my viewing

    What I don’t understand is I live in rural England, my broad band with @BT was abysmal, slow , problematic and hard to get customer service whereas when we had AOL for years we had no problem / good service and now @SkyUK since 2015, great speed / no problems. Same place!

    @Annette1Hardy Ah my commiserations, that is the problem with these apps , you can do things but not the really vital ones. I think they have reduced the manpower to speak on phone thinking this app is best🙁 I have found only @SkyHelpTeam and the @NatWest_Help the best. Good luck

    @KawaiiFoxita @SkyUK I had the same when I had an issue a few weeks ago, just use the online “fixer”! It didn’t work. Realised the next day they were doing some work in the area, suspect that was the actual cause of the issue

    @SkyHelpTeam Continually told that it must be me when some days it’s absolutely fine and I receive 49 and without me touching the socket, router or cable, it can drop itself down to 11. I suspected a faulty router or that there is actually an external fault, but CS take too long to reply!
