So NO TV until Wednesday due to an ongoing problem since 6th May @SkyUK and a 72 wait for a call back ! The complaint handler told me the manager would say exactly the same as her. I won’t tell you what my reply was to that albeit it was polite.

@SkyHelpTeam Picture drop out via my av amp when watching sky channels only (I understand this is a known sky issue) Also regular detachment from wi fi. Again only affects sky box not internal tv connection to Netflix/prime/Disney+, Appletv
