@SkyHelpTeam Hi sky, I’m stuck in a loop. Broadband down, I follow your faultfinder app which leads me to a call number. I call the numbers and a recorded message then tells me to hang up and use the app unless I am a Covid vulnerable category (Im not), so I’m stuck! HELP PLEASE

@SkyHelpTeam Getting the automated test you have just confirms the problem doesn't solve it. I've just spoke to a sky engineer who's confirmed and booked an open reach engineer. You got to start giving people realistic meaningful responses other than copy n paste.

@SkyHelpTeam absolutely shocking support, BB speed is below 5Mbps and as low as 0.3Mbps, engineer has fitted new line & socket, it's not helped so he said a new router is definitely needed. Now I've just been told I have to wait 10 days before you will even consider sending one.
