    @virginmedia I'm not sure.... I think at this stage she is saying no thanks after being let down so badly. Virgin just didn't want to pay what council were asking to dig up one pavement as it was new.... @SkyUK sorted her out and she will be going to the regulator. Disappointing

    Absolutely shocking @SkyUK when give 31 days notice and you accept you now want to charge us further for more nonsense. Appalling and shocking #service #badservice . Sort it out and don’t charge us unnecessary fees when gave correct notice.

    @virginmedia One of your site engineers has turned up at her house. She has also emailed a complaint. Best of all @SkyUK have stepped in and retrieved her charity number for her.... Ridiculous it took your rival to help

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK I will, but that does not help other customers who get two pre recorded messages, first saying wait time is one hour, then another saying 20 minutes. Pre-record suggests this is delibrate tactic, not because of a one off busy period.

    @SkyHelpTeam is there not a 24 hours number to contact as none of my services are working at all. Contacting the service provider is impossible to fix all 3 services which I pay monthly for 80mbps and hardly get 50mbps. Clearly an issue any solutions since can’t contact via phone

    @Rpearson081 @RangersBoy8877 @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport @SkyHelpTeam @WhatsApp I want to change providers as the signal is very poor to no signal at all and that is when am in the open. Can't do this until 2021 so Three better improve or provide a reduced bill for a service am not getting.

    @virginmedia Yes, there's been a fault for 24 hours that your engineers are 'still working hard to correct'. Over 24 hours! Hopeless. Leaving @SkyUK was the worst decision ever.

    I have tried to cancel @LFCTV for 3 months now. On line you get a message saying they can’t do it right now and you call @SkyUK and they tell you it will be a 20 minute wait. It’s a con stay away from it. @SkyHelpTeam

    Never had so much trouble trying to spend more money with a company than I’m having with @virginmedia at the moment at least @SkyUK answer the upgrades line quickly!

    @SkyHelpTeam No, I couldn’t wait 20 minutes. I’ll try at a quieter time but that is another month passed. Every time I’ve tried to cancel on line I get that same message.

    @rawkode @SkyUK Oh you'll get MUCH more than that. I've never been so harassed as when I dropped @SkyUK. It goes on for months, by mail, text, mobile and landline calls. (And we didn't terminate our contract early).

    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you very much for your suoer fast reaponse. The issue is known with the broadband. This goes for hours now..my husband stopped working and he is on strict timelines! Also, last week and the one before, I experienced issues myself with the mobile signal! What is going on?!?!
