    @SkyHelpTeam Does it not tell you in tweet !!!!! You team seem to think that someone else reading my emails is not a data protection leak while I can't sign in to read them as my account has been merged with another account.....3 hours wasted today add that to 2 other days

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I switched to sky broadband this week but all social media apps are not working properly or loading information/pictures etc. Work on 4g, and web browser works on WiFi no problem.

    @SkyHelpTeam I now have a message to call Sky to ‘get my broadband order back on track’, unfortunately the number given is automated and doesn’t have an option to speak to a human! Please help.

    @ianfieldhouse @SkyHelpTeam We’re in Edinburgh and our sky broadband cut out around an hour ago, we were offered an engineer app for the 11th managed to get one for the 6th but here’s hoping it gets fixed soon

    Hey @SkyHelpTeam over 3 hours on phone to 3 different people ...2 cut me off deliberately...Great customer service...problem still not sorted.....would you like your emails being displayed on someone else's account and not being able to sign in to your email account

    Well this is ****. Sky broadband down for the last hour and no Engineer appointments until the 7th — I’m sure my work will be delighted! Hopefully just a local issue as others appear in the same boat. @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve just signed up for Sky Broadband and can’t access the MySky app as I’ve had a SkyID linked to my email address when I was a customer 4 years ago. How can I access this again, can I resurrect my old SkyID?

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes thank you I have done that, but on my Sky app there used to be button to get in touch by chat or on phone it is not there so how do I resolve this issue?

    @SkyHelpTeam The issue will only be resolved by the mini Q being hardwired but due to the hub not having enough ports, we can’t do it, it can’t get resolved. Plus getting through to support is a nightmare and I’m a keyworker

    @SkyHelpTeam When I click the link and request a connection testit says I don’t have broadband yet my VIP app shows supply to this address and that a payment was taken off on the 24 January. The broadband has been fabulous. This is so weird. Can you help?

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m trying to have Sky fitted but engineers are not allowed in homes and I had one call a couple of weeks ago and he said I’d need an Ethernet cable fitted but as you’re not allowed in it’s going to a problem tomorrow as they booked to come back again but still can’t come in
