@ianfieldhouse @SkyHelpTeam We’re in Edinburgh and our sky broadband cut out around an hour ago, we were offered an engineer app for the 11th managed to get one for the 6th but here’s hoping it gets fixed soon

Again @SkyHelpTeam customer services closed at 9pm. What a complete shambles to get help and in contact with anyone and just before 9 u cut people off and close all departments. Issue after issue and problem. Why not have a help team who deals with tech issues after 9PM!???

@TrevorRidley @SkyHelpTeam @virginmedia The fact they’re saying ‘it’s usually 2 days to fix’ tells me - the service is repeatedly this bad and they know it, and they know they have a repeat problem but can’t fix it permanently… they’d fix it quick if it was payment related!
