@SkyHelpTeam I have done so several times to no avail. Promises not kept by @SkyUK. You are now 96 hours passed activation date! Yet I received SMS’s that I am activated! How does that work? Why should I get in touch? Sort out the issue!

Has anyone else had issues with trying to upgrade broadband and phone with @SkyUK ? @SkyHelpTeam Ordered 7th Jan Supposed to happen 14th didn't Reason, orders got separated. New date 21st. Same thing. Supposed to ring me back 22nd. Didn't. Just rung again. Feel like cancelling.

On to @SkyUK . 18 months more loyalty gets a new monthly bill of £23 more. How is this even possible. Absolutely appalling customer loyalty. 11 years. I would advise against using these.

@danhudsonmagic @SkyUK Did you manage to cancel? I’ve been trying and they have refused it and said they can reduce my bill by £8 a month but I have to pay £10 admin fee and then my contract will restart for another 18 months 😡😡
