  @virginmedia I'm not sure.... I think at this stage she is saying no thanks after being let down so badly. Virgin just didn't want to pay what council were asking to dig up one pavement as it was new.... @SkyUK sorted her out and she will be going to the regulator. Disappointing

  @SkyHelpTeam I am looking to switch to Sky Mobile but there are no advisors to chat to and none of the phone numbers are working. Any help would be much appreciated as I am looking at other options too.
