    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I switched to sky broadband this week but all social media apps are not working properly or loading information/pictures etc. Work on 4g, and web browser works on WiFi no problem.

    @ianfieldhouse @SkyHelpTeam We’re in Edinburgh and our sky broadband cut out around an hour ago, we were offered an engineer app for the 11th managed to get one for the 6th but here’s hoping it gets fixed soon

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve just signed up for Sky Broadband and can’t access the MySky app as I’ve had a SkyID linked to my email address when I was a customer 4 years ago. How can I access this again, can I resurrect my old SkyID?

    Hey @SkyHelpTeam over 3 hours on phone to 3 different people ...2 cut me off deliberately...Great customer service...problem still not sorted.....would you like your emails being displayed on someone else's account and not being able to sign in to your email account

    Well this is ****. Sky broadband down for the last hour and no Engineer appointments until the 7th — I’m sure my work will be delighted! Hopefully just a local issue as others appear in the same boat. @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam That is not the case here William! There is nothing using up the bandwidth, even with everything disconnected bar one device it's the same issue. Nothing has changed in my setup since before this issue first started, so it's a problem with the line or your service!

    @SkyHelpTeam Its been sorted this morning thanks Pearl, but your business needs to review its 3 way communication process with regards to @BTOpenreach1 & the customer. It can't just go into the BTopenreach black hole when a job is raised with them. No confirmation 2 custom job was raised etc

    @SkySports How pathetic of you to have to make Graeme Souness issue a statement about his comments on Sunday. It’s a man’s game is old saying and we were watching MEN’S Football, not women’s. How is it offensive to women. So many weak people these days including those at Sky.
