Virgin just didn't want to pay what council were asking to dig up one pavement as it was new.... @SkyUK sorted her out and she will be going to the regulator. Disappointing

Hope I get a discount 4r loss of service today. What's the point of me going on annual leave and I can't watch TV etc.

Recently I discovered that she was still paying for the package including Sky Sports, which she had never watched once since he died. I rang Sky with her and they insisted she should give the 30 days notice to cancel it!

When my mum wasn’t budging they just hung up on her. Others have been equally rude. Moved her off from BT to Vodafone and they’re just as bad.

BT sales had previously sold her a package, fibre, BT tv, BT sports and a bunch of add ons. she only used her landline, spoke to my manager and got it all cancelled without cost. Poor lady was taken advantage of 100%
