    @SkyHelpTeam No, I couldn’t wait 20 minutes. I’ll try at a quieter time but that is another month passed. Every time I’ve tried to cancel on line I get that same message.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK I will, but that does not help other customers who get two pre recorded messages, first saying wait time is one hour, then another saying 20 minutes. Pre-record suggests this is delibrate tactic, not because of a one off busy period.

    Never had so much trouble trying to spend more money with a company than I’m having with @virginmedia at the moment at least @SkyUK answer the upgrades line quickly!

    I have tried to cancel @LFCTV for 3 months now. On line you get a message saying they can’t do it right now and you call @SkyUK and they tell you it will be a 20 minute wait. It’s a con stay away from it. @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam is there not a 24 hours number to contact as none of my services are working at all. Contacting the service provider is impossible to fix all 3 services which I pay monthly for 80mbps and hardly get 50mbps. Clearly an issue any solutions since can’t contact via phone

    @virginmedia I'm not sure.... I think at this stage she is saying no thanks after being let down so badly. Virgin just didn't want to pay what council were asking to dig up one pavement as it was new.... @SkyUK sorted her out and she will be going to the regulator. Disappointing

    @mhartg1 @mcfc_lads @SkySports You’re completely missing my point. VAR wasn’t brought into the game to make sure every call was right, it was to correct egregious errors by officials. This was not an egregious error but with VAR it’s the correct call. An inch of Sterlings arm didn’t cause that goal or not lol.

    @mcfc_lads @SkySports Interesting. MCFC fans had no issue with the dodgy handball decision on Wolves or the penalty missed v Everton this season. Both lead to 1-0 MCFC wins. Four point swing. Liverpool lost four points on bad calls vSpurs and West Ham. Four point swing. Some conspiracy

    @mcfc_lads @SkySports This is the problem when goals get ruled out by millimetres, it just can’t be accurate enough because there’s no way you can get the exact time the ball let the foot spot on. It’s a joke plus’s it should only go off the feet for me
