@SkyHelpTeam I’ve just signed up for Sky Broadband and can’t access the MySky app as I’ve had a SkyID linked to my email address when I was a customer 4 years ago. How can I access this again, can I resurrect my old SkyID?

@SkyHelpTeam hi, I switched to sky broadband this week but all social media apps are not working properly or loading information/pictures etc. Work on 4g, and web browser works on WiFi no problem.

@SkyHelpTeam still no broadband. Called the number earlier (12ish), got a recorded message telling me that it's a problem in my area and is being fixed. 1630 - txt from Sky saying fixed. Except it's not. Number in text has a wait of 'over an hour*. I pay Sky £150/m. 👍
