    @SkyHelpTeam hi there is there a signal issue in the EH5 area? My sky box just says "initialising" and I have no access to any channels, or catch up. WiFi seems to be OK though.

    @SkyHelpTeam That’s the same information as given in the app when I login. It doesn’t explain the different date on the text! Really need my broadband ASAP!

    @virginmedia I'm not sure.... I think at this stage she is saying no thanks after being let down so badly. Virgin just didn't want to pay what council were asking to dig up one pavement as it was new.... @SkyUK sorted her out and she will be going to the regulator. Disappointing

    @SkyHelpTeam I have done so several times to no avail. Promises not kept by @SkyUK. You are now 96 hours passed activation date! Yet I received SMS’s that I am activated! How does that work? Why should I get in touch? Sort out the issue!

    @Rpearson081 @RangersBoy8877 @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport @SkyHelpTeam @WhatsApp I want to change providers as the signal is very poor to no signal at all and that is when am in the open. Can't do this until 2021 so Three better improve or provide a reduced bill for a service am not getting.

    @SkyHelpTeam Does it not tell you in tweet !!!!! You team seem to think that someone else reading my emails is not a data protection leak while I can't sign in to read them as my account has been merged with another account.....3 hours wasted today add that to 2 other days

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam are you aware of any issues in the EH12 area of Edinburgh? Not been able to get a satellite signal yet today. I've followed the help guide online but not luck. Don't want to call out an engineer yet, just in case there's local issues. Thanks.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hey thanks i have sky + q box and mini in my bedroom it just seems to be all sky channels are pixelated and the blu signal screen comes on other channels and wifi is absolutely fine

    @ianfieldhouse @SkyHelpTeam We’re in Edinburgh and our sky broadband cut out around an hour ago, we were offered an engineer app for the 11th managed to get one for the 6th but here’s hoping it gets fixed soon

    @SkyUK is anyone around that can help, we changed to sky about a week ago and can't seem to get the second puck working. It worked fine until about 2 nights ago. Tried resetting it, tried changing hdmi cables, and a factory reset but nothing. Might go back to virgin
