    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been through all the tests, indicated no problems, I’ve swapped my cat5 cable, I’ve had this happen every month for the last few months and then it goes back to normal after several days, I still think you’re limiting somehow

    What's really weird is how these Microsoft people get the info, the asked for me on the house number.. its a new house number cos @SkyHelpTeam sorted us a new faster line, and we are ex directory and I never use my home number cos its new only my mobile.. so how would they get it

    @SkyHelpTeam I've just seen a post (could be false you never know these days) but it says there is discount available if we are doing home schooling.. is there any truth in this? Thank you

    @SkyHelpTeam Got installation yesterday, took engineer 3 hours and for about 2 hours the signal was fine. Now the channels just cut out saying no signal or technical error and I have to reset the switch. Ridiculous

    @SkyHelpTeam You don’t think I did that before coming here? I had to call your customer services once again. I will be switching from your company to Virgin Media, and I expect there to be no cancellation fee for my current broadband package. Really disappointed and fed up with sky!
