What's really weird is how these Microsoft people get the info, the asked for me on the house number.. its a new house number cos @SkyHelpTeam sorted us a new faster line, and we are ex directory and I never use my home number cos its new only my mobile.. so how would they get it

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been through all the tests, indicated no problems, I’ve swapped my cat5 cable, I’ve had this happen every month for the last few months and then it goes back to normal after several days, I still think you’re limiting somehow

@virginmedia thanks for your lack of customer service. I have cancer and I rely on Virgin as my link with the world. The earliest you can come is Thursday. What do I pay all my money for. A change to @SkyUK methinks .

@SkyHelpTeam Not sure you need it. There’s a fair few other people tweeting about down broadband in this area. The standard we’ll let you when it’s fixed is poor. When’s it being investigated, what’s the estimated diagnosis time etc would be much more useful
