  @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been through all the tests, indicated no problems, I’ve swapped my cat5 cable, I’ve had this happen every month for the last few months and then it goes back to normal after several days, I still think you’re limiting somehow

  Just gone from a sky HD box to a sky q mini box. Why the F are the up and down buttons the wrong why down when scrolling channels?! E.g when I press the up button it goes from channel 102 to 101?! @SkyHelpTeam

  @digitalmuggle @SkySports Exactly. Supermarkets would never get way with forcing you to buy three tins of baked beans, two loaves of bread and a pomegranate every time you wanted to buy a frozen ready meal, so why do TV stations force you to subscribe to buy channels you don't want to watch?
