What's really weird is how these Microsoft people get the info, the asked for me on the house number.. its a new house number cos @SkyHelpTeam sorted us a new faster line, and we are ex directory and I never use my home number cos its new only my mobile.. so how would they get it

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been through all the tests, indicated no problems, I’ve swapped my cat5 cable, I’ve had this happen every month for the last few months and then it goes back to normal after several days, I still think you’re limiting somehow

@SkyHelpTeam I presume you have moved your call centre to India? The level of service is now shocking and nobody seems to know what they are doing. I’m getting passed around from department to department. Diabolical.

@ghalystrike @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam I had same issues but just got mine working but I didn't do anything different to what I had been doing. Just pot luck, try doing a full reset on console. Also check if other online apps are working on the Xbox.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, thanks for this. I've tried all the suggestions on there but it's still not working. It says if these don't work to contact the console manufacturer. That's a bit of a cop out.
