    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been through all the tests, indicated no problems, I’ve swapped my cat5 cable, I’ve had this happen every month for the last few months and then it goes back to normal after several days, I still think you’re limiting somehow

    @BigSammyJ @NewsForAllUK @SkySports If that's how you interpret what I am saying so be it. You must think the 1st amendment is bad then, if you do fair enough but I think it's something to look up to. It's possible to disagree on things!

    @SkyUK Sky you are a disgrace. I've just tried to call customer service because my Netflix account has been reduced to a basic package. After 20 minutes of waiting on hold I was cut off. There are no options online to resolve my problem. Absolutely ridiculous.

    @SkyHelpTeam Call #1 was most unhelpful. someone else has promised to get back to us tomorrow. We ordered this line on APRIL 26th. This is the first we have heard about the address ‘problem’. We have spoken to the orders team several times over the past 10 weeks. HE IS 83. He is distraught
