What's really weird is how these Microsoft people get the info, the asked for me on the house number.. its a new house number cos @SkyHelpTeam sorted us a new faster line, and we are ex directory and I never use my home number cos its new only my mobile.. so how would they get it

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been through all the tests, indicated no problems, I’ve swapped my cat5 cable, I’ve had this happen every month for the last few months and then it goes back to normal after several days, I still think you’re limiting somehow

@Leftyladswife65 @SkyHelpTeam So sorry to hear this. Their escalation process is non existent, they are not able to help the customers they have failed the most. All a queue system. They have to wait to hear from BT by their review date, only if they get no update, can they then escalate. Bloody ridiculous.

@SkyHelpTeam How do I make a complaint about broadband service? My Internet and a number of my neighbours are down and has been for days yet Sky is insisting on sending multiple engineers out on different days before contacting Openreach. I received shocking service on the phone.

@WeAreOpenreach I speak with @SkyHelpTeam most weeks, they have escalated it to the highest level. They have communicated 6 different dates over the the past 7 months but nothings happened. I just want internet for Christmas! Please can you help me?
