What's really weird is how these Microsoft people get the info, the asked for me on the house number.. its a new house number cos @SkyHelpTeam sorted us a new faster line, and we are ex directory and I never use my home number cos its new only my mobile.. so how would they get it

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been through all the tests, indicated no problems, I’ve swapped my cat5 cable, I’ve had this happen every month for the last few months and then it goes back to normal after several days, I still think you’re limiting somehow

@SkyHelpTeam But I've had two engineers out they said it's working fine but it's not I'm paying for this service and it doesn't work main box fine but mini boxes don't work all the time I also took a day off for an engineer visit he didn't even turn up all I got was £25 off my next bill
