@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been through all the tests, indicated no problems, I’ve swapped my cat5 cable, I’ve had this happen every month for the last few months and then it goes back to normal after several days, I still think you’re limiting somehow

What's really weird is how these Microsoft people get the info, the asked for me on the house number.. its a new house number cos @SkyHelpTeam sorted us a new faster line, and we are ex directory and I never use my home number cos its new only my mobile.. so how would they get it

@SkyHelpTeam absolutely shocking service charging a cancellation fee and no option to speak to a manager……not had any internet connection for two weeks..and when it is on not enough power to work the Wi-Fi on a mobile phone.

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks but how is that in the slightest bit helpful? I’ve contacted the cancellations team on no less that four occasions. They say all the right things but my DD is still being taken each month. I’d really like someone that has the authority to look into the issue and call me.
