    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been through all the tests, indicated no problems, I’ve swapped my cat5 cable, I’ve had this happen every month for the last few months and then it goes back to normal after several days, I still think you’re limiting somehow

    @SkyHelpTeam my mum's internet drops out several times a day (for years). When she calls to report is told "it's working now". Really just needs you to send openreach in to fix this. Help!

    @SkyUK why are you ripping people off with trying to tell them that it’s because you need to pay in advance when they did now four months down the line it has happened again this time they have kept all phone conversations and emails to prove that you are in the wrong

    @SkyHelpTeam I'm changing networks ASAP, ordered a sim from another network now. Once that becomes active within the next week or two I assume my cooling off period will come into play, and it will be all cancelled without penalty
