What's really weird is how these Microsoft people get the info, the asked for me on the house number.. its a new house number cos @SkyHelpTeam sorted us a new faster line, and we are ex directory and I never use my home number cos its new only my mobile.. so how would they get it

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been through all the tests, indicated no problems, I’ve swapped my cat5 cable, I’ve had this happen every month for the last few months and then it goes back to normal after several days, I still think you’re limiting somehow

@SkySportsF1 My punishment not so lenient. It was SkySports and BTsports but after another year of farcical palava and little racing but processions, I’ll only keep my subscription for MotoGP with BT. Sorry Sky, great team but terrible competition to broadcast.

@SkyHelpTeam Have done all this via my phone on 4g because I don’t have connection. It is now just very slow but says I have connection. Sky account no help and can’t reach customer services , you have a recording saying “ this service is not available “!

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK absolutely shameful company. Ongoing broadband and TV issues for 3 weeks. Hours spent on the phone/online to customer care. Only to be told to speak to the Value team and sign up to XYZ then it’ll fix my wifi. What an absolute liberty. Bye

@SkyHelpTeam Vodafone my provider isn’t strong since the storm so everything takes ages to load. When I last checked on Sky Checker there was an outage but I just need an idea how long its likely to be before it’s sorted. Thanks

@formulamatt3316 lewis literally won his first championship in a 100% illegal car. the 2007 car was developed with ferrari intel which was illegal. and the 2008 car would have carried that over. therefore illegal, but skysports would never talk about that

@Darylmore77 @SkyHelpTeam @Forbesie10 I mean how fast something is perceived to be is also dependent on exactly what is being done isn't it. You can't blanket say that 2-5 working days is slow if for example the fault is caused by someone driving into a cabinet resulting in parts needing ordering etc.
