@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been through all the tests, indicated no problems, I’ve swapped my cat5 cable, I’ve had this happen every month for the last few months and then it goes back to normal after several days, I still think you’re limiting somehow

@SkyHelpTeam I have done what the help suggested (check previous images) The problem isn’t the location of my Hub or how many devices is connected. It’s the download speed to my hub (external) I will go through the help section again but I can imagine I’ll find myself at a dead end again.

To me, @SkySports #MNF lost focus. To help preview #lcfc #NFFC, they should've reviewed the teams' last fixtures to spot flaws, etc and after the match, look ahead to their next fixtures

@SkyHelpTeam Been waiting for a "loyalty expect" for two days now - I'm moving back home to care for a sick relative, and I need to cancel my out-of-contract TV/Talk/BB but I can't if noone responds to the Message Us chat. Stressing me out at a time when I really don't need more!

@SkyHelpTeam Is there a wider problem in the area? I have done all the checks and although it says my router and broadband are fine, I still cant connect. My neighbours have lost connection too, they are on different internet providers

@SkyHelpTeam hello are there any known issues in the Staines Tw18 area? I have had no access to the internet this morning. Checked cables, unplugged replugged router, and numerous restarts. All lights are green on the router but no internet.

@SkyHelpTeam About a month ago - promised to call me back. I’ve previously been told a new cheque was sent (never arrived) , I have to return cheque (not happening) and someone will authorise and make refund. Cheque no 758246 issued in March originally
