@SkyHelpTeam can you tell me why my partner is now expected to pay £96.29 this month for his sky account when usually he pays £53 a month? You've restricted our account because he apparently owes £106 for what? He'll be in touch. Your service is a joke! Not the first time either!

  • AdamAMilne Adam A Milne (@AdamAMilne) reported

@SkyHelpTeam - your switching credit process is a nightmare. I’ve emailed the requested attachments FOUR times now, & each time I get an auto response asking for the very same info I’ve sent. Tried your contact centre, they could offer no help, no advice or escalation. Help!

  • Chappers1874 Paul (@Chappers1874) reported

Absolutely shocking way to treat fans. Ticketing system an absolute nightmare. To increase prices during the queuing time is just a rip off and can’t be justified. Can’t believe @skysports and @skysports aren’t all over this. #silverstoneuk
