    What's really weird is how these Microsoft people get the info, the asked for me on the house number.. its a new house number cos @SkyHelpTeam sorted us a new faster line, and we are ex directory and I never use my home number cos its new only my mobile.. so how would they get it

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been through all the tests, indicated no problems, I’ve swapped my cat5 cable, I’ve had this happen every month for the last few months and then it goes back to normal after several days, I still think you’re limiting somehow

    @SkyHelpTeam It says there was a problem connecting to my box and now I have to book an engineer, is there anything else I can do in the meantime as I need an internet connection for my job and can’t afford to take time off because my Wi-Fi isn’t working.

    @SkyHelpTeam As I said, the problem seems to have gone away for now. Next time, we'll follow these steps again, find there's nothing wrong as usual and then contact you on twitter again to try and convince you that there is a wider problem.

    @SkyHelpTeam There is literally nothing - just the time & the Wi-Fi & battery symbol. No network provider on the left, and just 4 dots on the right where the 4G symbol/bars usually are. Exactly the same with my wife’s iPhone - also with Sky

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes Alison on my offers its £18 for 1channel on the one where it's displayed it's 2 football channels for £18 a 2 for 1 offer.Perhaps you should raise this with your boss as it's a Sky issue. 🤔

    @SkyHelpTeam Dear Daniel, thanks for responding, as mentioned problem is intermittent, internet keeps dropping. Line test is point in time, it might work occasionally. Worst part services were pretty good during cooling off period

    @SkyUK The last persona I spoke to didn’t have a clue what I was talking about and kept telling me to try my sky box, I have been told it’s with the network team for the third time in 2 weeks

    @SkyHelpTeam absolutely shocking service charging a cancellation fee and no option to speak to a manager……not had any internet connection for two weeks..and when it is on not enough power to work the Wi-Fi on a mobile phone.
