@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been through all the tests, indicated no problems, I’ve swapped my cat5 cable, I’ve had this happen every month for the last few months and then it goes back to normal after several days, I still think you’re limiting somehow

@SkySports I’ve never understood the need for coaches in soccer. The players just run around for 3 hours. There’s no game plan or strategy like there is in football. Which is why the NFL is the most watched sport in the world. Waste of money to pay a coach. And I’m a respected journalist

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Liam You leave me now with no option but to cancel my sky subscription . I will call but waiting times are horrendous. A simple email would have had this sorted more sensibly but that seems impossible with sky who I have been with for 17 years . Very sad.
