@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been through all the tests, indicated no problems, I’ve swapped my cat5 cable, I’ve had this happen every month for the last few months and then it goes back to normal after several days, I still think you’re limiting somehow

What's really weird is how these Microsoft people get the info, the asked for me on the house number.. its a new house number cos @SkyHelpTeam sorted us a new faster line, and we are ex directory and I never use my home number cos its new only my mobile.. so how would they get it

@MrWilliams1882 @SkyUK Little to no help online? Except all of the articles that give troubleshooting steps for intermittent wifi, advice on broadband speeds and the ability to run a test on your specific line? Give it a rest and take some ownership of your own services rather than ranting online
