@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been through all the tests, indicated no problems, I’ve swapped my cat5 cable, I’ve had this happen every month for the last few months and then it goes back to normal after several days, I still think you’re limiting somehow

What's really weird is how these Microsoft people get the info, the asked for me on the house number.. its a new house number cos @SkyHelpTeam sorted us a new faster line, and we are ex directory and I never use my home number cos its new only my mobile.. so how would they get it

Another day, another complete crash of @SkyUK broadband, TV, the lot. Seven consecutive days it's done this now. £80 a ******* month those cowboys charge for this ****. At least they would if I was paying it - which I'm not until the service improves.

@SkyUK - feeling very let down by you - been a customer for over 20 years but your service in moving the internet to a new property is shambolic - was disconnected on the 26th with the install due on 27th - Openreach were “unable to install” now wont hear any more till 2nd sept
