What's really weird is how these Microsoft people get the info, the asked for me on the house number.. its a new house number cos @SkyHelpTeam sorted us a new faster line, and we are ex directory and I never use my home number cos its new only my mobile.. so how would they get it

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been through all the tests, indicated no problems, I’ve swapped my cat5 cable, I’ve had this happen every month for the last few months and then it goes back to normal after several days, I still think you’re limiting somehow

@McGuv @Jade_Taylor93 @SkyHelpTeam Mine too! Incredibly frustrating. Cant even access terrestrial tv, nor setup to try to revert and as you say reboot doesn't work. If it helps in reducing your stress a few percent, I eventually found I could use voice control to select the news.

@DriverWayne @skytv @SkyHelpTeam same here so you're not the only one yet another problem with the flagship glass what's most annoying is can't even access other services such as prime or Netflix while sky is down. Hopefully it's resolved by later
