  What's really weird is how these Microsoft people get the info, the asked for me on the house number.. its a new house number cos @SkyHelpTeam sorted us a new faster line, and we are ex directory and I never use my home number cos its new only my mobile.. so how would they get it

  @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been through all the tests, indicated no problems, I’ve swapped my cat5 cable, I’ve had this happen every month for the last few months and then it goes back to normal after several days, I still think you’re limiting somehow

  Very frustrating, we moved house and @SkyHelpTeam gave us a new ex-directory number, we haven't given that number out at all as we use our mobiles, we get calls daily from sky technical team saying how we have problems with our broadband and we know they're scams. What can we do

  @SkyUK Embarassing customer service for your phones. Don’t ever get sky contract. Had bad service but then freeze my services and stop me from receiving calls also? Been on the phone to 150 to non-English speaking people and being hung up on. Awful awful service. Not one to moan
