@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been through all the tests, indicated no problems, I’ve swapped my cat5 cable, I’ve had this happen every month for the last few months and then it goes back to normal after several days, I still think you’re limiting somehow

They just gloss over issues and you actually wonder who's suppose yo address these things if not them! Then they come online here to pick us up.

@SkyHelpTeam my internet down since 12pm 15/12. I work from home. This needs to be sorted asap. BT engineer outside said it was probably him. But ignored me after that. When will it be restored? Need it urgently.
