What's really weird is how these Microsoft people get the info, the asked for me on the house number.. its a new house number cos @SkyHelpTeam sorted us a new faster line, and we are ex directory and I never use my home number cos its new only my mobile.. so how would they get it

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been through all the tests, indicated no problems, I’ve swapped my cat5 cable, I’ve had this happen every month for the last few months and then it goes back to normal after several days, I still think you’re limiting somehow

Someone explain to me how it is customer centric for @btsport to hold the rights to #LIVLEE but decide not to show it because of the #ucl clash, yet @SkySports can only broadcast it in full at 90 mins! It’s a joke - either show the game or let someone else. #Fansfirst

@SkyHelpTeam Please DM me urgently. Waiting 11 days for PAC code. Help-line always totally ineffective. Won't let me talk with supervisor. Quoted waiting times exceeded by anything from 50% to 12,000%, yes that twelve thousand%!!!!
