    @SkyHelpTeam please help! no answer on phones or live chat.. I have recently changed my Tv package and the package has not updated on my Q box in 10 days - have tried all help articles online.

    @SkyHelpTeam No. I had tried them all many times. There’s always some kind of error message. The latest is that it can’t connect and I should try later. And my connection is good. It hasn’t worked for months and it’s a poor show.

    @RobLMyers Soon as I saw Horner and Skysports I knew it would a **** article about someone who thinks he is F1. There are other principles on that grid who haven't had a say or is it because they know it's not worth it. Horner needs to shut the hell up #TEAMLH

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes repeatedly but no one seems able to resolve the issue although I was assured last night that I would be reconnected within two hours. Now told my broadband is cancelled and have to reorder which I’ve done twice since last Saturday

    @SkyHelpTeam Diamond. 22 years a customer. Absolute waste of time. Proper discounted packages would be better. Applied for tickets cinema preview tickets to find out you have to queue at cinema and not guaranteed a seat!!!

    Hey @SkyHelpTeam ... I have sky broadband and the speed SUCKS... For the past few days it's even worst ... My mobile data speed is far better than your #SkyBroadband ... Can you pls address this?

    @SkyHelpTeam Gold and makes no difference what so ever customer service told me at the end of my contract if I want cheaper bills cut items off my package and then put my bill up £10 a month

    @SkyHelpTeam Diamond but I have to say the 3rd party company you use for the mobile side of things needs looking into. Shocking! I've had an ongoing issue for nearly a month now. Never had an issue with the TV side 🤞
