@SkyHelpTeam hi, my internet connection is very slow, tested it several times on two devices and I’m getting 14.8 mbps download speeds, I’ve then used the sky speed check as part of check my connection and it says 79 mbps, it’s wrong! Please can you help?

@SkyHelpTeam I've already been through this with the tech team already which they're very unhelpful and they haven't got a clue about customer's security when it comes to antiviruses. I need to contact my lawyer to get it removed
