@SkyHelpTeam Sounds like a problem your end. Service checker says you’re aware. Any time frame for it to be fixed please?? I presume you’ll add mobile data to our accounts as we’re having to tether laptops to 4G phones to access my son’s Zoom meetings.

samuel bennett (@redkiterail) reported
@SkyHelpTeam Why is your website and main page not stating that there is a network outage in south east England or across the UK and that your engineering's are doing the best to resolve the issue 3mins of forethought would save so many customers getting frustrated

Lorna Curnow (@LornaCurnow) reported
@F1_Chef @H_Crun @SkyHelpTeam I have been dropping out too on the work laptop, never a good thing when you are about to go into a meeting.
-
antony walters (@antwalters) reported
@SkyHelpTeam surely it’s easier if you just post a message saying there is another outage in the south east, rather than redirecting people to your broadband checker , which ironically you need internet for. Save their data maybe ?

@SkySports Never? Gosh, that took some working out!!!
-
GazzaD (@gazzad1) reported
@jenasbynature @SpursOfficial @SkyUK If you click into it there’s more accurate info but to put this info so visibly on Twitter is so so poor. You’d have to be a geriatric for it to take 15 mins from WHL and Mo Farah for it to take 15 mins from Seven Sisters!
-
GazzaD (@gazzad1) reported
@SpursOfficial @SkyUK It’s a 3 minute walk from WHL station and a 30 minute walk from seven sisters. I’m a fast walker and usually come from Tottenham Hale which is 17 mins being realistic. I mean, at least take the time to not insult your fans with bullshit info designed for a virtue signal gesture

@SkyHelpTeam But it’s now saying there’s a problem in my area, so what do I do? Wait for it to come back on or be restored?? The website isn’t very helpful
