@SkyHelpTeam My broadband is off again for the second time in a couple of months I’ve already had an engineer out once and now have to wait for another one to come on Thursday is ridiculous paying for a service that does not work.

Only managed a 1.5 hour day wfh thanks to @SkyHelpTeam I now have to find another 4.5 hours this week to make back . Shows there’s a fault on my account when I run a check but when I click on phone tv or broadband no issues in area . I phone up they say there’s a fault 1/2

@SkyUK sky is an embarrassment. Spent over 2 hours on hold trying to deal with your services and staff should be ashamed of themselves. Hanging up on people and accusing of having things we have never had! Along with staff & managers on the call center who have no customer skills
