    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK You use the O2 network,they've promised they won't introduce roaming charges whilst in the EU, why will you be charging your customers from 3rd May £2 a day? We stayed with you as you said you had no intention of introducing this charge! Disgraceful!

    @SkyUK @OpenReachHelp - tree falls in storms & takes out broadband/phone/fibre & alarms for 20 houses on our street. Do OpenReach visit to repair all, no each service provider has to arrange & they visit the same site 20 times fixing one house at a time -planet killing madness!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, have been on your service checker and apparently there are no faults in my area, but have been without broadband since yesterday. My family work from home so Internet access is essentially. Can I get this looked into for the DA11 area please?

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve had no signal for over 2 days which I presumed was due the weather, on checking my dish it has moved substantially due to the wind. How do I arrange for this to be looked at? Thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, our internet has been down since midday. The app just says there is a problem (which we knew!) at the same time @zzoommplc turn up digging. They are blaming a @bt_uk line problem and said to contact you! Help!

    @SkySports Serious financial help, not that you need, all’s we want to see and hear is the actual sport you have paid billions for the right to air in your name, we don’t care what the “so called experts” have to say, pundits ex professionals, whatever!! I speak for majority too.
