    @SkyHelpTeam please help! no answer on phones or live chat.. I have recently changed my Tv package and the package has not updated on my Q box in 10 days - have tried all help articles online.

    @SkyHelpTeam Tried it all, nothing has worked, all other channels on the Q box work without issue. I can stream, work from home, access our RDP, everything is as it always has been. Is anyone actually successfully watching Sky News?

    @SkyHelpTeam Had the Tech team and open reach engineers out in November. This problem keeps happening. Your service is getting worse.

    @SkyHelpTeam I haven’t renewed anything wat don’t h understand my offers and contracts END next month so new offers wil automatically be applied but I can cancel my contract on 21st April if I want to , which wil be wat il end up doing !

    @SkyHelpTeam So as a company you can implement price increases at will, and your customers are not allowed to cancel there subscription if they can't afford or want to pay the extra charges!!! #DiamondVIP Your having a laugh surely .

    @SkySports None of these. I cancelled Skysports years ago and now use the money to help fund my fan owned non league club. They went bust years ago and out of the league due to the greed of you and the premier league that you created.

    @SkySports The grass growing in my garden rather than fund the obscene amounts paid at that level when.... Step 7 (nonleague 3) have to travel many '000's miles a year with no financial support from The FA (or Sky)
