@SkyHelpTeam You just blame the make of the TV for poor sound quality, but the only one I have sound issues with is sky , Netflix, Disney + , gaming all perfect sound ,yet when viewing sky newd to increase volume by 20%

@SkyHelpTeam I recently received an email thanking me for activating Netflix as part of my Ultimate TV Add On. However, I don’t recall activating this add on. No additional money appears to be taken from my account, so is this an extra “free” service or should I just ignore?

@SkyHelpTeam I have done that a few times, the answer or help that I require cannot be found. Unless you can point me in the direction to amend an order and not cancel or get a definitive delivery date otherwise your website is just generic guff and no help at all
