@SkyHelpTeam i could deal with your awful speeds if the bandwidth wasnt awful too. The amount you charge is extortionate. spoke to you so many times over the last 2 years about same issues. If you aren’t going to fix it, at least let us use our own routers. Greedy corpo tactics..

@SkyUK get it together my mum has phoned 5 times today to try and speak to you guys about resolving a complaint you said you’s would phone back about and still nothing 7 days later it’s ridiculous!!! Such an awful service nobody is helpful absolutely shite!!!

@SkyHelpTeam since we have had the new sky Q we have had nothing but problems. 3 engineers out and now we have waited 3 days and currently on hold for 25 minutes to speak to somebody. We need our internet for work! 😔 we literally can’t keep having the service stopped.
