@SkyHelpTeam since we have had the new sky Q we have had nothing but problems. 3 engineers out and now we have waited 3 days and currently on hold for 25 minutes to speak to somebody. We need our internet for work! 😔 we literally can’t keep having the service stopped.

@SkyHelpTeam engineer calls to house to install internet & BB. You told line had 76mb he confirms line has less then 1mb and needs Openreach to fix line!! Total joke! Been on phone 31 mins to get Sky Recovery!! Will never trust your company again.

@SkyUK ordered sky broadband 5 weeks ago, over 10 hours of calls, 5 orders, £70 worth of Mobile Data, finally get it activated, plug in the Hub and it turns out you’ve not connected my line but instead disconnected the line of my 91 year old neighbour! Worst experience I’ve had..
