I'm so pleased @virginmedia gave me a good deal on @SkySports HD Channels (well, til 1st July next year). Let's face it, "normal telly" is total crap. So I can watch football most days/nights. And yes, I like football, before the trolls get on their bandwagon!!

@SkyHelpTeam It’s fine it’s sorted but your customer service representative made it extremely difficult for my grandmother. Only being contactable by telephone and then having a lot of background noise meant she couldn’t hear or understand the man. Thank goodness I was there.

So order a new phone with @SkyUK because it’s ‘in stock’. After a month of waiting they cancel the order without telling me. Only found out when logging in to try and find a delivery date #awfulcustomerservice

@SkyHelpTeam What is there to discuss? We are left with no possibility to watch basic TV for some members of the family, as a Diamond VIP customer paying over £100 a month, until 3rd May. This situation is no fault of ours and you are unable to send someone to do an hour's work.
