@SkyHelpTeam Unfortunately we live 'out of town' our minimum speed you garantee is 3.3MB so until we managed to get some movement from openreach or such like we're stuck with the old copper wire and poor broadband

@SkyHelpTeam will I get a reduction in paying for my sky for having signal issues since January to which I was offered sky Q but engineer says I need new wiring which can’t be done until April so I’ve still got signal issues
