@SkyHelpTeam Yes it kept saying there’s a problem with hub, and then it would say it’s fixed. However it did not fix anything. The connection came back on its own some hours later. It’s ironic that we need to have an internet connection in order to fix broadband issues.

@FruitpunchL Those were the peak skysports days. Once they bought the rights they always wanted to fabricate rivalries and still continue to do so but back then pre social media people lapped that **** up.

@countrymousie @GL650_LynneG @SkyUK I did look at glass but I don't like the idea of committing the entire package to a single company. If the box goes wrong you can swap it out and all other connected services remain. It comes down to how many eggs you want in that basket.

@skyUK he then disconnects my perfectly operating sky super fast broadband and cuts the cable off the building and leaves my property. I now have NO broadband as ultrafast has still not been connected. Sky customer service tell me it may take 48 hours to fix 2/3 #dontusesky
