@sihiggins1985 @SkyUK @netflix I’ve already called themThey couldn’t take it off my bill then had the audacity to ask to rate them over the phone out of 10. Not fair on the advisor, not fair to the customer to be asked in person on the spot!Said they couldn’t remove that fee or the equivalent amount off bill x

@SkyHelpTeam Hi JD, it is not restricted, but we have been overcharged once again after being assured numerous times that it has been resolved. As I mentioned, it's causing my partner servere mental issues and i do want to talk to someone to resolve this. Thanks.
