    @OllieFarrer @SkyHelpTeam They’ve told you that to get you off the phone, I’m probably guessing this was because you were being an arse. The only option is to wait till the scaffolding is down and your account can’t be paused as you still have your services through SkyGo

    @ClassicCulprit @SkySports It's a funny one, but I believe as it is a clear case of mistaken identity and it was violent conduct, then the actual player will be retrospectively punished, and the mistaken player will have the card and ban rescinded. Sadly it doesn't help on the night, and the result stands.

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam - I've just received a voicemail from you saying that @OpenreachHelp had advised that the outage in my area has been resolved. It hasn't. It's now day 13 without internet.
