@SkyHelpTeam second time within a month that my Wi-Fi is down - I’m located just outside Stoke-On-Trent - this isn’t good enough. Fed up of this poor service. Internet cuts out a lot since upgrading as well.

@SkyHelpTeam I feel like I’m constantly moaning about sky lately and it’s because I am. Sky glass being not the hype it was sold as, daily spam reminding me that I’ve ended a contract, now a broadband outage. Has someone checked your DNS servers are working? Or DHCP is correct.

What other service would you pay for & be told to pay the same price but only have part of the service? @thameswater imagine @skytv said pay in full but your not going to have all the channels! in lockdown Skysports was free as it couldn’t offer the football 1/2 #HosepipeBan

@SkyUK as a VIP customer of over 10 years I get a free movie from sky. Nice I thought. The movie is The Lego Batman Movie. Really? Don’t mean to be ungrateful but I’m not 11. Come on sky. Look after your loyal customers.
