    @SkyHelpTeam are what customer service should be. Concise, friendly, and always go beyond the help asked for. Certain other companies *cough cough EE should take note. Free month of sky cinema to boot as well. Noice 👌🏼

    Well after 13yrs 11mths. I am leaving @SkyHelpTeam for @virginmedia @SkyUK made zero attempts to resolve my issues. I was met with multiple C.S Staff who attitude was take it or leave it. Not a good way to treat customers especially when the issue is your fault not ours.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for adding BT Sport to my account - already got it! Charging me more than I already pay BT for it! Charging a month in advance for the service I didn’t need want! Refusing me refund/credit because apparently I was happy paying more for service I already have!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Nathan, that may be the case but we live in the uk with permanent adverse weather conditions. To be paying (a significant amount) for a service where a bit of rain prevents being able to watch tv for 3 out of 5 days isn’t acceptable service your providing.

    @XCurvyBarbieX @GizmoGamingTV @SkyUK I also use sky and can say no issues at all. 500 down 150 up.. I'm in the sticks and they do me good. Similar price to gizmo. Also I have mobiles with them so if there is an outage they credit my data.
