    @SkyHelpTeam When we have connection, speed is fine. Its constantly dropping service. Nothing to do with speed. I did say that. And no one at Sky seems interested.

    @SkyHelpTeam got no internet, amber light and resetting didn’t help. Did the online troubleshoot which said it first couldn’t find my hub, then it just said error when it came to the broadband check. Called customer service and was told there maybe an outage 1/2.
