@SkyHelpTeam Getting really fed up with awful call quality now. Not able to get help without calling you, but then I can't even hear what the person is saying so a waste of time!!!! Full signal and fibre broadband running at a decent speed yet my call quality is absolutely awful

@SkyHelpTeam , how is compensation claimed for loss of service , I have no Internet and gone through the run test steps on the mysky app and it's detected I need an engineer, @Ofcom have automatic compensation rules for loss of service how do i claim ? , thanks in advance

@SkyHelpTeam Already tried the online help guides and got nowhere. As explained, calling is pointless as I cannot hear what the person is saying due to how bad my call quality is.
