    @SkyHelpTeam 2/2 tradesman is out there working to keep Britian running. Sky engineers ? Apparently not available. I’ve never had such a disappointing experience. I’m looking at other providers. I’m sure they will happily tap up to proved a service for my £80 a month.

    @SkyHelpTeam As I said in my original message, we have not had a sky account for over 2 years now. The SKY Q kit has literally never been opened/connected. The old SKY box unused for 4 years. We have no active accounts.

    @SkyHelpTeam broadband is down is this a known problem in the L14 area in Liverpool?

    @SkyHelpTeam honestly don’t think there’s a week that goes by that we don’t have issues with our broadband. Contract expires next month will be looking at alternatives and also got the cheek to increase the cost!!

    So renewed my contract with @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam for 18months. Increasing my service and adding multi room!! 2 months later I receive a letter to say my monthly payment is increasing by £3! Doesn’t sound a lot but it’s the principle! Called to say why is this this case

    @MickAmos9 @SkyUK You got SkyQ by any chance? Had great no-issue broadband for years. Upgraded to SkyQ last week and now drops out several times a day. Unplug the SkyQ box and bb is fine.

    @SkyHelpTeam Is there a way of getting an issue resolved without having to resort to Twitter to escalate it? I have been talking to various departments to try and get an issue resolved but drawing a blank. Disappointing & frustrating service.
