@SkyHelpTeam can I cancel a sky sim only if I haven't activated it or anything ,had it pushed on to me via customer services as I downgraded package and I really don't want it now I've looked into it ,it's pointless for me.

@SkyHelpTeam Sky had ran a line test and stated there's an issue, an open reach engineer will come out to fix the problem outside the..at the exchange I think. In 2 days time
