    @SkyHelpTeam Not taking ownership of an issue won't help in moving things along. For companies like Sky and Openreach, having engineers attend a site 3 times and still not fixing the issue is a complete embarassment

    @ricky_kher4 @SkyHelpTeam I get it’s frustrating but jesus kicking off isn’t going to help your case, and in fact makes people either actively or subconsciously not want to help you. You getting arsey with everyone you speak to isn’t going to fix your issue any quicker

    @ricky_kher4 @SkyHelpTeam It’s not feasible to you that the issue is major and complicated? You do realise that it benefits no one to have your internet off at all, let alone for longer that the SLA 2 working days (due to auto-compensation costing Openreach money)…

    @7heIceMan @SkyHelpTeam You’re the one who so far has said its broken but have tried nothing to rectify the situation apart from turning it off and on. Its obviously an issue on the line so run the test on your app or call up an agent you absolute ****
