@SkyHelpTeam all you can be bothered to do is push us away in other directions for information that you should be providing. It should not be this hard; you need to do better for your customers. A number of us cannot work today thanks to this issue.

Hi, @SkyUK, not having subtitles on #Anne isn't GREAT. We're trying but a lot is whispered, and a lot is muffled. Could you please make subtitles available on Sky? That would be a massive help. (Before you ask, we've checked and subtitles are "unavailable" for this programme)

@OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam may I also add whenever I speak to your customer service side, I never get the same answer. Any further update I can have on this would be great as we are yet again left in the dark with no internet, as home workers this is extremely disruptive.
