Home for Christmas and my parents have got @SkyUK Glass. It's awful in many different ways compared to SkyQ/Sky+. As an example, watching on a slight delay is especially frustrating because it doesn't appear on your playlist/recordings until the programme is over. Don't upgrade!

@SkyHelpTeam No, of course not - she made the call to cancel and assumed that her request would be actioned. It took a couple of months for her to realise she was still being charged (due to her bereavement), so she went into the bank and cancelled from that end, as Sky hadn't.

@SkyHelpTeam So your automated help line seemed to say that but I have no confirmation or email? Can someone not fix it tomorrow please. We would otherwise be without Internet for nearly 4 days. Others working from home so not right!

@SkyHelpTeam hi! We had to reset our box by pulling the main power cable out and replugging it back in. Lost almost all our recordings except last 24h and oddly some from 8months back. Any reason why this happened? It's never done this before when having to pull the mains.

@SkySports In Scotland St Mirren and Celtic weren’t allowed to cancel the game even though St Mirren had only 4 first team playing the other 7+ reserves!! St Mirren played a brilliant game and managed a 0-0 draw!! I’ll never understand SPFL powers that he’s thinking or deduction!

@SkyHelpTeam And you have no option? I’ll need your complaints address please. I’ve signed up to a recurring cost in a months time and you haven’t fulfilled the terms. Not a good Christmas treat for the kids as advertised in your email :(
