@SkyHelpTeam My sky q main box is causing massive issues on my network, causing all other devices to disconnect. Doesn’t matter if it is over WiFi or Ethernet. Switch the box off it goes back to normal. The software is up to date, do I need a new box? Thanks.

@SkyHelpTeam continued.. For any more hours. I do not want to constantly check my app to see the warning icon and I’m not really interested in a refund each month. I would like the service I signed up for so I can work and my children can use their tech and watch tv!

@SkyHelpTeam "ideal"??? it's been 6 weeks!!! you've done this same process 3 times now, and it's still not working, in the meantime i'm now having a £100 mobile bill cause data isn't cheap and the world doesn't stop cause sky are chasing their own tail.
