@_RosieW @SkyHelpTeam I tried to argue it and was told I could either cancel but that I should know because I've been a customer for 9 years and they always increase the price in April. Inflation is at less than 1% so where do they think people can find additional cash in their wages for a 13% rise

@SkyHelpTeam My WiFi has been non-existent this morn & intermittent (drops every other min after connecting) in the last hour. All diagnostic tools indicate no problem. Sky website says no local outage in Bradford. There are 2 people unable to work from home. What's going on?!
