    @SkyHelpTeam is it really neccessary to send 5 sheets of paper plus 2 envolopes unsolicisted for a “Sky Protect” offer? You must have cut a forest down to send this down to all of your customers. An email surely would have sufficed? Very poor.

    @SkyHelpTeam another disappointing installation issue!!! Having specifically requested a two man team to go on the roof - only one engineer has been assigned. Installation can’t be completed as it’s a two man job. Can this be rebooked ASAP!?

    @SkyUK the customer service I’m receiving on calls is absolutely shocking I have been a customer with sky over a year an I am actually thinking about leaving very disappointed!!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Yep. The main sky q box never cuts out but whenever the internet goes the mini boxes do too and it’s always when I’m watching a new episode of a tv show. So annoying.

    So to say ‘thank you’ for being a @SkyUK customer they have sent a lovely letter outlining the wonderful savings that have been applied that INCREASE my monthly bill by approximately 50% #jokers
