@zacbusner @SkyHelpTeam What do you propose we do? Everytime I try contacting them they say the problem is the setup and they need to send an engineer. I've been going in circles with them for a f**king year. The engineer fixes it for a while and then the **** happens again

@SkyHelpTeam Hours later and it’s still not back up. Isn’t it just great you guys don’t help your customers? It’s nearly impossible to speak to customer service. Are you going to be refunding those of us who work from home and need the Wifi? This has happened so much in Canterbury
