    @SkyHelpTeam Is there any known issues/outages around richhill/Armagh area in northern Ireland? I've had multiple people, including myself complain about their sky wifi dropping for a few seconds/ a few minutes frequently throughout the day.

    @SkyHelpTeam @RealRobM Sky team, Rob’s right. I too suffered an outage of my Sky Broadband (south London) last night. It happened at the same time as the planned work around midnight. Please check with your network team, things go wrong with planned work, gas lighting doesn’t help customer confidence

    Absolutely shocking service this week from @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam unable to provide me with a suitable Internet service. Then after over 5 hours of phone calls to 8 different people plus a service engineer visit they downgraded me to their lowest possible service (from highest)

    @SkyHelpTeam yes, ive done that. This exchange is becoming like the phone "cycle" im in. So basically you can't help me and advise me to keep trying to persuade the people on the phone to call me back when they say they will. I'm beginning to wonder whether this is actually very good service.
