    @SkyHelpTeam Can you tell me why it takes ages to load recordings or a program to watch from recordings these days? Quite a few people reporting the same issue. Also says this service not available right now quire often.

    @SkyHelpTeam So after a few days of trying this is still an issue for me. Even @discoveryplusUK can’t help and have referred me back to Sky. Surely something can be done here???!!
