@SkyHelpTeam Done all of that. Currently on the phone to your customer service team (the automated journey to speak to a human is absolutely diabolical FYI) and we’ve been told it’ll be four days for an engineer. In a time where people WFH this is not on.. and pretty shocking in 2022

@SkyHelpTeam So you are saying until she pays for a product she was mis sold and does not want then she can’t do anything? Sounds like theft to me. She has been a customer with you for 20+ years she called because her broadband was suddenly £60+ now you’re charging her over £100!!!!??

@SkyHelpTeam Yep, over 12 hours without broadband now. I rang customer service and they said there is an issue in my area and would provide me with an update. No update has yet been provided. I am incredibly disappointed in this service. What can you do to help?
