@SkyHelpTeam No problem, but like I said if I have to call and sit on hold for ages then it will be to cancel. This is 2022 not 1992. Everything should be able to be managed online.

@SkyHelpTeam Seems to be running just now, but again, it intermittently cuts off, either during a work call or during streaming. Are there any works going on in the EH6 area? It's been fine up until the last 2-3 days and since then it's been really bad.
