@SkyHelpTeam Is broadband down? My internet has been bad for a while and now not even loading up at all. I pay for super fast broadband and want it sorted. 0.73 upload speed is trash, especially as you want me to renew

Hey @SkyHelpTeam been with sky broadband for less than 2 weeks and already this nationwide outage. That 14 days cancellation policy is pretty tempting right now!

@SkyHelpTeam I recently renewed and changed to Sky Superfast Broadband with Sky Talk Anytime. The advisor talked about a new hub and asked me lots of questions checking the suitability of Internet Calls. That was November. The new hub never arrived and nothing has changed?
