    @SkyUK just had a call from your team asking me to renew my deal. When I mentioned the possibility of leaving the lady hung up…. Unbelievably bad customer service! The cost of sky is astronomical compared to the many great TV providers! I expect common decency as a minimum.

    @SkyHelpTeam Just tried across two other devices, same problem. This is the primary way I use Sky and why I pay a premium rather then Sky Stream so it needs attention

    @SkyHelpTeam Tried to download programs to Tablet and Phone, appears to work then at 100 % then error message saying " failed to download. "Checked and other Apps can download fine. I'd there a known issue at the moment

    @SkySports @lionsofficial please can you get the Aussie tv to sort the camera angles/zoom out more?? Far too zoomed in meaning we can’t see the options/wider pitch view… awful viewing!

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for responding. I’ve spoken to the broadband tech team daily for over a week. Each time I’m passed between departments, and today a support manager refused to speak and left me on hold for 30+ mins. I need urgent resolution today.
