    @emelschwartz @SkyHelpTeam Also in Chelmsford and broadband down since yesterday afternoon with EE. Been told major line fault that’s affected BT,SKY,EE etc. Engineers are working on it and was told it could be fixed anytime up till Midnight. Hope this helps. Think it’s flooding related.

    During this whole pandemic, since March 2020 @SkyUK Internet service & connection has been hell. At least once a week the Internet goes down or stops working kmt

    @SkyHelpTeam I am not in the UK and it is really hard to call the customer service to reschedule my engineer visit for Sky broadband moreover since I am not using UK phone number. Isn't there any other way to reschedule the engineer visit except calling by phone?

    @SkyHelpTeam Any reason why internet isn’t working? was fine last night now apparently there’s an outage in the area (BR3) checked service status, all fine the I Ran the home fix issues link and still not working... help please!!
