@SkyHelpTeam my dad took out a sky sports package on a promo and now wants to cancel. Unfortunately apparently you can’t use live chat, phone up and when you try to make a complaint it claims it doesn’t recognise the correct details. You call this service?!

Had a call from @SkyUK about our package. Told them we were thinking of leaving as we have broadband and sky box problems and it’s expensive. They offered to transfer me to another department. On hold for 10 mins then they cut me off. Called back and it’s a 20 min wait! Rubbish!

Hats off to @SkyHelpTeam. New customer only 6 days and very impressed. Just spent 40 mins chatting with a Scott about football and how I’ve been doing. Shame @VodafoneUK couldn’t offer decent Customer service against the 12 years I was with them!

@SkyUK Just seen first bill on MySky App and massively overcharged. No help online and phone line cuts me off as billing queries not considered important. Please contact me ASAP. After 2 month delay in set up and 2 engineer visits we’re really disappointed.

@SkyHelpTeam Morning. I can't get a signal for terrestrial channels on my sky+ HD box but can watch sky sports. They either don't work (blue screen, very blocky, or even seems to get a different channel signal) I've tried restarting the box but nothing. What else can I try? Thx
