@SkyHelpTeam we have had #SkyQ for 1 week. Every single day we have had multiple resets, we have never successfully watched a recorded programme on a Q mini box. This is the worst system I’ve ever seen. Come back Sky HD, all is forgiven.

If I thought it would get even worse, I would’ve cancelled. They did nothing about reducing broadband speeds. They are already higher with our new provider.

@SkyHelpTeam is there a widespread problem with Yahoo email failing to send messages today? This is what I was told by the Advisor but don't have much faith that they knew what they were talking about...especially as they hung up after a 40 minute call.
