    @SkyHelpTeam Nope because I never had that option in the first few weeks. But how can sky justify charging me £5 more now when there is less sport and football matches won’t be the same with no fans. I have bt sport and there only gonna charge me 50% next month.

    Have had to ring twice to get an update. As soon as your in a contract with @skytv @SkyHelpTeam and paying them their common courtesy and professionalism goes completely out the window. Definitely the last contract we will ever have with them. Shockingly bad customer service

    So the department at @skytv @SkyHelpTeam that deal with the connectivity of Broadband to your address are closed 🤣 How are people supposed to work from home when they rely on this service! I wish my contract was ending tomorrow because I’d cancel immediately. Shocking company!!!

    @SkySports Not Happy! Watching the Preston v Leeds match on a SkyQ box on the red button and missed more than 10 mins of the second half, apparently other Sky users had the same issue, but Virgin Media users had no problems....🤔🧐

    @SkyUK having an absolute laugh as per, did an online broadband test last week as having numerous issues with WiFi it’s reported a fault and said it’s booked and engineer, nowhere to track this, and can’t contact anyone. Your website is useless an all?

    @SkyHelpTeam No customer service did as there was no other option at that point. So I had to as I wasn’t able to pay £15 a month for a sport channel with no sport.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m trying to watch Grey’s Anatomy that was recorded last night from @SkyWitness and I can’t watch it as I’m hard of hearing and need subtitles please fix this! It normally has subtitles why now does it not!!!

    Hats off to @SkyHelpTeam. New customer only 6 days and very impressed. Just spent 40 mins chatting with a Scott about football and how I’ve been doing. Shame @VodafoneUK couldn’t offer decent Customer service against the 12 years I was with them!

    @SkyHelpTeam Then I phone today to ad it back and the best offer I get is £20 a month for less sport. Football games with no fans. It’s a joke how sky think they can name there price now for a product what isn’t the same as what it was. I been sky customer for 5 years two no loyalty shown.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK thanks for the reply. I understand the time is provisional but 2x no-show without any confirmation that they are coming or not is simply unfair. We are 4 days without internet now and counting, when our service was fine, this was a trade up as part of a loyalty package.

    @Pmason85 @btsport @SkySports I made the comment that it’s crap being on BT, because it would be yet another subscription in an already overcrowded sub world we now live in. Also sky had ashes for years before. So yea wasn’t having a go really, just it’s on another platform. And I commented on it as well

    @SkySports I think the problem is largely that he seems to think the onus to avoid an accident is always on the other driver - no matter who it is. I think it will be interesting to see what happens when George Russell (hopefully) causes him problems next year.

    @COYRSQPR @tovester4130 @SkySports He didn’t slam his breaks on pal, he lifted and went down 4 gears. If he slammed his breaks on Lewis wouldn’t have lifted and gone at the same pace as max
