    @SkyHelpTeam Then I phone today to ad it back and the best offer I get is £20 a month for less sport. Football games with no fans. It’s a joke how sky think they can name there price now for a product what isn’t the same as what it was. I been sky customer for 5 years two no loyalty shown.

    @SkyUK can come take their box and their contract back thank U, our house looks like a piece of **** with white cables all over the inside and outside and a satellite dish that’s plonked in the middle of the outside wall.....too lazy to get on his ladder to go to the top clearly

    Hats off to @SkyHelpTeam. New customer only 6 days and very impressed. Just spent 40 mins chatting with a Scott about football and how I’ve been doing. Shame @VodafoneUK couldn’t offer decent Customer service against the 12 years I was with them!

    Have had to ring twice to get an update. As soon as your in a contract with @skytv @SkyHelpTeam and paying them their common courtesy and professionalism goes completely out the window. Definitely the last contract we will ever have with them. Shockingly bad customer service

    @SkyUK having an absolute laugh as per, did an online broadband test last week as having numerous issues with WiFi it’s reported a fault and said it’s booked and engineer, nowhere to track this, and can’t contact anyone. Your website is useless an all?

    So the department at @skytv @SkyHelpTeam that deal with the connectivity of Broadband to your address are closed 🤣 How are people supposed to work from home when they rely on this service! I wish my contract was ending tomorrow because I’d cancel immediately. Shocking company!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam I have had to connect my broadband to the Sky Q box several times this week and it is a proper pain. I know there is a known issue but please can you get a fix sorted or perhaps offer a discount for this inconvenience.

    @SkyHelpTeam Nope because I never had that option in the first few weeks. But how can sky justify charging me £5 more now when there is less sport and football matches won’t be the same with no fans. I have bt sport and there only gonna charge me 50% next month.

    @SkyHelpTeam No customer service did as there was no other option at that point. So I had to as I wasn’t able to pay £15 a month for a sport channel with no sport.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m trying to watch Grey’s Anatomy that was recorded last night from @SkyWitness and I can’t watch it as I’m hard of hearing and need subtitles please fix this! It normally has subtitles why now does it not!!!

Bad comparison a good month is like 3-4 games he’s been out of form for 20+ club games. My point is don’t say pick on form when that clearly isn’t the case! Booing was for Gareth too imo.

    @paullewismoney @netflix @SkyUK Maybe we should cancel our gas contracts? Get a portable gas heater. Only pay for the heat with no standing charges? Use solar lights not bulbs. Only computers and telly using electricity?

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam we’ve been told on phone theres an outage in our area, Southport PR9, but service status page says no problems in the area. Broadband has been cutting out and running slow since yesterday. How can we get updates if status page showing no issue

    @SkyHelpTeam If you've just joined, pack up your hub, return it and cancel your contract under the 10 days cooling off period. Broadband was working intermittently last week and hardly at all in the past two days. BT, on the other hand, is working perfectly. Even TalkTalk works. Dump Sky.

    @SkyHelpTeam yes it says to phone you but landline is down with WiFi I have power. it's been fine until 05:14 yesterday it went all intermittent up and down like a yoyo since. it's almost like a cracked fibre optic and refraction is compromised having lost 12mbps everything since it broke
