@SkyHelpTeam hi guys, our sky q box is not working properly! +1 channels just get blue screen. Some other channels too.. some recordings dont have any sound. Youtube app via sky q doesnt have any sound! Please help before i throw it and the contract out the window!

Have had to ring twice to get an update. As soon as your in a contract with @skytv @SkyHelpTeam and paying them their common courtesy and professionalism goes completely out the window. Definitely the last contract we will ever have with them. Shockingly bad customer service

@SkySports Not Happy! Watching the Preston v Leeds match on a SkyQ box on the red button and missed bet 10 mins of the second half, apparently other Sky users had the same issue, but Virgin Media users had no problems....🤔🧐

@SkyHelpTeam we have had #SkyQ for 1 week. Every single day we have had multiple resets, we have never successfully watched a recorded programme on a Q mini box. This is the worst system I’ve ever seen. Come back Sky HD, all is forgiven.

So the department at @skytv @SkyHelpTeam that deal with the connectivity of Broadband to your address are closed 🤣 How are people supposed to work from home when they rely on this service! I wish my contract was ending tomorrow because I’d cancel immediately. Shocking company!!!

@SkyUK Your broadband is ******* awful. I have to reboot my router daily to get near the poor 30mbps a second you say I should get. I've tried to add Sky Boost to my account tonight and it repeatedly says, you're already a customer, sign in. I am signed in. Junk.

@Benno1uk @SkyUK Exactly so! Currently impossible to download any On Demand content. Gather Sky saying On Demand is a "free service" so no refunds. That's nonsense - On Demand is an intrinsic component of the (very expensive) Sky subscription. Sky must sort this out pronto.

@SkyHelpTeam what are you doing to fix everyone’s inability to download programmes? Major issues across multiple episodes and programmes…have kept trying and every day the same. Chat rooms and sky help centre have known there are problems for a few weeks.
