@SkyHelpTeam @Smithee_D Umm I’m the one having issues with my broadband, thanks to your “help team” I’ve had to order £45 worth of equipment to ensure I get wifi to do my job from my home. I will 100 percent be leaving and I will not be recommending your service to anyone.

@SkyHelpTeam @SuggWillSugg This is the same on my tv too so I am guess it’s a sky issue. Waste of time trying to change our tv settings. Not a good start to the season. Picture poor in this game and Forest v Coventry game was like watching a cartoon. Sky needs to sort this out

@MrNickRansom @paddy2706 @SkyHelpTeam You can't have done it right as I've just tested and 8-bit is fine and just ‘regular’ UHD with no faults. 10-bit version has no black box but still issue in top left quadrant. After selecting 8-bit you need to ‘confirm’ to go to UHD SDR mode.
