Can anyone at Talktalk answer my question. I've just signed up for Fibre 65 (max 67mbps). Received a confirmation email which tells me I'll get max 38.6 mbps. Why ? No one on the support side seems to be able to answer @TalkTalk

@willgoring I have been trying to get a new router from @TalkTalk for about a year. They train people to block their customers, plus their staff in call centres abroad get off on being rude as well as totally unhelpful. Don't ever sign up to TalkTalk.

@TalkTalk Happy to say that the fact the outage affected the whole village meant it returned at 7pm unlike last time when it was just us and it took @TalkTalk more than 7 days to fix it.

@TalkTalk I’ve been having internet problems for about 6 weeks. I thought that it was my phone, bought a new one last week. The problem persisted (keeps disconnecting). spent 6 hours yesterday morning writing an email I lost internet connection completely.
