My vulnerable mum moved a month ago & still has no telephone or broadband service. Hours of attempting to contact this company with no progress.

Zero customer service, passing you between dept. only to drop the calls. I would recommend that you use 2 tin cans and string before deciding to switch to @TalkTalk.

We are considering another provider who might be more willing to provide a more prompt service.

The issue is when the internet is not available, sending a SMS link to report a fault to a website is of no use when a customer cannot access the internet! Do better!

We've actually been cut off twice now and it's getting very frustrating as they are in their 80's and rely on the service.
