I will be writing to your regulator as that is not an acceptable response to a complaint letter for leaving a vulnerable person without a service for 6 weeks.

Have tried resetting router, unplugging all wires and plugging back in, and plugging directly into test socket. No change with any of that.

Zero customer service, passing you between dept. only to drop the calls. I would recommend that you use 2 tin cans and string before deciding to switch to @TalkTalk.
