    @TalkTalk having issues for a few days with my internet, constantly on and off throughout the day. Rebooting rarely fixes the issue

    @TalkTalk As usual my WiFi connection is poor. Every time I check it it says poor. Recently rejoined Talk talk. Going to cancel my direct debit. I have had enough of this nonsense. Trying to watch the boxing. Buffering since 7pm. Nearly two years of this poor connection

    @missmelaniev @TalkTalk I feel sorry for you. I was with talktalk and their customer service was shocking. I'd never recommend @TalkTalk to anyone.

    @AyoCaesar not just data breach.. this from Campaign in 2015 "TalkTalk is one of the worst performing ISPs for customer service, receiving more complaints than the industry average, according to Ofcom stats last year".

    @virginmedia Hi, you did cancel my existing services because it was triggered by a landline number port, & I got a letter from TalkTalk confirming because of this, service will be cancelled on 20/12. However as it is Sunday, I cannot contact them. Am I entitled to auto compensation or..

    @TalkTalk call centre staff just popped me on hold and passed me to depts in the Philippines, South Africa... anywhere but the UK. I want a copy of all of these calls. I have never been treated in such a despicable manner by "customer service" agents and managers
