    @PHIL180IOM Exactly but you wouldn’t believe the half arsed response I got when I emailed screenshot of it over to @TalkTalk said because I hadn’t put incident number on it I wouldn’t get a response roll on end of contract

    Incredible timing from @TalkTalk My Broadband slows down just before my renewal date and they email me to say that I can upgrade to a faster connection for only a few £ more each month.

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkTV just clicked the link in your offer email by accident...surely there are some rules against signing someone up to an 18 month contract from one click in an email, not even a confirm button on the landing page. I’m sure you’ll have a few requests to cancel.

    @TalkTalk I see customer service is fabulous as ever. Signed up last week 2 fiber 35. After sign up was told fibre 65 is only £2.50 more. Was told could change over day we go live . Contact today they say we can't.. what a joke of a service considering only just gone live

    @TalkTalk Raymond - I won't be filling in any more forms, I won't be answering any more stupid questions. I was told I would get a call back within 72hrs. It hasn't happened! Sort it out. You're a communications company - get communicating.

    @TalkTalk That doesn’t answer my question of why you are still offering lower packages to new customers. You intend to increase my package to £25.50 and yet as a new customer I could sign up for £24 today. Do you think that is fair? How does inflation justify that?

    @TalkTalk Hi, I’ve got no landline or broadband since 23rd February, very disappointed with your service as I have young children who were home schooling and not able to connect, luckily they are now back to school, I have spent nearly £200 just buying mobile data to keep going,ridiculous.
