@TalkTalk No internet for 6 days, your automated phone service to speak to someone is as bad as the customer service. You said I'd have a call back two times and nothing. I've phoned every day and done the same checks and you still can't fix it. Sky and EE would have fixed it.

@Mark30361060 @TalkTalk Same mate BT28 Lisburn too and mine went off around 1pm. They told me first it was just my service, then told me it was the line at my house and then said it was the general area. Yours showing any signs of working again?

@TalkTalk our full fibre has just gone down in BB18 5RL. Just before we lost it OpenReach were spotted working on a nearby house and have now left. How do we get our service back? The "PON" light on the ONT is flashing green, normally it is solid. We have tried rebooting the ONT.
