@RSdriver00 @TalkTalk I wish I could say the same they are shocking and I have resorted to a hand written letter to see if that gives me any resolve. They have been useless and not fixed the problems and I’m still being charged for a service I’m not getting.

@TalkTalk For three hours customers service chat have been trying to get my broadband working with my help with no success. Now told I will have to wait 2/3 days for a manager to talk to me about it with no idea when I will have my broadband again? Crap.

Wow finally forced these fraudsters at @TalkTalk to cancel my account without a fee. AVOID these guys at all costs if you want internet in your home. The worst I have ever experienced. Robot call centre staff that just pass you on, cut you off and tell you have a 'fantastic' day.
