@RSdriver00 @TalkTalk I wish I could say the same they are shocking and I have resorted to a hand written letter to see if that gives me any resolve. They have been useless and not fixed the problems and I’m still being charged for a service I’m not getting.

@TalkTalk hi there, got told to DM you. Cw57je, number 66. Went onto a more expensive tarriffon the 21st December so I could stay with yourselves. Since then you have put me on a tarriff above £40 for a less quality service as the Internet keeps dropping with poor service.
