As the @Ofcom website shows, superfast broadband should be available where I currently am, yet no provider offers it.

I have told the person I am chatting with via DM that my router will not turn on or respond 10 times. Each time I get asked can I plug it in and turn it on. It's taken about 3 hours for them to tell me it will cost me £75 to send a technician out. It's TalkTalk's equipment that has broken and it was TalkTalk's technicians that made a **** up when they upgraded it !
