@TalkTalk No internet for 6 days, your automated phone service to speak to someone is as bad as the customer service. You said I'd have a call back two times and nothing. I've phoned every day and done the same checks and you still can't fix it. Sky and EE would have fixed it.

@TalkTalk Had an appointment booked for today between 1pm and 6pm. No one showed up. Chased this on the 0345 number I was given. Spoke to Kavita who said engineer was on his way. Its now 7.40 and still no engineer. Guess he's not coming and never was! Thanks TalkTalk. In limbo!!
