Please action my request immediately! @Ofcom can you advise here please I'm being refused my right to cancel during the allowed cooling off time. Talk talk service i signed upto does not work. Apparently your system down for "maintenance" so you're unable to action this today. I've screen grabbed both conversations with date stamps. We live in a rural part of Britain with only option plusnet or talktalk using the same sluggish speed/lines. Starlink set arrived the next day, took 10 minutes to set up / much faster and no contract. For RURAL parts itโs best
