    Well once again I get a complaint manager from @TalkTalk who can barley string two sentences of English together ring me & once again I’m quizzed over the FREE TV BOX they offered me which started this whole sorry chapter role on end of contract

    @EricCartwright9 @TalkTalk I have a direct line number to a customer liaison manager that can speak English she got both barrels & a reload yesterday was promised it was sorted. Told them if it wasn’t I would claim repayment under the direct debit rules the whole amount 😡

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkTV just clicked the link in your offer email by accident...surely there are some rules against signing someone up to an 18 month contract from one click in an email, not even a confirm button on the landing page. I’m sure you’ll have a few requests to cancel.

    After 2 months @TalkTalk deny me, or they don’t want to send me the contract or welcome pack for my new internet. I am not sure if this is legal. Been talking with your customer service every week, and still don’t have my contract. @GOVUK @ConsumrRightsUK any advice ?
