@TalkTalk 3 days just to have a case manager call me back to explore complex issues on my crap service since connection in May 2022… even for the limited 9-11MBPS as supposed guaranteed level. 2 engineer visits where one informed me the cables from home to exchange need repair

I had Internet for a glorious 27 hours this week. @TalkTalk you're service is truly disgraceful - ongoing internet issues since 13th January and 27 hours after the engineer 'fixed' the problem, it's off AGAIN!

@TalkTalk @YardleyShooting Mines not up and I’m seriously getting so mad with TalkTalk it going off all the time. I pay but don’t get the service. I’ve done all the checks at home. Last time it went off they sent a new router 2 weeks ago. But no internet again from yesterday morning. So no problem my end.

@TalkTalk in-laws have broadband with you.Every month they receive ‘sorry you’re leaving’ letters when they haven’t cancelled. So they have to call u each time to sort. This is v stressful for them & a breach of GDPR if someone can cancel their broadband w/o you checking details.
