    An update on why you shouldn’t choose @TalkTalk !! After hassling my #disabled dad with texts and phone calls despite only inquiring about the #broadband service (and being told it’s not available in his area) they have now sent him a letter confirming a standing order!!

    @TalkTalk Yes, I have no internet. It's been on and off all day, and extremely slow to the point where it's connected but no data is uploading or downloading . I got a max 0.03mbs at times, now I can't even run a speed test it's so slow.

    @TalkTalk So i did the below & spent over an hour last night speaking to you guys. You ran tests, changed settings, took details & told me to switch it off again. Problem remains. I've been your customer for all of a week. I'm beyond disappointed. Id like to cancel and return to @SkyUK

    Piss poor service from @talktalk who claim to 'make moving house easy' passed around departments, ended up in Bangalore with someone who couldn't understand a word in a loud crowded call centre. Finally cut me off. Cheers

    @TalkTalk @SkyUK In additon I've requested a cancellation tonight via your live chat. Apparently your system down for "maintenance" so you're unable to action this today. I've screen grabbed both conversations with date stamps. Incase i need to provide written proof of my original request.

    @TalkTalk Your own website states i can leave within 20 days. Please action my request immediately! @Ofcom can you advise here please I'm being refused my right to cancel during the allowed cooling off time. Talk talk service i signed upto does not work. Any advice would be appreciated.

    @alexbloor Assuming the losing provider was excellent like yourselves. An unscrupulous losing provider could make it very awkward to get a MAC - I seem to recall my Dad spending almost an hour on the phone to BT or TalkTalk. Of course, this could be fixed by an automated phone service...

    @TalkTalk logged issue with my bb ten days ago. Same problem as January. Keep saying you’ll call but still haven’t. Customer service won’t escalate it either? Im vulnerable. Nathan from exec team dealt previously but I’ve left voicemails. no answer there either. #mhfa #isolation
