@TalkTalk Waited 2 weeks for our intetnet to go live after a house move and 24 hours later we have no connection. No information on what's wrong/when it will be rectified. Useless customer service line too. My wife needs Internet to work.

@TalkTalk I'm not a current customer, just currently looking for the best available option, but as a streamer/content creator, I need a lot better than basic broadband. As the @Ofcom website shows, superfast broadband should be available where I currently am, yet no provider offers it.

I must say @TalkTalk is one of the worst broadband service provider, it’s always down, can’t use it at all, cancelling the contract will cost me more money!! Trading services should look in to the wrong product sales by these....

@talktalk over a week since my UFO router was installed and it is still not working. My old internet contract ended yesterday. We woke to a cold house with no hot water with a baby as I didn’t realise that it needed the internet to switch on. Not great this time of year!
