@TalkTalk we upgraded our broadband at the end of may. There was also a fault with the phone line. A guy from openreach came and fixed it, however the phone line is dead again. Can you help?

@TalkTalk the engineer never came to do the 150 Fibre upgrade. No explanation. A shambles trying to get a new appointment. Getting calls from at least two departments, one sounding particularly suspect. Why can’t I just have an email sent with the new appointment?

PT2 over a year ago I reported intermittent issues with my internet, this has not been resolved yet even though the engineers have confirmed it. Why because @talktalk your call handlers will not book the work. Why because my work schedule means I won’t be there, my 18+ child is
