    @TalkTalk tv went down late last night. I checked the wires etc, and then it suggested a retune. However all my channels are now gone. I’m left with my subscribed channels

    @TalkTalk 4 football matches on today and I can’t watch any because my WiFi is absolutely rubbish. Marginal which means buffering. All Christmas. This is a truly awful reception

    @AyoCaesar not just data breach.. this from Campaign in 2015 "TalkTalk is one of the worst performing ISPs for customer service, receiving more complaints than the industry average, according to Ofcom stats last year".

    @OpenreachHelp can you give @TalkTalk a number to call you so they can update me on the Basingstoke issue? They can't call you, all they could do was book an engineer for you to then review the request and hopefully you'll realise the issues linked and call me with an update.

    @TalkTalk 14 hours on phone this week from mobile, 3 missed appointments, complaint team not calling back and still no internet. No one seems to know what other is doing. Utter rubbish worst service ever received

    @TalkTalk so I had a call from TalkTalk about upgrading me to a premium service which involves paying them more. I declined. Almost immediately my broadband went down and it now not much better than dial up. Could be a coincidence… Cost of living crisis clearly not a concern

    @TalkTalk Thank you I need to know why my bill has consistently been around £45 per month when the service appears to be worse, and with no difference to use from the household. I switched to your company because you promised £25 per month now we are almost doubled for no reason

    @TalkTalk I have been very patient. Appalling customer service. Firstly I was told to wait 7 days someone will be in contact with me. I then contact @TalkTalk again and was told a manager will contact me within 48 hours however I have still not been contacted. #Unresolved issue
