    @TalkTalk the engineer never came to do the 150 Fibre upgrade. No explanation. A shambles trying to get a new appointment. Getting calls from at least two departments, one sounding particularly suspect. Why can’t I just have an email sent with the new appointment?

    @TalkTalk So I’ve been waiting in all afternoon for an engineer to come and install my new full fibre broadband and guess what, no show. Than spent 30 minutes on the phone with no help. What do you suggest I do now? Cancel the order and go elsewhere?

    Can’t believe @TalkTalk can leave a vulnerable 80 year old with no phone over New Year when she is self isolating. Won’t do anything as I can’t verify her account so they can send an engineer. Shocking service and she won’t be staying with them for much longer #worstserviceever!!

    @TalkTalk Nonono! Talktalk is wonderful, I recommend it 100%, been with you for years! But I've been having awful problems trying to get BT Broadband up and running for my mum-in-law, and I just wanted to recommend talktalk instead to disgruntled BT customers... Happy New Year, talktalk!
