    @RSdriver00 @TalkTalk I wish I could say the same they are shocking and I have resorted to a hand written letter to see if that gives me any resolve. They have been useless and not fixed the problems and I’m still being charged for a service I’m not getting.

    @TalkTalk my mums broadband was activated yesterday and it isn’t working. She can’t get hold of anyone so shall we cancel the DD as not paying for service if we can have it.

    @TalkTalk I think the best way is cancelling direct debit. You made a dead circle diversion in your website and call centre. Poor, using these situation is unacceptable.

    @TalkTalk how am I ment to get through to anyone to sort out my broadband when all your call centres are closed. I have an issue and cant get through to anyone. All I get is call up but cant due to them being closed. Worst customer service I have ever felt with

    @TalkTalk your online chat service is the worst I've ever used. No help what so ever. Let me know how I make a complaint as there seems to be no way of contacting anyone at talktalk. Absolutely appalling customer service. Wouldn't recommend to anyone

    @TalkTalk how do I cancel my contract! No help over the last few days ! I’ve been pushed to my limit. It’s not on! I understand to the fullest that you need to put vulnerable customers first however I feel like your just ignoring people! Would I recommend you... NO !

    @DavidBlankley1 @TalkTalk Yes DM to try and keep the shocking level of customer support and service hidden from scrutiny. Don't hold your breath, I've been trying to report online and DM for over an hour and nothing works!

    @maez1234 @DameSazzle @TalkTalk Still got nothing Lionel on the chat says it's an incident which has affected my line or exchange and sent me a link which says there aren't any broadband issues currently. Think it's BS and I should maybe change provider soon

    @TalkTalk no internet in M9, seems to be quite a widespread problem throughout North Manchester judging by other tweets on here! Please advise as to when we can expect this to be resolved, and not just your standard reply of, "please DM us".

    @TalkTalk your customer service is shocking. Online line test fails, out e chat refuses to speak to me. Why am I not getting the service I have paid for!
