@TalkTalk No internet for 6 days, your automated phone service to speak to someone is as bad as the customer service. You said I'd have a call back two times and nothing. I've phoned every day and done the same checks and you still can't fix it. Sky and EE would have fixed it.

@TalkTalk @TheChefSwedish Good luck with that one - had the same problem they sent 3 engineers out who all said that it was talktalk who needed to speak to BT - That was June - July - August - September - sorted now but complaint ongoing - they say they will ring but never do

@TalkTalk Having previously received your "normal" fibre I was persuaded to increase that to Fibre 150. At first this worked fine but now has now dropped from 140 to 30 mbps. I have run your tests and their is an accepted fault. When I try to contact your Service Support the button is dead

Customer Service at #talktalk is appalling. Raised a complaint 186569 & was due a call between 2pm & 4pm yesterday. No call. Complained again this morning - due a call at 10am today - nothing.
