    @TalkTalk I'm not a current customer, just currently looking for the best available option, but as a streamer/content creator, I need a lot better than basic broadband. As the @Ofcom website shows, superfast broadband should be available where I currently am, yet no provider offers it.

    @TalkTalk my connection status is marginal once again. Trying to watch the football. Had to give up on it. Charging me £34 per month for a marginal or fair connection status 24/7. Awful

    @TalkTalk Waited 2 weeks for our intetnet to go live after a house move and 24 hours later we have no connection. No information on what's wrong/when it will be rectified. Useless customer service line too. My wife needs Internet to work.

    @TalkTalk 4 football matches on today and I can’t watch any because my WiFi is absolutely rubbish. Marginal which means buffering. All Christmas. This is a truly awful reception

    @TalkTalk As usual my WiFi connection is poor. Every time I check it it says poor. Recently rejoined Talk talk. Going to cancel my direct debit. I have had enough of this nonsense. Trying to watch the boxing. Buffering since 7pm. Nearly two years of this poor connection

    I must say @TalkTalk is one of the worst broadband service provider, it’s always down, can’t use it at all, cancelling the contract will cost me more money!! Trading services should look in to the wrong product sales by these....

    Woken up to unreliable Internet still @TalkTalk what's happening? Why was a charged for an engineer to come out if the issue wasn't even reliably fixed?

    @TalkTalk @lisalloydwolff I already did and you did NOTHING!!! you disconnected my internet due to YOUR ERROR and your only resolution is for me to wait until June 7 for you to reconnect it! You don’t care about customers and you sort nothing through DMs. It’s embarrassing how bad your customer service is

    @TalkTalk shocking customer service.. We ordered Fibre 150 on 4th May, engineer came 19th May as scheduled but couldn't proceed as router wasn't delivered. Now rescheduled for June 1st and no way to bring this forward, even though we've had false promises?
