    @TalkTalk 3 days just to have a case manager call me back to explore complex issues on my crap service since connection in May 2022… even for the limited 9-11MBPS as supposed guaranteed level. 2 engineer visits where one informed me the cables from home to exchange need repair

    I had Internet for a glorious 27 hours this week. @TalkTalk you're service is truly disgraceful - ongoing internet issues since 13th January and 27 hours after the engineer 'fixed' the problem, it's off AGAIN!

    @TalkTalk Major service outage not communicated from you at all! No Wi-Fi for a week, and just been told that the expected fix date is 29April so 3 more wks w/o WiFi. At the same time having to pay more than £50 per month and not able to cancel the contract without £300 penalty!

    @virginmedia @zotric Afternoon outages still happen regularly. At 1:30 today it is down and it went down yesterday at the same time when I was on an important call. Thank heavens for the TalkTalk landline backup. A friend has exactly the same issue miles away. But his often breaks around 3am.
