@TalkTalk the engineer never came to do the 150 Fibre upgrade. No explanation. A shambles trying to get a new appointment. Getting calls from at least two departments, one sounding particularly suspect. Why can’t I just have an email sent with the new appointment?

@TalkTalk we upgraded our broadband at the end of may. There was also a fault with the phone line. A guy from openreach came and fixed it, however the phone line is dead again. Can you help?

@TalkTalk A lot of good that did me as asked about a wrong date showing on a cancellation and told they can't help me as they have limited resources. I called on the 06/03 and gave 30 days notice, obviously can't count as been told my service will cease on the 12/04!

@TalkTalk bought Full fibre 2 months ago and i was told that i would be able to add Tv package over. My account is not visible and not able to add TV. Spent 4h to resolve it with customer service. The worst company ever.
