    @TalkTalk your online chat service is the worst I've ever used. No help what so ever. Let me know how I make a complaint as there seems to be no way of contacting anyone at talktalk. Absolutely appalling customer service. Wouldn't recommend to anyone

    I have never experienced such an appalling internet provider or customer service until there was FibreNest. The worst internet provider I have ever experienced! Roll on the day we can join any other provider such as @TalkTalk. @PersimmonHomes @FibreNest you should be ashamed.
