    @TalkTalk I think the best way is cancelling direct debit. You made a dead circle diversion in your website and call centre. Poor, using these situation is unacceptable.

    @TalkTalk your online chat service is the worst I've ever used. No help what so ever. Let me know how I make a complaint as there seems to be no way of contacting anyone at talktalk. Absolutely appalling customer service. Wouldn't recommend to anyone

    @RSdriver00 @TalkTalk I wish I could say the same they are shocking and I have resorted to a hand written letter to see if that gives me any resolve. They have been useless and not fixed the problems and I’m still being charged for a service I’m not getting.

    @TalkTalk hi, I gave notice to cancel my contract under right to cancel because of thd price rise mid contract. I have received a letter gor £115 penalty and the broadband has been stopped at 5 days rather than 30 days from notice.

    @TalkTalk Making a customer enter their landline number before being able to progress on your automated system isn't much help to those that have upgraded to fibre and given up their landline as a result 😡 Any chance someone can contact me please?
