@AyoCaesar not just data breach.. this from Campaign in 2015 "TalkTalk is one of the worst performing ISPs for customer service, receiving more complaints than the industry average, according to Ofcom stats last year".

@TalkTalk Been on phone for an hour this morning. Want to charge for an extra £6 for eero when we have been miss sold fibre Internet. Paying extra, same speeds as last contract, lost phone line, hive and you want extra £6. Told leaving, phone put down, disgrace!
