@TalkTalk @TalkTalkTV just clicked the link in your offer email by accident...surely there are some rules against signing someone up to an 18 month contract from one click in an email, not even a confirm button on the landing page. I’m sure you’ll have a few requests to cancel.

It took me an absolute age to be able terminate my account with them...even after I'd switched to a new provider, TalkTalk continued taking/stealing money from my bank account - I ended up having to get my bank to phone them on my behalf. After speaking to many @TalkTalk staff still no resolution. Problem now with @Openreach who don’t work weekends! Even though it’s a priority case. Problem won’t be fixed Monday but will be reviewed. So no internet for a week and that’s priority! Hmmmm

@YardleyShooting @TalkTalk I tried TalkTalk for broadband and dumped them as soon as I could due to their poor service. If you are still in contract see if there is an upgrade available on their website. Buy it. It creates a new contract which you have 7 days to cancel with no penalty. Cancel it.
