    @TalkTalk your support is shocking. I have told the person I am chatting with via DM that my router will not turn on or respond 10 times. Each time I get asked can I plug it in and turn it on. How many more times do I need to repeat myself? Absolute joke

    I had Internet for a glorious 27 hours this week. @TalkTalk you're service is truly disgraceful - ongoing internet issues since 13th January and 27 hours after the engineer 'fixed' the problem, it's off AGAIN!

    The joy of being proved right by @TalkTalk engineer. Like I said, the router is dead. Just a shame that your engineers are not provided with replacement routers to enable them to resolve issues. So..a question. How long does it take to send out a replacement?

    @TalkTalk no Internet this morning. No answer from customer services on the phone an hour after lines are supposed to open an no follow up to the issues I reported last week. I thought my last provider was bad but you win the prize.

    @AyoCaesar not just data breach.. this from Campaign in 2015 "TalkTalk is one of the worst performing ISPs for customer service, receiving more complaints than the industry average, according toย Ofcom stats last year".

    @TalkTalk my connection status is marginal once again. Trying to watch the football. Had to give up on it. Charging me ยฃ34 per month for a marginal or fair connection status 24/7. Awful

    @TalkTalk We have been with Talktalk (AOL) for over 20+ years, and to be honest, they were never the best in the business. However, since transferring over to fibre optic in 2025, it has gone from bad to worse, and we are getting out ASAP.
