I did replace their terrible router with my own and a separate modem from Amazon but that was due to speed and WiFi issues. If its that bad then I'd suggest you get them to check your setup or booking an openreach visit.

Still wondering what I'm paying you for. Still looking into alternative service providers. Still fuming!

I have tried to contact relevant depts but unfortunately they seem to be happy to leave her with a resolution. What can I do????
