@JamesJelly22 @TalkTalk Over a year now. I did replace their terrible router with my own and a separate modem from Amazon but that was due to speed and WiFi issues. If its that bad then I'd suggest you get them to check your setup or booking an openreach visit.

Another round with a less than stellar Talktalk customer service. Every time you speak,Dm or chat they take you back to the start, why do they do that? Why don't they use a case number system? Why hasn't my problem been solved a month down the line.

@TalkTalk @ThisIsAshley_G That’s a complete lie,Talk Talk has been down nationwide,not one mention of it on your website “that we are unable to contact” or phone on “your” phone lines as they are down,I feel for people who are housebound or with family abroad,Isolated over Xmas,Your company doesn’t!

@TalkTalk broadband down since Christmas Eve, told them on Christmas day it was a router issue, they confirmed line was ok but still sent OR out yesterday. Now waiting in a router which will be here prob weds next week. #sopissedoff
