@Lloydm_85 @TalkTalk Yeah, I think technically they didn't raise the price of the broadband, just some service charges or some other charge like that. Still counts at the end of the day.

@JamesJelly22 @TalkTalk Over a year now. I did replace their terrible router with my own and a separate modem from Amazon but that was due to speed and WiFi issues. If its that bad then I'd suggest you get them to check your setup or booking an openreach visit.

@TalkTalk I have just spoken with PAM in technical support and she’s was so rude laughing not replying to me and also huffing and puffing down the phone #talktalk is the worst worst service I’m supposed to have 60.mbps which is what I pay for and it’s never above 35mbps!

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup never thought it would be so difficult to get internet. 1st of all the router goes missing because they put the wrong address and now still waiting for the connection a week down the line.thank god they’ve still sent us the bill though 🙄 #talktalk
