@JamesJelly22 @TalkTalk Over a year now. I did replace their terrible router with my own and a separate modem from Amazon but that was due to speed and WiFi issues. If its that bad then I'd suggest you get them to check your setup or booking an openreach visit.

@TalkTalk On Friday Talk Talk issued a message stating that they were working on an upgrade over the weekend and that normal service would resume on Monday at 8 am ,unfortunately they did not say in which year. I note that the message has been taken down.

@TalkTalkGroup I hope nobody has a technical problem with TalkTalk, their customer support and service is appalling. I was warned about this from a friend who had the same experience but chose to ignore it to my cost. I will not renew the contract with them.
