    @JamesJelly22 @TalkTalk Over a year now. I did replace their terrible router with my own and a separate modem from Amazon but that was due to speed and WiFi issues. If its that bad then I'd suggest you get them to check your setup or booking an openreach visit.

    @Lloydm_85 @TalkTalk Yeah, I think technically they didn't raise the price of the broadband, just some service charges or some other charge like that. Still counts at the end of the day.

    @TalkTalk Hello. Can you please confirm why you feel it acceptable to put this scam protect thing on my account. That I can’t disable no one at tech support. And I can’t do the work I need to get done because of it.

    @TalkTalk some of the worst customer service ever experienced. Issues with internet service for 7 days so far and not even close to being resolved. Everyday I have to start the process from the start and go through the same procedures. Very frustrating. Better off with dial-up!

    Trying to join @TalkTalk and get in touch with their customer service team via telephone. 1 hour 50 minutes later, I am still on hold... ...not impressed.

    I just spent over an hour with an "agent" who was not able to provide any reasonable solution. I cant wait to leave you @TalkTalk. I will tell everyone I know about that experience.

    @TalkTalk Shame on you. Contacted you to report a fault on my elderly Mother's phone. You identified the fault, but won't fix it until you speak to elderly Mother on phone. Just repeat that round in your head until it makes sense.. Just.... can someone.... please.... go fix it.

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalk nearly 48hrs now still no internet! I’ve restarted my router a million times so who tf do i talk to now that your contact centre is closed? This is pathetic cos u never miss taking a payment😒

    @missmelaniev @TalkTalk I feel sorry for you. I was with talktalk and their customer service was shocking. I'd never recommend @TalkTalk to anyone.

    I am absolutely begging you, I am on the verge of tears I need my WiFi sorted tomorrow @TalkTalk I am really going to be under so much stress if tomorrow you tell me another 3 days are needed to update. As I customer I've never been more Unsatisfied or stressed!!

    @TalkTalk For the last month your website has told me I can get Fibre 150 and I just need to call up to buy. So I've just checked again and now you're saying it's NOT available in my area, and your call centre shuts at 6pm. Poor. Off to BT where I can do it online and get 150mbps
