@JamesJelly22 @TalkTalk Over a year now. I did replace their terrible router with my own and a separate modem from Amazon but that was due to speed and WiFi issues. If its that bad then I'd suggest you get them to check your setup or booking an openreach visit.

@TalkTalk what a rubbish customer service been passed around for 25 minutes and now hung up on all due to the fact I want to pay my final bill and terminate the contract !!!!! And wonder why I want to leave 😡🤬😡🤬
