    @JamesJelly22 @TalkTalk Over a year now. I did replace their terrible router with my own and a separate modem from Amazon but that was due to speed and WiFi issues. If its that bad then I'd suggest you get them to check your setup or booking an openreach visit.

    @DiegoNe13102989 @TalkTalk I thought Virgin was bad but TalkTalk is worse. The person on the other end of the Web chat wanted me to take the face plate off the phone line socket. They told me I was "up and running" when it clearly wasn't and I never saw a technician yesterday. Ridiculous.
