    @JamesJelly22 @TalkTalk Over a year now. I did replace their terrible router with my own and a separate modem from Amazon but that was due to speed and WiFi issues. If its that bad then I'd suggest you get them to check your setup or booking an openreach visit.

    The only thing slower and less reliable than @TalkTalk internet is their awful #customerservice Absolute shambles. Definition of “take your money and run” - if anyone else is thinking about choosing them, please don’t.

    @TalkTalk this is possibly one of the worst customer service experiences Ive experienced PLEASE PLEASE either provide the service Ive paid for or pay me back the money or give some compensation for the lack of service Its so simple I’ve paid for a service you’ve failed to provide

    @appertunity @TalkTalk Oh Jason I sympathise with you it's always like banging your head against the wall trying to get any help from them. That said I've found emailing their CEO usually gets some action taken

    @TalkTalk I can't see any call backs or complaints logged on your account Paul. What are you expecting the call back in relation to? Thanks, Andy.. wtf can. I replie to that, been promised call backs of 3 employees 2 case manager went through complaint procedure n u send that, shambles

    @TalkTalk Help is a very strong word for the service @TalkTalk has provided so far I’ve already had it confirmed that an engineer is required. Something that could have been sorted in a few moments over the phone bit which took days to confirm with Talk Talks ‘AI automation’! Appalling :(
