    @JamesJelly22 @TalkTalk Over a year now. I did replace their terrible router with my own and a separate modem from Amazon but that was due to speed and WiFi issues. If its that bad then I'd suggest you get them to check your setup or booking an openreach visit.

    @talktalk the #worst #broadband support team possible. Just keep redirecting me to new people without solving anything. Charging me for calls despite no phone, engineer appointment no shows, charged extra for talktalk not providing what was promised

    Hey @talktalk is there an outage in NG3 because our Wi-Fi has been flickering on and off every hour or so and isn’t very reliable at the moment

    @OpenreachHelp @rejoyce360 Hi, I had reported it to TalkTalk but they could only tell me that there was “an outage in the area” with no further info. There also seemed to be no way of finding out if this was an issue affecting just my house or the whole village. Fortunately, it came back about 6pm today.

    @ROBNEALshowman @Nisha75149135 @TalkTalk I got advised to push the pinhole factory reset on the back for 30 seconds. It worked. Pain in the arse having to reconfigure the admin login and wifi networks but hey ho, I'm connected.

    @TalkTalk by far the worst customer care EVER!! 5 hours of “support chat” and 50 mins on hold and still no internet! Yes you can as a new customer and answered in 3 rings! #useless #justfixmyinternet #terriblecustomerservice

    @Nisha75149135 @stephendickins @TalkTalk Thank you! This is widespread! The areas that people are having these same issues are massively apart. Being told one thing ome day amd another thing another day. All the while im paying for a service that I dont have and its costing more in 4g usage
