@JamesJelly22 @TalkTalk Over a year now. I did replace their terrible router with my own and a separate modem from Amazon but that was due to speed and WiFi issues. If its that bad then I'd suggest you get them to check your setup or booking an openreach visit.

@Lloydm_85 @TalkTalk Yeah, I think technically they didn't raise the price of the broadband, just some service charges or some other charge like that. Still counts at the end of the day.

@Ofcom @TalkTalk The issue isn't so much the price rise, it's the fact that the contract was a fixed price contract. It was mis-sold, falsely advertised and therefore fraudulent.

@TalkTalk No it's ok. The complaints team are apparently dealing with it and the systems teams are struggling to fix the computer system which has been having problems since Jaunary. They've told me to leave it with them and they are calling back on Monday (for the 5th time).

@TalkTalk You don't seem to offer a realistic time frame to resolve issues caused by @TalkTalk . I flagged the problem yesterday and an engineer is only available Monday?! We still working from home in case you forgot. You not offering realistic solutions #badcustomerservice
