I did replace their terrible router with my own and a separate modem from Amazon but that was due to speed and WiFi issues. If its that bad then I'd suggest you get them to check your setup or booking an openreach visit.

Yes I was aware that TalkTalk was hacked at one stage during her time as CEO - I was a customer at the time, do not feel that CEO can always be held responsible for a hack, many companies have been caught out once, not all admit it.

Dido keeps her job for managing poor software choice in track and tracing. An enterprise database should have been used instead of the office tool Excel.

They used these details to gain trust & steal £10k from her. This was the cost of TalkTalk opting for lowest cost suppliers. Not my favourite person!
