@JamesJelly22 @TalkTalk Over a year now. I did replace their terrible router with my own and a separate modem from Amazon but that was due to speed and WiFi issues. If its that bad then I'd suggest you get them to check your setup or booking an openreach visit.

Leeching off my mother's data right now, but our new talktalk router came today and I hoped it worked but it is still the same issue. Looks like we're gonna have to get technicians on this which means I still will be offline for a while.

@TalkTalk I chatted to one of your advisers online for 40 minutes, 6 days ago regarding my router that constantly disconnects. I was promised a call back within 48 hours to resolve the problem. Why am I paying for a broadband service I cannot connect to, with no support network??

@OpenreachHelp Hello, Sky, Plusnet, TalkTalk and BT all having problems (namely all have no broadband) in KT5/KT6. That would seem to be everyone on Openreach lines. Is there a known problem please as my provider had no info?

Wow how bad is @skytv broadband! Wish I'd stayed with TalkTalk now! Promised me super fast download speeds, lucky if I get 15mps! Constantly dropping Absolute crap!

@TalkTalk My 84 y.o. grandmother has been without her phone line (her only source of contact) for 3 weeks now and you keep saying it will be fixed within the next 7 days and kicking it down the road. Stop SAYING you will help and actually do something. The WORST service we have ever seen.

@TalkTalk Thanks Isi, I'm not, but I believe neighbours have already logged calls. There's over 100 people reporting problems online locally which seems too many at once to be coincidence.
