@Lloydm_85 @TalkTalk Yeah, I think technically they didn't raise the price of the broadband, just some service charges or some other charge like that. Still counts at the end of the day.

  • DonEdgley Nick Edgley (@DonEdgley) reported from Chatteris, England

@Talktalk worst broadband service I've ever had. And yet appears to be getting worse. Maybe you can help me understand to why even when my box is hard wired into the router that I still can't watch a program... @MoneyTelegraph

  • RyeMTaylor Ryan M Taylor (@RyeMTaylor) reported from Huntingdon, England

@TalkTalk Hello. Can you please confirm why you feel it acceptable to put this scam protect thing on my account. That I can’t disable no one at tech support. And I can’t do the work I need to get done because of it.

  • PeterFane5 Peter Fane (@PeterFane5) reported from Great Shelford, England

@TimInSuffolk Thanks for that. Yes I was aware that TalkTalk was hacked at one stage during her time as CEO - I was a customer at the time, do not feel that CEO can always be held responsible for a hack, many companies have been caught out once, not all admit it.

  • nutterguy Brendon Morgan (@nutterguy) reported from Cambridgeshire, England

@JamesJelly22 @TalkTalk Over a year now. I did replace their terrible router with my own and a separate modem from Amazon but that was due to speed and WiFi issues. If its that bad then I'd suggest you get them to check your setup or booking an openreach visit.

  • Dashdjian Danielle (@Dashdjian) reported from Cambridgeshire, England

Hello @phonecoop, after almost two weeks, you still haven't properly fixed our line. You seem to be in a race to the bottom with @OpenreachHelp and @TalkTalk to see who can provide the worst service and at the moment, you're winning!

  • VirgilTracy900 Georgie (@VirgilTracy900) reported
