@JamesJelly22 @TalkTalk Over a year now. I did replace their terrible router with my own and a separate modem from Amazon but that was due to speed and WiFi issues. If its that bad then I'd suggest you get them to check your setup or booking an openreach visit.

TalkTalk is literally the worst internet provider I’ve ever encountered. Quality of connection is routinely absolute garbage. Am I just unlucky, or is this just what they’re like?

@TalkTalk trying to return router. called customer service twice. assured me 'return bag was sent.' but today after an hour on the phone was told "can't send the bag because address is not in the system"🙄 account disconnected 2 months ago. sort out return process or stop sending reminders

Hopeless service from @TalkTalk Intermittent WiFi for 6 weeks, and 2 weeks with NO connection. Hours wasted, lies told, as no human answers phone. Tech say all OK! I need a new router, finally when I made buman contact a new router promised.Nothing arrived Customer for 20+ years

Imagine my @talktalk line NEVER went down, literally twice a year maximum. I’ve been with virgin media and honestly I’ve lost count the amount of hours I’ve been left offline while being charged full price each month. @virginmedia absolute dogs
