@JamesJelly22 @TalkTalk Over a year now. I did replace their terrible router with my own and a separate modem from Amazon but that was due to speed and WiFi issues. If its that bad then I'd suggest you get them to check your setup or booking an openreach visit.

@TalkTalk I've had no WiFi for 13 days. In fact I've never had WiFi since changing to TalkTalk on 24th Nov. Absolutely useless
