@Lloydm_85 @TalkTalk Yeah, I think technically they didn't raise the price of the broadband, just some service charges or some other charge like that. Still counts at the end of the day.

@JamesJelly22 @TalkTalk Over a year now. I did replace their terrible router with my own and a separate modem from Amazon but that was due to speed and WiFi issues. If its that bad then I'd suggest you get them to check your setup or booking an openreach visit.

@TalkTalk been on hold for an hour, rang on a different phone whilst still on hold. Being refused to be put through to a manager. This is absolutely vile. 4th time trying to sort this now. Anyone thinking of using talk talk. Don’t. Worst mistake of my life.

@lizardschwartz TalkTalk are literally the worst, I would change provider. I've been with PlusNet 6 years now, any time there's a problem I can speak to an understandable person within 5-10 mins!

@talktalk re your response to my Trust pilot review I was told yesterday that the only possible resolution was for me to reorder my fibre package, and that it would take 5 weeks to put in place a new package. I declined to do this and have taken my custom elsewhere.
