@JamesJelly22 @TalkTalk Over a year now. I did replace their terrible router with my own and a separate modem from Amazon but that was due to speed and WiFi issues. If its that bad then I'd suggest you get them to check your setup or booking an openreach visit.

@matt40k What speed? I had to suffer with 36Meg Sky then TalkTalk as like many, there was only BT in the village, so were reliant on the BT Service. But that 36Meg was <=5Meg most of the time. Then a few years back Vodafone came into the village and I've had 76 Meg broadband ever since.

Moved from @Plusnet to @TalkTalk and already having connection issues with no resolution until at least tomorrow. They’re all as bad as each other and @OpenreachHelp aren’t any better. This country desperately needs better broadband regulation.

I’m absolutely buzzing I’ve got no internet with @TalkTalk yet again! Had an engineer 2 weeks ago who confirmed the issue isn’t my house. I can’t wait to call them again tomorrow to repeat myself 98 times and turn it all off and back on again. In July I WalkWalk.

@Young_E_H My broadband expired and I lived 4 months on a Three hotspot before moving. Totally fine. Hell, better signal than TalkTalk broadband most days.

Jus' going to put this out there @TalkTalk are a truly awful Company. For a technology company they are quite shocking. Try to phone (cut off 4 times) sent a complaint they sent a link to chat (did not work) If anyone shorts the stock market I think they would be a good target

@TalkTalk Why can I never get onto your chat service online? I paid my bill yesterday and it still isn't showing, and my internet STILL hasn't been reconnected. I need it for work! This is becoming a joke!

6am and @TalkTalk has already begun to fail. Doesn’t look promising for the rest of the day. Work WiFi it is then. Useless. Paying for a service you don’t receive.
