    @TimInSuffolk Thanks for that. Yes I was aware that TalkTalk was hacked at one stage during her time as CEO - I was a customer at the time, do not feel that CEO can always be held responsible for a hack, many companies have been caught out once, not all admit it.

    @JamesJelly22 @TalkTalk Over a year now. I did replace their terrible router with my own and a separate modem from Amazon but that was due to speed and WiFi issues. If its that bad then I'd suggest you get them to check your setup or booking an openreach visit.

    @Lloydm_85 @TalkTalk Yeah, I think technically they didn't raise the price of the broadband, just some service charges or some other charge like that. Still counts at the end of the day.

    @ap5151ap @TalkTalk Absolutely! Apparently an engineer was supposedly called to attend to my issue, & it would be rectified within 24 hours... Well that time has now passed, & I'm STILL without Broadband. But they're still charging me 😡

    @TalkTalk "Help" is an interesting word. Months ago my loved one spent hours on calls to your engineers who had to update a router not updated for years...no excuse as service is paid for. They tried to the sell a new package but new router was chargeable and service continuity 1/2

    I really did pick a terrible time to renew my TalkTalk contract, I don't want to give my money to whichever company buys them and then lays off all the staff.

    @TalkTalk Apparently an engineer had been booked to deal with the issue "within 24 hours". Well that time has now passed, & I'm STILL without Broadband. I rest my case.

    @TalkTalk Your services are an utter joke. I’m trying to call to cancel my account and it’s saying you’re closed, despite being 8:33 and your customer services being open from 8:00-20:00. Utterly ridiculous.
