@JamesJelly22 @TalkTalk Over a year now. I did replace their terrible router with my own and a separate modem from Amazon but that was due to speed and WiFi issues. If its that bad then I'd suggest you get them to check your setup or booking an openreach visit.

Extremely frustrated by @TalkTalk. Made my broadband order on 10th, supposed to go live 18th and today on the phone told me they will solve the issue between 3-5 days BEFORE sending me the box... Will I get internet after a month? LOL Working from home is going to be a nightmare!

Hello @TalkTalk is there a fault with your network in the York area? Modem went down about 90 mins ago. No amount of re-setting is doing the trick. Still flashing red. Any help would be much appreciated as I am relying on your service to work from home.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been struggling with my Internet for weeks now, 3mbps download, 0.3mbps upload, and I pay £25pm. Can’t get through on phone or webchat. @talktalk can guarantee 30mbps for £23.50 in my area. Please help 🙏🏼

@TalkTalk We have been delayed now a week after it was meant to go live..... There was 2 weeks before to go live date that you could have sort the issues out but no....... Been without internet for the best part of a month now.
