@JamesJelly22 @TalkTalk Over a year now. I did replace their terrible router with my own and a separate modem from Amazon but that was due to speed and WiFi issues. If its that bad then I'd suggest you get them to check your setup or booking an openreach visit.

@TalkTalk So @TalkTalk customer service rep has just offered a phonecall to arrange cancellation. Again, this is the equivalent of asking someone in a wheelchair to ‘just walk’ and another sign that @TalkTalkGroup are not set up in a way that accommodates disability.

@TalkTalk Why is it since my sister has been with your company that she’s had faults ever since. She has now had a problem with no broadband and online just says there’s a problem. Only today could I actually report this online. Why pay for something when she’s not had use ?
