It worked for two hours and now it says connected without Internet. Your service is very shoddy and I will take this up with ombudsman?

You also refuse to send out an engineer which was part of the package I paid for. Useless.

Never had so much trouble with broadband, the only resolution you can come up with is to give me another router (the same as I have) or CHARGE me for a super router! Most of my videos are uploaded on the side of the road! TalkTalk know our problems, did nothing and kept taking the cash!
