You also refuse to send out an engineer which was part of the package I paid for. Useless.

I’ve never tweeted but can’t see my issue being resolved in a conventional fashion. It’s crazy not being able to work from home when you’re told to work from home. Not much fun for kids being dragged into an office to download homework!

Brandon P Thackeray (@thackeray_p) reported@Captain34466242 If it's that bad you can get escalated and cancel without penalty. I know someone who did. BT are really bad . I did the same with Talktalk. Their broadband was utter garbage.
