It worked for two hours and now it says connected without Internet. Your service is very shoddy and I will take this up with ombudsman?

Put through to several different departments each one telling me something different. Promised to call me back but I'm still waiting. Boost I'm paying for still not working. I can't even cancel as your website is down!

You also refuse to send out an engineer which was part of the package I paid for. Useless.

Firstly gave an absolute terrible service to my mum, then tried to pin all blame on her when their kit wasn't working...follows on with early exit fees etc to then disconnect but to now not release a phone line to let new provider take over. #conmen #ofcom
