@talktalk 2 hours on phone trying to get tv boost fixed. Put through to several different departments each one telling me something different. Promised to call me back but I'm still waiting. Boost I'm paying for still not working. I can't even cancel as your website is down!

@RSdriver00 @TalkTalk That is very poor. Never been with them, but heard a few tales. Best way is to find new provider and they will migrate across. When I left Virgin I went back to BT 6 years ago now, was the best decision, but varies a lot depending on post code. Good luck!

@TalkTalk already done this around 6times & every time it says it's ok. I still need to reset my router 3 to 4 times a day. I wish to cancel my contract please let me know how I can do this as your not answering the phone

@jules0455 @virginmedia We had no landline for 5 weeks,6 days..We just were told there was a problem at the exchange..But it seemed it was just our property..In the end Hubby told TalkTalk just what they could do,& it was resolved in 3 days...Very frustrating..Try to stay calm..💕x

@TalkTalk I bought WiFi for a property a few weeks ago that was due to go live 2 days ago, every single time the tenants call you say the system is down. You also refuse to send out an engineer which was part of the package I paid for. Useless.

Hi @MartinSLewis I could do with some advice on broadband. I joined @TalkTalk 3wks ago and haven’t had broadband for 2 of them. The service has been useless and an end date for getting WiFi is not in sight. What are my rights in leaving as I’m out of the cooling off period?

@TalkTalk The account holder and I have spoken to five people between us now. We've both been told that you need to speak to the other person, told to do inane things which have nothing to do with the problem and generally messed about. How will another secure link rectify that?

@TalkTalk Morning! I still have no internet coming up to two weeks now. It was escalated and a team was supposed to call 3-5 days after I reported the problem, that was a week last Saturday. I’d like a response and an answer of when I will have internet back
