Put through to several different departments each one telling me something different. Promised to call me back but I'm still waiting. Boost I'm paying for still not working. I can't even cancel as your website is down!

How do I contact them by email. I also want to make a formal complaint. I would have thought a bereavement team would act and get things done first time to reduce distress.

I’ve never tweeted but can’t see my issue being resolved in a conventional fashion. It’s crazy not being able to work from home when you’re told to work from home. The issue is when the internet is not available, sending a SMS link to report a fault to a website is of no use when a customer cannot access the internet! Do better!
