Never had so much trouble with broadband, the only resolution you can come up with is to give me another router (the same as I have) or CHARGE me for a super router! How do I contact them by email. I also want to make a formal complaint. I would have thought a bereavement team would act and get things done first time to reduce distress.

Put through to several different departments each one telling me something different. Promised to call me back but I'm still waiting. Boost I'm paying for still not working.
