@YvonneBurdett3 This man is an idiot. We all complained at the time. Although by the time we found out how much they had spent they’d already spent it. The original complaint was about Dido Harding who has messed up every job she’s ever had, including ruining TalkTalk.

Great deal for @TalkTalk super fast fibre for £21.95 a month unless of course you're an existing customer where you're charged an "admin fee" to upgrade despite being a loyal existing customer committing to another 24 months!

I’ve just spent another two and a half hours on chat to @TalkTalk technical department after they got back to me, having dropped me mid—conversation last Thursday. Answered a lot of questions that I had previously answered. They claim to have fixed the problem. I live in hope.

It should be as easy to cancel a service as it is to sign up for it. Spent two and a half hours waiting for a callback from @TalkTalk and so phoned them again and have been waiting in a queue for almost 45 minutes and the only way to cancel appears to be to call them!
