    @BBCRadioSolent Talktalk has disabled all forms of contact including messaging. My phone and many others are not working. I and many others have serious health problems and phone is vital. Can you advise or find out what is wrong with their service please. Stay safe 😊

    talktalk says thank you to the ones that keep us talking which is ironic given that you need a consistently functioning broadband connection to keep in touch. ive never had talktalk, but ive heard bad things about them #BritainGetTalking

    @YvonneBurdett3 This man is an idiot. We all complained at the time. Although by the time we found out how much they had spent they’d already spent it. The original complaint was about Dido Harding who has messed up every job she’s ever had, including ruining TalkTalk.

    @TalkTalk I called twice to cancel over a month ago. Been charged again and told not eligible for a refund! Everytime I get through to someone to finally give a refund the line cuts off! A multimillion £ company refusing to refund a single mum £40!

    @TalkTalk We have issued the notice that we'e unhappy with service and sometimes picking up 1-3mb, our time has been wasted waiting for phone calls and have spoken to 8 people in the past 3 weeks (most of which is not on record). All you can do to help is give a phone number for complaints

    @TalkTalk They’ve not even looked at the complaint AT ALL, zero investigation…. I can tell that because the answered the first complaint point incorrectly. This whole situation is just a massive mess. And bad handlers are making it worse. #talktalk So ABSOLUTELY not.

    @TalkTalk And I don’t want to be that xenophobic person that has an issue. But the fact of the matter is “it’s a bloody problem” when you put someone on a case that isn’t fluent in English, because they struggle to understand… #pleasehelp (and it’s not their fault)

    @DavidYarwood @TalkTalk Just had the same, talktalk said they tried to phone on the landline, when we don't have one and specified a call on mobile. No phone number for complaints. We raised 3 weeks ago and issue and will be cancelling our contract for free next week once the 30 days is up.
