    @TalkTalk You are an awful company to deal with. It states in your gumpf you replied with that I need to speak to you and for the second time today I have been told to call back in 2-3 hours due to system issues. You reallocated my phone number before as well. What a shower 💩

    @Lloydm_85 @TalkTalk Yeah, I think technically they didn't raise the price of the broadband, just some service charges or some other charge like that. Still counts at the end of the day.

    @JamesJelly22 @TalkTalk Over a year now. I did replace their terrible router with my own and a separate modem from Amazon but that was due to speed and WiFi issues. If its that bad then I'd suggest you get them to check your setup or booking an openreach visit.

    @TalkTalk You ask everyone to DM, but the problem lies with you. I've seen many other people complaining all around. Day 3 of Internet issues and on your own website, the "planned" maintenance today on the 5th from 00.01am - 06.00am, now the date is the 6th on that page. "Planned btw"

    @TalkTalk misled me into a new contract to avoid paying an engineer fee, for an engineer I didn't need, because they sent me an email at 2am this morning like 'good news! you don't need an engineer anymore'.... how incredibly stupid do they think customers are

    @OpenreachHelp Ongoing issues in Bingley - This is the third day with intermittent internet service. According to TalkTalk, it's an Openreach exchange issue requiring a physical cable fix on site. Can you provide a further update from your end. Thank you.
