    I’ve had such problems with my @TalkTalk internet connection for nearly the past week! Nothing from 07/08 til 10/08 with promises of updates via text when reconnection will happen....NOTHING! Intermittent connection & out for hours at a time since then!! Absolute joke! 😡

    @TalkTalk Internet speed when connected isn't the issue, it's more that for significant periods of time the internet light on my router is either red or off rather than green - so during those times the speed is 0 because it's not connected.

    @Turb0Tel @TalkTalk I’d always avoid them.. had a friend that signed up for home internet and they never actually sent him a router yet charged him. After 8 months of arguing and no service he told them to stuff it and they told him he broke the contract and demanded more money from him.

    @TalkTalk internet still not working, lots of fun waiting 10mins for Netflix to load. Well worth the 4 days off for engineers and 15 hours on the phone to you! Stay away would be my advice to anyone looking for home internet!!

    @TalkTalk Have done 4 times and still no text updates that I have been promised and the internet is still slow and dropping everything 5 minutes. Costing me loads on 4g to hotspot

    @TalkTalk Andy, thanks for that - i had assumed because the phone number text reset wasn't working, that the email reset wasn't either. Unfortunately the online advice simply told me "we're doing our best to sort this out" You've resolved this issue &i am extremely grateful;been V stressy

    @John68985471 @TalkTalk not yet, they're useless. Since thurs I've spent over 5 hours on the helpline, They have no idea of what the problem is and go through the same "tests", however if I log onto my account the page says they're working on fixing the issue. They're the most infuriating co ever.

    I am flabbergasted with the poor level of treatment I’ve received from @TalkTalk #broadband providers they have continually lied to me about when WiFi will be on, I have had the phone hanged up on me several times for asking to cancel and I have also spent almost £100 on data.
