.@TalkTalk I’ve had enough. I’m not answering the same questions again and again and having the same tests run again and again for no reason. Cancel my contract, waive that ridiculous fee, I’m off to virgin for twice the speed at the same cost

@TalkTalk Are you saying that the only means of contact that you provide for cancellations is via your call centre? The phone line that I have been paying you for has not worked for over a year and mobile coverage is poor at my property. Please provide me with an alternative channel
