    @Talktalk disappointed with Talktalk service I’ve called 020 3441 5550 spoke with an agent who said No you can’t have FTTP on Friday your agent said not a problem he was cancelling my Fibre install from BT 7the July 🤔 Ps can you reinstate my BT order

    @AliButcher @Raphaelite_Girl Wouldn't touch Sky with a bargepole, or TalkTalk, BT, Virgin, or any of the big names. Zen's customer service is fab, they are so lovely

    @Johndale555 Got TalkTalk Freeview tv. BT sport through EE so can only watch on mobile or the tablet I’ve got. Probably cancel it after the free 3 months.

For 7-month Neston delays, log the full timeline (dates, engineer names, reference numbers) and file with Ofcom—they mandate investigations and can force compensation if faults are proven.     It’s NOT POSSIBLE to speak to Technical ‘Support’ @TalkTalk before 09:00 or after 18:00! CHAT Bot doesn’t get answered or responded to, Messages on X are automated too! Shocking in today’s world 🙄

    @TalkTalk My late mother who i informed @TalkTalk died in October 2025, Today I received a bill addressed in my late mother's name for payment in April 2026! Nobody is getting any phone service 😒
