You have sent me an email to say as I’m no longer a TalkTalk broadband customer so no longer be able to use my email I have with you. It's taken about 3 hours for them to tell me it will cost me £75 to send a technician out. It's TalkTalk's equipment that has broken and it was TalkTalk's technicians that made a **** up when they upgraded it !
