@diygolf @TalkTalk Why don't you ask them to send packaging out for you to post it back John? I did that with Sky although they could not definitely say they received it, they never charged me and they were going to.

@TalkTalk So sales team tell you it will be a smooth change from on Bt fttp to talktalk fttp. Customer service, oh somethings gone wrong you’ll be without broadband for a week but it’s not our fault. I suppose it must be my fault then?

@TalkTalk On the internet, but this issue is still continuing. Some days I am bed ridden and require this internet connection, but yet nothing. This problem has only started when the ‘phone lines went down, but still hasn’t been fixed. Desperate!

@TalkTalk does buyer calls the seller or seller calls the buyer? Sending txt msg to call future fibre team about an update on your order is silly, im sure they should be calling me and giving me update not otherway around. Not good customer experience.
