@Talktalk disappointed with Talktalk service I’ve called 020 3441 5550 spoke with an agent who said No you can’t have FTTP on Friday your agent said not a problem he was cancelling my Fibre install from BT 7the July 🤔 Ps can you reinstate my BT order

@AliButcher @Raphaelite_Girl Wouldn't touch Sky with a bargepole, or TalkTalk, BT, Virgin, or any of the big names. Zen's customer service is fab, they are so lovely

@TalkTalk Hi @TalkTalk ordered a fibre150 upgrade for my broadband received the router installed it now it works fine but the speeds still the old- got engenieer booked for the 17th but since it’s all installed and working ok could we cancel the appointment and just turn my speed up pls🙏🏻

@TalkTalk Internets gone down out of nowhere when I need it most. Everytime this happens. Getting annoying now, things like social media work which is useless right now but nothing else works that's got to do with Internet.

@TalkTalk I need to leave you asap. I work from home and haven’t had internet for 2 days which means I will not get paid as i can’t work . I told you about the problem and it’s still not resolved. I’m shopping for another broadband today
