She cannot receive or make calls on her landline, and she’s on the priority register as she has an alarm dependent on the landline. I was spoken to awfully by CS, who cut me off and shouted at me. Pls help

Your helpline number is impossible to get anyone on - 18 in queue. Your live chat is not replying with a real person. If not sorted today, Ofcom complaint.
