@paddyduke @TalkTalk @virginmedia Not sure but I’ve had a week of no internet, tell them to contact on mobile but the one time they call you they ring you on landline. You cannot talk to a manager but get passed from agent to agent but none can do anything.. only a manager whose never available

Help!!! On using Facebook I get the message AdyncSocketException Failed. My Facebook works with Providers except TALKTALK! Anyone experienced this issue? TALKTALK unable to shed any light on this one! I need FB for business.

@TalkTalk No you get your elusive manager to call me on my mobile. I’ve contacted you twice already today. At 10am I was told I’d have an emergency call back in 2/3 hrs … guess what no call yet!!

@TalkTalk That’s hilarious. I tried for days to get a problem sorted. Either cut off, forgotten about or wrong department. Abysmal service. Our house sale fell through, so we asked to continue the contract until a new buyer was found. 2 weeks later they disconnected us, abysmal
