@Talktalk disappointed with Talktalk service I’ve called 020 3441 5550 spoke with an agent who said No you can’t have FTTP on Friday your agent said not a problem he was cancelling my Fibre install from BT 7the July 🤔 Ps can you reinstate my BT order

@TalkTalk My 88 Yr old neighbour has been struggling to get talktalk support for 2 weeks for her non working landline. I spent 3 hours on chat & phone with your tech support l, no help. Either I am put on endless hold till call ends or I get repeated message on chat asking me to send a DM!

Hi @TalkTalk. Please can somebody help me change the cancellation date of my UFO service. I can't afford to be without an internet connection for two weeks and your call centre doesn't seem to understand my request (on the rare occasion I'm put through to the right team) 😫

@TalkTalk So @TalkTalk customer service rep has just offered a phonecall to arrange cancellation. Again, this is the equivalent of asking someone in a wheelchair to ‘just walk’ and another sign that @TalkTalkGroup are not set up in a way that accommodates disability.

Never use @TalkTalk for Wi-Fi. 2 months nearly we ordered Wi-Fi and still not set up ! I’ve used almost all my 200gb data both months cos I work from home
