@AliButcher @Raphaelite_Girl Wouldn't touch Sky with a bargepole, or TalkTalk, BT, Virgin, or any of the big names. Zen's customer service is fab, they are so lovely

@TalkTalk I have been having problem with my broadband since few days. TalkTalk CSO says its City Fibres fault and nobody from City fibre has contacted me. You guys are proper Con and don't even have the courtesy to update your customers.

I have never received such awful service. Congrats @TalkTalk for being the worst. Does anyone know how to escalate a complaint? They wouldnt let me speak to someone about their constant errors with booking an engineer. Awful awful service

@TalkTalk Unfortunately sending a dm is not going to achieve anything, none of the others have. I always get quoted a number to call, which isn't a customer facing call

@CarolinePenn2 @TalkTalk @CISASUK It has been weeks now, and three contracts cancelled in error without bothering to inform me. Today we were expecting an engineer to come back (again) to reinstall our service only to find that it had been cancelled without anyone informing us. Worst service ever.

@PedroStephano @virginmedia Both TalkTalk routers or the Netgear when plugged in don’t give me internet. Openreach told me my line was unstable. TalkTalk profile was set at 3 instead of minimum 6 but despite all that they conclude it’s my router causing the issues. I don’t see how neither of 3 works
