@TalkTalk what is going on!? Why is my internet always cutting out for like 2 - 3 minutes at a time!? That's 3 times yesterday and twice today so far! It's never when I'm just watching something on YouTube. It's always in the middle of ******* game!

@TalkTalk My service was to be cancelled on the 18th May. Have been billed again. When I rang to query why it still hadn't been cancelled, I got passed around and disconnected. The latest colleague has also hung up as they are unable to help.

@TalkTalk Please help. My router has been blinking orange a lot since Thursday morning. I've had to go into the office to work as have been unable to work from home. It occasionally goes white and steady, but not for long. Currently using mobile data up fast.

@TalkTalk truly truly awful customer service, btw asking intrusive questions on a phone about whether i have any disabilities so that you can then decide what to do after having refused to provide accommodations such as chat is discrimination IMHO

@TalkTalk possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Transferred 4 times, then disconnected. Not one operator seems to know what they're employed for.
