@TalkTalk I have no option but to cancel my dd as there are charges on my line that I haven’t made. Engineer has been out sorted the issue. However it’s difficult to get through to you and when I do your customer services go through the whole thing again.

@TalkTalk You bunch of bastards! A month ago I updated my account to a lower amount. You have now sent me an emails saying it's gone UP £7 a month & your site has collapsed so I have no way of contacting you. Been with you years - VERY POOR FORM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi @TalkTalk you really are the worst broadband provider I've ever been with. Your tech team are lazy and your billing and retention department lie. I will be so glad to see the back of your inept company.
