MaggieTat (@maggie_tat) reported@tesssummers98 I've just spent over 4 hours talking with a TalkTalk chatbot. Eventually managed to resolve my issue by cancelling the service. If I'd spoken to an actual person the problem would have been solved in two minutes. It's absurd.

I have asked to cancel my service

Avoid. Constant chats to "fix" issues. Promised call backs - repeated failure after failure. OFCOM complaint incoming.

MarionWindsor - #FBPE (@Go4gold100) reported@TalkTalk what's happened to Talk Talk? The efficiency is reverting to type - awful! I'm wrongly refused the removal of Callsafe to be replaced with Last Call Barring. Lengthy talks & promises, when I'm on holiday, then end up with none!! Unbelievable!
