    @Talktalk disappointed with Talktalk service I’ve called 020 3441 5550 spoke with an agent who said No you can’t have FTTP on Friday your agent said not a problem he was cancelling my Fibre install from BT 7the July 🤔 Ps can you reinstate my BT order

    @TalkTalk modem continually cuts out. This has been going on for weeks. No customer service people available.

    @bijalsanghani @TalkTalk I had nightmares with @TalkTalk when I lived in East London five years ago. It took ages for them to escalate the issue to their engineering. It was an ADSL DSLAM that had to be configured to support higher speeds. Good luck!

    @TalkTalk here we go again! No service from the wonder boys at TalkTalk in CH45. Line test says everything is just tickety-boo but it’s quite clearly not. Fix this crap! I’m always having problems with this shitty service

    Anyone having problems with TalkTalk mail. All my old emails have been deleted and been on the Live Chat to them for an hour and they just keep you chatting but haven’t fixed it

    @TalkTalk It's now my 11th consecutive day of poor/intermittent service on my broadband, and despite Talktalk saying they are sorting it out (twice) ; nothing has been done!!
