I and talktalk are unable to remove it. It seems that talktalk have a glitch on the system stopping them from removing it. I am aware that I am not the only customer that this is affecting. I have to ring up every month to get a refund for the ammount they are charging me extra.

@TalkTalk Talktalk Indian customer service team are terrible at helping UK customers. The experience with Talktalk has been down right disgusting customer. About the Indian customer service team sector not fit purpose. 30 years we have been with talktalk. Useless unprofessional team.

So a customer has inadvertently given my mobile number to @TalkTalk so I’m getting unwanted texts and automated phone calls about a broadband installation on 06/12/22. Takes up to 7 days for my number to be removed. Coming from different mobile numbers

@TalkTalk “Great news. Your Fibre 65 service is live - so you're just a few minutes away from a more powerful, reliable and faster broadband connection.” Would be if my router was here! Yodel are no help. It says “at the depot” yet “arriving today”. It’s nearly 8pm!
