@Talktalk disappointed with Talktalk service I’ve called 020 3441 5550 spoke with an agent who said No you can’t have FTTP on Friday your agent said not a problem he was cancelling my Fibre install from BT 7the July 🤔 Ps can you reinstate my BT order

@TalkTalk my parents are experiencing terrible customer service from you. They have contacted you numerous times to change the email address on their account and each time are being told you are having issues changing it. They have been trying almost daily for the last 3 weeks!!

@TalkTalk I upgraded to Fibre 65 (promised 64.9-80.0Mbps with a minimum guaranteed 57.8Mbps). I have been getting as low as 9Mbps (tonight) & as high as 49.9Mbps (previously). Is someone supposed to come to my house and fix something/am I supposed to get a new router? Help please

@TalkTalk I’m sure it’s very easy for you to say that Julian as you were not the one waiting on the phone for 6 hours over the Easter weekend trying to resolve this. I was told I was getting a new part sent out LAST Monday which never arrived- so I’m not sure what you expect my options to

@TalkTalk Let’s start by asking ‘Chris’ - are you a human or a computer bot at TalkTalk? As you see, people talk - here about ISPs / ISP mismanagement. You cannot monitor a line for intermittent faults.. other ISPs can.. What is compensation for 18+ months service fault? <0.4Mbps up/down?

@TalkTalk I find it very audacious that you are trying to charge me an additional £41 for leaving you!When I have dutifully paid my broadband bill every month for the last 5 1/2 years without fail. I upheld my part of the bargain, Julian. You failed to provide a service that I paid for.

So basically Talktalk cut us off over a rescheduled fibre upgrade, wouldn't admit it, 3 engineers later admits it, can't put us back on, we have to cancel and renew, which takes 6 days, and we're not allowed compensation because of the fibre contract upgrade we didn't even get.
