@Talktalk disappointed with Talktalk service I’ve called 020 3441 5550 spoke with an agent who said No you can’t have FTTP on Friday your agent said not a problem he was cancelling my Fibre install from BT 7the July 🤔 Ps can you reinstate my BT order

@TalkTalk what a shambles. Claiming I missed my appointment, refusing to deal with my registered complaint, trying to make me re-book an appointment when I’ve wasted an entire day on 22 Feb for my broadband installation. Wow. Just wow.

@TalkTalk No, I don’t believe so. Fibre 65, should have been live on 22 Feb. Multiple differing stories on that day via the live chat. Said it would all happen remotely. It didn’t. That night I’m told I missed my appt. I’m furious and it’s been no better trying to fix it over the phone.
