    @TalkTalk Hi – how can I chat/speak with someone to find out when I can cancel my contract please? TV box gone wrong again (fifth or sixth one now) and I've had enough now. I'm not paying nearly £50 a month for intermittent internet and TV box which often freezes...

    @MrMultispace @Yahoo Some people will be better off with a 4G/5G router .. lower cost, higher speed, more reliable, easier to switch provider.. So much depends upon location (signal strength/reliability) and use case. Recent TalkTalk victim was in mobile ‘not spot’

    @TalkTalk So, what was it? It took more than 9 hours for you to fix it. At no point were the customers given any information how long it would take. It's good that you fix the problems, but we, the customers, would appreciate if we were told how long to expect the internet to be down.

    @TalkTalk Wifi has been awful it has been reset 3 times and it's still going down and nothing seems to be working properly.

    @TalkTalk this link hasn't helped at all as I can't even get logged into my account, Terrible customer service. I found out yesterday there was a problem in my area but wanted to speak to someone today and not just be given a link. was told yesterday its going to take an engineer 2 3 days
