Then won't give me hub that it says I should have, waited nearly 4 days before telling them they win. Worst company and I'm stuck with them

Gem (@Gem_3011) reported@TalkTalk A lot of good that did me as asked about a wrong date showing on a cancellation and told they can't help me as they have limited resources. I called on the 06/03 and gave 30 days notice, obviously can't count as been told my service will cease on the 12/04!
