    @TalkTalk I have just wasted 3 hours of my evening on live chat to 3 of your agents to try and solve my issue of poor signal. Eventually told that my box is faulty and needs replacing but i have to pay for the privilege by upping my bills. Constantly going round in circles 🤬

    @TalkTalk Currently speaking to a technician and he has left me on the line for up to 20 mins and has not said anything , I’ve paid my phone bill , I’m not owing , I deserve a better service.

    @TalkTalk Finally got through after queuing for over an hour! Absolutely shocking service. No way to run a business! Certainly won’t be renewing our contract with talktalk.

    @TalkTalk once you join you can never leave. Cancelled my renewal with you in February, 7 months later back on the phone to sort out a debt that shouldn't exist on a contract that I don't have. No:1 in incompetence 👍
