    @adamthomas21 @TalkTalk Talk Talk are shut. I sill never have anymore to do with them and tbeir customer service live chat is awful.

    @Talktalk disappointed with Talktalk service Iโ€™ve called 020 3441 5550 spoke with an agent who said No you canโ€™t have FTTP on Friday your agent said not a problem he was cancelling my Fibre install from BT 7the July ๐Ÿค” Ps can you reinstate my BT order

    @Johndale555 Got TalkTalk Freeview tv. BT sport through EE so can only watch on mobile or the tablet Iโ€™ve got. Probably cancel it after the free 3 months.

    @garygilligan @virginmedia Phoned TalkTalk to add SafeCall. Answered within seconds. Lovely helpful person. Added the service, gave me ยฃ4 discount off my monthly bill then found another offer ยฃ2 less. So I have an extra service plus ยฃ5 a month saving for 18 months. Change to @TalkTalk they are excellent.

    @MissLJArmstrong @TalkTalk My BB is working but my Landline is down, I have no tone and when i call my landline from my mobile it now says Invalid number, In live chat with talktalk had no replies, no help!

    @TalkTalk Yeah, well after five months of fighting this battle I'm taking it to the Ombudsman. Because talk talk are by far the worst company I've dealt with.

    @TalkTalk over the last couple of months Ive tried to log in to renew my contract rather than pay the out of contract price. Thought there was a mobile issue logging in. Today I remembered to try laptop at work and still cant log in. Guess you want the higher price from me eh?

    @TalkTalk you have called me to make a new offer of service as am near end of contract. I ask that the offer be put in an email foe me yet, your team tell me they only do outbound. Your in the communication area, how is that you cannot send me an email of the offer I'd like.

    @TalkTalk Nah you're alright I actually am changing to you for real, your phone customer service is great too I remember that too from last time I had TalkTalk so i'm coming back. Vodafone keep trying to ring me now to stay, suddenly they're paying attention to me so I'm ignoring them.

    @TalkTalk My mother's landline phone has had issues for a few days. I logged in to her account and it says 'disconnected'. Your helpline number is impossible to get anyone on - 18 in queue. Your live chat is not replying with a real person. If not sorted today, Ofcom complaint.
