She cannot receive or make calls on her landline, and she’s on the priority register as she has an alarm dependent on the landline. I was spoken to awfully by CS, who cut me off and shouted at me. And then lie about the lies. They have no idea how the billing system works. If they phone you, they just talk over you.

Complaints team call - surprise surprise, the security details don’t match. Call me cynical but it’s a quick way to resolve!

Avoid. Constant chats to "fix" issues. Promised call backs - repeated failure after failure. OFCOM complaint incoming.

angela pring (@homegoal) reported@TalkTalk I would recommend to anyone not to bother going with Talktalk for their broadband as the customer service is shocking. You can only talk to someone online not a physical person and you just get fobbed off and mislead and your issue don’t get fixed
