Most of my videos are uploaded on the side of the road! TalkTalk know our problems, did nothing and kept taking the cash!

We know you can't do anything to help, and the only thing you can do is push us back to the non-functioning team that we are complaining about. Complaints team call - surprise surprise, the security details don’t match. Call me cynical but it’s a quick way to resolve!
