Hi @TalkTalk trying to send my wifi router back to you. I don't have access to old flat, it's empty now. But your customer service said they can't send the postage to my new address? Or give me your address to post myself? How else can I send it back to you? Don't want £50 fine

@TheSargeEU Most major companies have good and bad. In my experience Virgin was always fast and consistent but others will say the opposite. Just know that all regular companies (Sky, Talktalk, Plusnet, etc) use BT's lines and its effectively the same as having a BT connection 1/2

@si610 @VodafoneUK They made actually keeping broadband so hard I had no choice but to leave. The exchanges were hilarious but exhausting stupidity. So TalkTalk got my business after 15 plus years... mental how bad some arms of a business can be.
