@TalkTalk Having jumped through hoops yesterday, my 80 year old father waited in all day to greet an engineer,who didn't show up to fix his Wi-Fi that has been down for a week.Utterly disgraceful. I would like this resolved tomorrow at his convenience please 1/2

@TalkTalk Spoke to someone last night. Told to like it or lump it and if I change providers, I'll have to pay an exit fee. Disgusting to treat a 16 year customer like this. This is the second price increase on a FIXED PRICE contract. Competitor deals are nearly £10 a month cheaper.
