@TalkTalk saw on Rogue traders @TalkTalk came joint last for customer service. Trying to sort out my parents broadband today. 5 hours on the phone being passed around and absolutely nothing achieved. At least it wasn’t a surprise.

@TalkTalk no internet for 5 days. Keep saying router is broken. 2 new router boxes later still no internet. Openreach engineer booked to visit today, called to say to busy to visit. Does anyone at talk talk care about there customer. Have no idea when we will have internet.

@mohammed__usman Covid has somehow become an excuse for inexcusably bad customer service. They are just using it as some sort of get out. TalkTalk we’re just as bad before. Covid is the best thing that happened to them as they can blame it all on that rather than their own incompetence

Been trying to cancel @TalkTalk now for 2 months. Multiple phone calls, webchats etc, lied to on the phone about the contract being finished, bounced from person to person. Borderline fraudulent behaviour. And surprise surprise, they're not signed up with the ombudsman. Clowns.
