    @TalkTalk I have no internet.....again!! Nothing only two lights on router. I refuse to ring customer services again. I will look into going elsewhere

    @TalkTalk saw on Rogue traders @TalkTalk came joint last for customer service. Trying to sort out my parents broadband today. 5 hours on the phone being passed around and absolutely nothing achieved. At least it wasnโ€™t a surprise.

    You know what's a little bit ironic. Trying to listen to a @talktalk advert boasting about having amazing internet on the radio as it cuts in and out due to . . . poor internet. P.S.A. Never pick Talk Talk. Pay a couple of quid more. Trust me.

    Moved broadband provider to get a better deal and improved service but so far itโ€™s NOT good! Letter says will be live on 28/02/19 but STILL waiting! Cโ€™mon @TalkTalk this is very poor! Even after several calls! #broadband #poorservice #CustomerService #Disappointed #TalkTalk

    @elana386 @TalkTalk @MoneyTelegraph Snap, Iโ€™ve got the same problem. No internet for 5 days. No one can help. Engineer book for today and didnโ€™t show up. Utter rubbish service. Iโ€™m going back to BT as soon as possible

    @TalkTalk I MADE AN ACCOUNT YESTERDAY AND WANT TO CANCEL IT. I HAVE 13 more days to cancel it AND YOUR CALLS CENTER AND LIVE CHAT ARE CLOSED! CANT bump me , cancel that account right away

    @TalkTalk day 10 and internet off. Iโ€™ve reported this nearly daily raise the fault. Itโ€™s the exchange they come fix it few hours later off again. Why isnโ€™t this being fixed properly ? Why am I paying for a service Iโ€™ve not had for a week and a half ?

    Looking for broadband?? DO NOT USE @skytv's Broadband service. Even @TalkTalk is SO MUCH more reliable. I'm a cripple, and becoming ever more reliant on Alexa operated stuff for turning on lights, and plugs I can't reach. The ONLY way to get them working is removing the TV ADSL

    @TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp This line is impacting with major service outage issue and that's why this fault is associated with an incident: AF-IE-1696408530 according to this I can see issue is with NGA GEA_FTTC NMALKW Bedford *** 9 & Provided Target Finish Date as on 05/08/2022 It will take +1 working day

    We are currently investigating an issue where @TalkTalk has shared customers information with @RiseFibre in direct breach of GDPR Legislation, In a recorded call Talk Talk state that Rise Fibre are NOT taking over services and admit that failings are visible but out of there control. The Information Comissioners Office have been contacted and a complete case file will be sent to them along with Solicitors for potential legal action.

    @WeAreOpenreach my dad is now having issues with his talk talk WiFi not working. Not getting anywhere with Talktalk. They've confirmed that the fault is with open talk, but no one has been out yet. He's been left with no internet for almost a week in a countryside village!
