    @TalkTalk saw on Rogue traders @TalkTalk came joint last for customer service. Trying to sort out my parents broadband today. 5 hours on the phone being passed around and absolutely nothing achieved. At least it wasn’t a surprise.

    @TalkTalk I have no internet.....again!! Nothing only two lights on router. I refuse to ring customer services again. I will look into going elsewhere

    Moved broadband provider to get a better deal and improved service but so far it’s NOT good! Letter says will be live on 28/02/19 but STILL waiting! C’mon @TalkTalk this is very poor! Even after several calls! #broadband #poorservice #CustomerService #Disappointed #TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk are the worst company I have ever encountered. After leaving during the cooling off period (as they never provided an adequate working broadband and TV service) they have charged me over £300 for breaking a contract I was never in!! Do not, I repeat do not use Talk Talk

    @TalkTalk it was my WiFi activation day yesterday and I still have no WiFi, when we contacted you yesterday we were told the WiFi was down in Northampton, when I looked online to check this I saw that this wasn’t true - please just give us WiFi

    @TalkTalk We use BT at work and at home I use TalkTalk. As a web developer and Director I need decent internet after 2 years of poor service I give up

    @TalkTalk Just switched to you and I'm on day 4 of no internet as you have failed to deliver a new router. Self employed and losing money every day. Was told I would get an update yesterday but still nothing. Late contender for worst customer service of the decade. 👏👏👏

    @TalkTalk To be honest, it's been going on for a very long time and I am really fed up and don't have any confidence in your company is be happy to talk to someone who is properly trained but again it's a terrible service you provide and I've already spent over 8hrs on the phone with TT

    Mr dealing with TalkTalk 'our router is the problem, please can you send a new one' 3 hours later, test after test (engineer was out yesterday), more tests, & a 'can you check you've plugged in the grey cable' (this convo is online) TalkTalk - we've determined it's your router

    @TalkTalk Not at the moment as I can not afford the threats from your company, and I've taken this up with Ofcom and I am getting advice to escalate to ombudsman and citizens advice. Your customer service should be shut down it's appalling
