    Dido Harding is in charge of the UK government’s “Track, Test, and Trace” service. She was the CEO of TalkTalk when they got hacked in 2015 and had no idea whether the customer data was encrypted. (Astonishingly, she has a degree in PPE - not the equipment one - from Oxford.)

    @TalkTalk Haha don't think that came across as cleverly as you think Joey. I was just asking if there was a plan to improve what even your people have agreed is a very poor service (not your fault, it needs an infrastructure update) so throwing T&C's at a customer isn't especially cool...

    @TalkTalk My name is John Crinion I moved house on 17th May I have been charged an increased monthly bill for broadband, landline and TV in my new home about 30% increase, I've been a loyal TT customer for many years  - I'm still waiting to be connected

    Can anyone at Talktalk answer my question. I've just signed up for Fibre 65 (max 67mbps). Received a confirmation email which tells me I'll get max 38.6 mbps. Why ? No one on the support side seems to be able to answer @TalkTalk

    @willgoring I have been trying to get a new router from @TalkTalk for about a year. They train people to block their customers, plus their staff in call centres abroad get off on being rude as well as totally unhelpful. Don't ever sign up to TalkTalk.

    @TalkTalk I am very aware that, being legally stuck at home, broadband use has massively increased. Having 2 children on separate Google classes whilst I take Zoom calls has really shown how inadequate the service is for current needs. I have no prob paying increase if it means improvement

    @TalkTalk I've been a loyal TT customer for many years and have recently moved house. I was told that for 10 days I would not have my new landline or broadband in my new house. However this10 days became 10 days + 3 + 3 + 5 HELP PLEASE 07780654046 no one is doing anything!!!!!

    @SouthDownsTech @TalkTalk @TeamViewer Ask your customers to use a VPN for support sessions. That’s what we do with no issues. Also use screen sharing in Jitsi as well

    @TalkTalk can you do anything about in flight orders? I have an issue that started in Jan and is still ongoing and everytime I contact the chat I keep getting told3-5 working days. Not very impressive.

    @TalkTalk Is there a problem with broadband? As my connection is normally bad, but today it is more than useless! I’ve tried going on live chat & asking question, getting no reply & then chat ends! When I try to reconnect just says chat busy.

    I have NEVER known an ISP more difficult to leave than @TalkTalk ! The social media chap is doing his best to help, but there is no guidance on the website, the live chat is constantly busy and the phone ringback isn't working.

    @TalkTalk I am getting a bit cross. I need to cancel my contract with you, but your website makes no allowance for it. Your chat is always "busy" and I have called twice now, expecting a call back when it is my turn in the queue, but neither calls have surfaced. What can I do?
