@faulknerdrew @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I’ve been having similar issues. Their staff haven’t got slightest idea! Rang and cancelled today and switched to Sky. Was still in contract but they said they’ve waived it. We’ll see what happens when I get my final bill, not holding my breath

@TalkTalk assistance with what? I've spent 90 mins from a mobile talking to a 'customer service advisor' in the Philippines sorting out a fault (your fault) on a landline.. it eventually got booked.. what do you want to assist me with?

@TalkTalk Don't recycle as that cost money and energy. Just let new provider use Ur router and don't send one to customers if they have one from prev broadband company. But thanks for replying. Btw u never asked for my router when I left u so how r u recycling?
