tbh I've been using #virginbroadband for 7 years and I've barely had any major issues in that time. not to white knight a ******* Branson company but just keeping perspective because holy shit i remember using BT, talktalk, sky etc and they are far worse

@faulknerdrew @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I’ve been having similar issues. Their staff haven’t got slightest idea! Rang and cancelled today and switched to Sky. Was still in contract but they said they’ve waived it. We’ll see what happens when I get my final bill, not holding my breath

@edent @BritishGas ... but also by taking away the original broadcast TV, where an old TV could be completely turned off without losing any settings, vs satellite boxes and broadband connections which lose their settings or their optimisation (eg TalkTalk) and/or demand you login again to use them.
