    @TalkTalk Iโ€™ve dropped you yet another DM - Iโ€™ve never received service as unbelievably poor as that from Talk Talk, who despite admitting that they failed to correctly take over my line, are still refusing to refund the money they cost me eight months and dozens of emails and calls later.

    @katiexmiddleton @virginmedia VM is big in my area for internet but the last house I was in could only have TalkTalk. When I moved, I just transferred my address over instead of moving across to VM. The trouble youโ€™ve, and everybody else it seems, had makes me glad I did! Iโ€™ve not had an issue with TT once!

    tbh I've been using #virginbroadband for 7 years and I've barely had any major issues in that time. not to white knight a ******* Branson company but just keeping perspective because holy shit i remember using BT, talktalk, sky etc and they are far worse

    @TalkTalk renewed my contract on Friday 30th but for some reason my internet cut off. Your service team says it would be available today but still nothing. No idea why it was cancelled in first place. I've been a customer for over 10 years!

    @TalkTalk I'm having an issue with my telephone line. After being on a call for 5 minutes, I then can't hear anyone. Tried plugging in direct to the wall socket and it's the same. I'm one of your vulnerable customers so I'd appreciate a quick response.

    @TalkTalk 100% DOGSHIT. Worse internet provider in the UK. Charge you more for guaranteed all round the house internet and it cuts off. Reddit threads about it and they still do nothing. Worse company I have ever given money too. Useless customer service.

    @TalkTalk you have an offshore complaints team that sadly are not taking accountability and do not seem to grasp the seriousness of the issue. They do not seem to pass on notes on a system as every person I speak to doesnโ€™t realise the full story. Lots of broken promises and lies
