@faulknerdrew @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I’ve been having similar issues. Their staff haven’t got slightest idea! Rang and cancelled today and switched to Sky. Was still in contract but they said they’ve waived it. We’ll see what happens when I get my final bill, not holding my breath

tbh I've been using #virginbroadband for 7 years and I've barely had any major issues in that time. not to white knight a ******* Branson company but just keeping perspective because holy shit i remember using BT, talktalk, sky etc and they are far worse

@TalkTalk useless company. Had nothing but bad connections so was offered to leave the contract early without occurring fees. Now found out that person didn't log anything on the system so they are still charging me and haven't cancelled it even though I'm with a new provider now
