@faulknerdrew @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I’ve been having similar issues. Their staff haven’t got slightest idea! Rang and cancelled today and switched to Sky. Was still in contract but they said they’ve waived it. We’ll see what happens when I get my final bill, not holding my breath

@TalkTalk have had no internet service for over a week now, all mobile data has been used up and more has had to be paid for. On the live chat one assistant said it was a router fault, another informed that the problem was with BT in our area. Can anyone help please?
