    @katiexmiddleton @virginmedia VM is big in my area for internet but the last house I was in could only have TalkTalk. When I moved, I just transferred my address over instead of moving across to VM. The trouble youโ€™ve, and everybody else it seems, had makes me glad I did! Iโ€™ve not had an issue with TT once!

    @TalkTalk @MorleyLass92 Weโ€™ve just joined and itโ€™s slow as hell for us the past few days. Was fine at the beginning but now cannot watch anything on tv without it buffering constantly. Might be fine in your area but seems bad for us.

    @TalkTalk assistance with what? I've spent 90 mins from a mobile talking to a 'customer service advisor' in the Philippines sorting out a fault (your fault) on a landline.. it eventually got booked.. what do you want to assist me with?

    @TalkTalk renewed my contract on Friday 30th but for some reason my internet cut off. Your service team says it would be available today but still nothing. No idea why it was cancelled in first place. I've been a customer for over 10 years!

    Has anyone had any problems with Cancelling TalkTalk ? They have been an absolute nightmare from April for my 85 year old Mother who has memory issues. We phoned TalkTalk to Cancel as she couldnโ€™t remember her password they said they couldnโ€™t get into her account but no advice!

    Update... They want my 82 yr old mum to send a speed test result by connecting the computer (upstairs) to the router (downstairs) via ethernet cable (which they don't have). ๐Ÿคจ I explained that they won't be able to do that - they don't have a laptop, and it's not practical to unplug their pc and relocate it next to the router - they just can't physically do it. TalkTalk were not interested and insist it's the only way they can check if they are not receiving the correct speeds โ€“ although they did tell me during my first call that they could see the speed was only 12mbps...๐Ÿค” They will send an ethernet cable by post anyway, or could send someone out to do it โ€“ ยฃ150 call out fee. Never mind. Contract ends in October and won't be renewed... Nice service for the elderly, what?

    @TalkTalk your customer service is beyond poor, I have been without reliable internet for 12 days now. Your phone team are utterly clueless and your complaints manager doesnโ€™t phone when he says he will. How do I cancel my internet with immediate effect?
