    @BobollyBee Ah good not just me then. I looked on their website and it said no issues or planned maintenance! I think I'm back now. If they're going to do maintenance it would be good to actually TELL US! Can't wait to leave! @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk I'm having an issue with my telephone line. After being on a call for 5 minutes, I then can't hear anyone. Tried plugging in direct to the wall socket and it's the same. I'm one of your vulnerable customers so I'd appreciate a quick response.

    @TalkTalk my parents are unable to accept calls from private numbers. They have missed several calls from the hospital, as callers get an error message. They donโ€™t have call barring, call safe, or anonymous caller reject. Can you help them? They need these calls on the landline

    @TalkTalk Iโ€™ve not been able to access my emails (in webmail or in iPhone app) since Monday, it says my password is incorrect. Iโ€™ve tried re-setting the password.....but it still says password is incorrect! Help please!

    @TalkTalk Iโ€™ve dropped you yet another DM - Iโ€™ve never received service as unbelievably poor as that from Talk Talk, who despite admitting that they failed to correctly take over my line, are still refusing to refund the money they cost me eight months and dozens of emails and calls later.

    Has anyone had any problems with Cancelling TalkTalk ? They have been an absolute nightmare from April for my 85 year old Mother who has memory issues. We phoned TalkTalk to Cancel as she couldnโ€™t remember her password they said they couldnโ€™t get into her account but no advice!

    @TalkTalk assistance with what? I've spent 90 mins from a mobile talking to a 'customer service advisor' in the Philippines sorting out a fault (your fault) on a landline.. it eventually got booked.. what do you want to assist me with?

    @TalkTalk @Ofcom since โ€œplanned maintenance โ€œ, my 90 yr old visually impaired, widowed mum has been left without a house phone line working for 12 days. Daily updates to say not fixed is not good enough in a modern tech world for an extremely vulnerable customer. DO NOT USE/Help!

    Absolute nightmare trying to cancel a contract with @TalkTalk . Was told on the phone my contract had been transferred to 02 and to ring them . Couldnโ€™t tell me exactly when. Eventually through โ€˜ chatโ€™ managed to cancel. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

    Anybody else with sky wifi I moved from talktalk to sky few months ago got there 2nd fastest WiFi and it is ******* terrible my talktalk wifi was alot worse speeds and seemed to be faster ๐Ÿ˜‘

    @TalkTalk Hi Sindy thank you for your attention. Put in lot of time in drafting the complaint and what does the TalkTalk complaints officer do ? Just ignored the major part !! Not a professional standard is it? Why does TalkTalk employ people for? Leaving customers frustrated is not good.

    @alex_weel @TalkTalk I went 2 weeks over Christmas with no wifi and no 4g - nothing. I was never reimbursed by @talktalk for this. I was told my current issue would be fixed by an engineer today.. Apparently are relaying all fibre in the area and didnโ€™t think to notify anyone about it. Shocking
