Been having issues with them since the lockdown started and still no further forward. They are now threatening to affect my credit rating even though I have made payment on my account

Rang and cancelled today and switched to Sky. Was still in contract but they said they’ve waived it. We’ll see what happens when I get my final bill, not holding my breath

My broadband keeps going on and off (the little red light on the router) and my phone is unusable. I've done all the diagnostic checks and my phone socket doesn't have a test socket.
