TalkTalk Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Laura-JayneArmstrong (@MissLJArmstrong) reported@TalkTalk hi my Nan and Grandad’s landline isn’t working, are you able to help?
-
JU51LNS (@JU51LNS) reported@TalkTalk This just doesn’t affect me. Cancel the policy of charging for legacy email addresses will solve it.
-
Marley (@John_the_hawk) reported@TalkTalk Customer service is unmatched. When your broadband dies, you cannot speak to anyone. They text a link so you can report the fault…using the broadband that isn’t working. So, if you’ve no mobile data, it’s perfect: you need the internet to tell them you don’t have the internet.🙄
-
Phil (@mummbler67) reported@TalkTalk Your customer service is appalling. My elderly step mother has had no landline/broadband for several days now. You send texts and never call back. TALKING IS NOT WHAT YOU DO.
-
James Taylor (@cynicalkind) reported@TalkTalk even your online help bot doesn't respond. Useless
-
Smile-World (@RedaFibo) reported@TalkTalk The internet is totally down now! I just DM you!
-
Smile-World (@RedaFibo) reported@TalkTalk again.. your broadband is going up and down every minute since early this morning! How people are supposed to work?? This is getting ridiculous as it’s not the first time! Time to change the ISP provider!
-
Tigol (@bigoltiddies) reported@JU51LNS @TalkTalk It was never YOUR email, it belonged to TalkTalk and they simply rented it to you as a perk of being subscribed to their service. You've cancelled or are cancelling so they're no longer giving you a free email and instead asking you to pay. BT does/did the same. As did/does Sky. Virginmedia just straight delete the email address after 90 days. You're making a deal out of nothing. Pay the fiver a month and use the time to port out valuable emails by forwarding them to your other email then when you're confident you've got it all transferred, cancel the payment.
-
James (@Jimbo09001) reported@TalkTalk when will you fix your god awful website. Takes forever to load and when trying view account setting it decides to log me out.
-
Vjndra Agrawal (@VjndraAgrawal) reported@TalkTalk My internet hasn’t been working since yesterday. Customer care says my account was disconnected due to a TalkTalk technical glitch, and I’m now being treated as a new customer, meaning my contract is gone and I must place a new order. Can you confirm if this is correct?
