tbh I've been using #virginbroadband for 7 years and I've barely had any major issues in that time. not to white knight a ******* Branson company but just keeping perspective because holy shit i remember using BT, talktalk, sky etc and they are far worse

@faulknerdrew @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I’ve been having similar issues. Their staff haven’t got slightest idea! Rang and cancelled today and switched to Sky. Was still in contract but they said they’ve waived it. We’ll see what happens when I get my final bill, not holding my breath

@TalkTalk we had a technician come to upgrade our wifi on Tuesday to fibre and ever since have had no wifi after being promised there would be no disruption. This is an absolute disgrace and it’s impossible to get in touch with support (as your lines are shut most of the time)
