Hi @TalkTalk is there an issue with broadband in HP20? My internet has gone down for 2-3 mins at roughly 5-10 minute intervals for the last hour and a half. Extremely annoying when I’m trying to work online 😒

@TalkTalk Not had any service yet! 😊 Was supposed to be activated on 14th, been told the box outside my building needs to be repaired - though BT was working fine before they turned me off that same day - and will take a few days to fix apparently... Bit frustrating!

@culturedleftpeg @wrexham I'm on Vodafone for last 2 years now & before that 10 years with Talktalk. Picked on price (cheapest fibre package) & had no issues with either company. Okay Talktalk's customer service when I left wasn't great but they put their price up mid contract & had to allow me to go.

Why cant @TalkTalk just resolve the problem I am encountering, instead of telling me constant lies. If the problem is not solved within 48 hours, I am switching provider- does 15 years service mean anything?
