    Hi @TalkTalk is there an issue with broadband in HP20? My internet has gone down for 2-3 mins at roughly 5-10 minute intervals for the last hour and a half. Extremely annoying when I’m trying to work online 😒

    @TalkTalk not happy. Was told when I moved house that the £60 fee would be waived. Of course the customer service handler has made no record of this so I’ve been billed. Have already telephoned to try to sort out but told there’s nothing you can do. Extremely disappointed!

    @TalkTalk hi. A relative has been sent an updated talk talk box and they cannot access Netflix or now tv. Tech support have said they “have to sync with their phone”. To save me a 100 mile round trip, can you share how to use Netflix on the latest box please? Thanks!

    @TalkTalk hi , my router has been stuck on the the amber light all morning even though the lights on the modem are green. I tried restarting / resetting the router. Power down for 30 minutes and still the router Light is amber.
