@TalkTalk hi, over the last couple of days my internet has been so slow. I’m working from home and at points I’ve not been able to have Skype calls due to internet connection. I’ve reported it and TalkTalk are saying there’s no issue. Please can you help?

Hi @TalkTalk is there an issue with broadband in HP20? My internet has gone down for 2-3 mins at roughly 5-10 minute intervals for the last hour and a half. Extremely annoying when I’m trying to work online 😒

@TalkTalk not happy. Was told when I moved house that the £60 fee would be waived. Of course the customer service handler has made no record of this so I’ve been billed. Have already telephoned to try to sort out but told there’s nothing you can do. Extremely disappointed!

@TalkTalk Not had any service yet! 😊 Was supposed to be activated on 14th, been told the box outside my building needs to be repaired - though BT was working fine before they turned me off that same day - and will take a few days to fix apparently... Bit frustrating!

@TalkTalk My MIL is 86 and widowed, rang to change name on her account and set up a house move but you disconnected her. Noone has responded to account change and move requests despite escalation to CO office. She moves tomorrow and will be without her emergency alarm . Help!
