Hi @TalkTalk. Could you please have a look at issues with network in Amersham area. The WiFi has been terrible since today morning and your online portal does not show any issues with the line. Talktalk dashboard isn't even loading right now and I am getting the speed of 5 Mbps

@TalkTalk I am not going dark on DM. I told you. We do not have Talk talk services because for some reason you could not provide them at our address. We have See The Light who did provide them. You are crooks. Ofcom even say you are worst ISP. Sort the problem. Or I keep this up.

@TalkTalk hi, over the last couple of days my internet has been so slow. I’m working from home and at points I’ve not been able to have Skype calls due to internet connection. I’ve reported it and TalkTalk are saying there’s no issue. Please can you help?

@TalkTalk not happy. Was told when I moved house that the £60 fee would be waived. Of course the customer service handler has made no record of this so I’ve been billed. Have already telephoned to try to sort out but told there’s nothing you can do. Extremely disappointed!

@TalkTalk We do not have your broadband. You never installed anything at number 11. Your engineer said your equipment wasn't not compatible. We had to get another company because you could not provide it.

@muppetkeeper @virginmedia @TalkTalk Plus at almost double the speed. No idea why they need to make it so difficult to get a good deal. But for continuity of service, and not having another piece of obsolete hardware lying around, I’ve taken it.

@TalkTalk Lost my Internet connection about an hour ago. Ran line test and problem at exchange that must have occurred this morning. Text from you says 2-3 working days to fix. This is ridiculous that I will potentially be without Internet yet no discount for loss of service! 🤬

@MagentaKoru @theblackcatsays I used to work for TalkTalk, and I would definitely say avoid. I experienced so many issues with numbers not being transferred (usually because of going from one loop to their local loop unbundled system... Pain in the arse)

@TalkTalk Hi Yesterday you sent me paul belton A dm and i went to look at it and responded to what i was going through with my fibre broadband immediately it was installed. we had no problem with the normal broadband before the engineer came and installed fibre.

@TalkTalk I absolutely give up. Have called 5 times to try and take your BB offer, but no one can fix the technical query to adopt my FTTP line. Told 2 different things and the last call to customer services had no idea - I can’t believe this is your new customer experience.

@TalkTalk absolute fuming!!!! Been on to live chat for over 2hours. After 1 hour i got cut off then back on live chat for another hour and before anything completes cut off again. All this to get the new now tv package that i need to take. Can’t cancel as in contract till April!!

@TalkTalk Yes - any form of internet speed that isn’t 0 would be so useful to what I need to get on with my profession. Not impressed by the quality of service for a long while now and this late April fools isn’t doing me many laughs right now.
