    @TalkTalk 39p for a 6 SECOND phone call! It's bad enough my Internet service is so bad my mobile has used all my data up + for the past months, because my Internet never works costing me £216 to O2!!! Now I get charge for connecting a 6 SECOND phone call to my mums landline😠

    @Ofcom @TalkTalk I have done this for 2nd time now. I have been with #Talktalk last 6 months and have another 12 months to go. ever since I signed up with them I have broadband issues and they have changed the router times already, still, nothing has been resolved. the saga continues.

    @TalkTalk There seems to be some miscommunication here, which is ironic if you think about it. You see, I'm not a customer. I don't have account details. I was just joining in a discussion about your insistence of using cheques as a way to try to avoid paying refunds to your customers.

    @britchford9 @Figuregirl55 I have just moved and TalkTalk have twice not turned up to install a phone line for broadband. An engineer turned up to install the broadband and told me the phone line was installed, rang someone and was told the phone line is scheduled to be installed WTF ?
