@TalkTalk 39p for a 6 SECOND phone call! It's bad enough my Internet service is so bad my mobile has used all my data up + for the past months, because my Internet never works costing me £216 to O2!!! Now I get charge for connecting a 6 SECOND phone call to my mums landline😠

@TalkTalk is the worst company to deal with. I’ve been without broadband since the 12th February and their complaints team DO NOT make contact even when the calls are booked in! This is going to be referred to the ombudsman - FUMING is an understatement

@TalkTalk I have been on the phone non stop since 11am also your online chat just to cancel being with you, no one is helping or cutting me off with no call back?! Your current queue is 60 people plus so getting though is taking hours! This is getting really stressful

@TalkTalk If you thought your costs were fair you would make it easy for customers to cancel their contracts- instead you insist we can only cancel within a one month window despite you changing the terms we signed up to. I’ve been a contented talk talk customer but I no longer trust you

@TalkTalk so you have decided to increase my broadband contract within the fixed term yet you are offering a lower price to new customers - how can you justify this. Also requiring customers to call you to cancel when you changed the terms is unacceptable
