@TalkTalk 39p for a 6 SECOND phone call! It's bad enough my Internet service is so bad my mobile has used all my data up + for the past months, because my Internet never works costing me £216 to O2!!! Now I get charge for connecting a 6 SECOND phone call to my mums landline😠

@TalkTalk appalling customer service waited in as advised by text on four occasions for two hours. Previously three hours to customer care not resolved! DO NOT touch TALK TALK with a barge pole cheap and nasty!

@TalkTalk I’ve been trying to get through to your customer service for DAYS and am getting nowhere. We’ve had slow and patchy internet for MONTHS and haven’t received the new router we ordered twice now. What exactly am I paying for?!

@RunninOnEmptee @virginmedia They are useless. My dad has been with Virgin and now with Sky. Ive been with TalkTalk and Plusnet myself. Plusnet are the best imo for service.
