    @TalkTalk 39p for a 6 SECOND phone call! It's bad enough my Internet service is so bad my mobile has used all my data up + for the past months, because my Internet never works costing me £216 to O2!!! Now I get charge for connecting a 6 SECOND phone call to my mums landline😠

    @TalkTalk in court over its deduction of monies from its phone bill!!! Basically it says @WeAreOpenreach delays, failures & service level breaches equate to more than £15million which it's underpaid. Openreach escalated legal claim over these unpaid bills to court proceedings...

    @TalkTalk No, will just wait til you either give up, contest me direct or try to get the money through legal means. I have all the calls etc from the amount of time I’ve tried to sort this out and all the messages. I’ve given up now as all you do is claim covid is the issue.

    @TalkTalk Do you have any issues at the moment with your service to Leeds, Ls8? My internet was dreadful yesterday, kept falling out and today I have no WiFi at all on any devices. Router light is white so it’s not that. I just don’t know if it’s you or an exchange issue?

    @TalkTalk It's not TalkTalk's fault (which is why I didn't @ you). I changed the activation date via an automated text service and they have cancelled instead.
