@TalkTalk 39p for a 6 SECOND phone call! It's bad enough my Internet service is so bad my mobile has used all my data up + for the past months, because my Internet never works costing me £216 to O2!!! Now I get charge for connecting a 6 SECOND phone call to my mums landline😠

@CityFibre @TalkTalk The black box that is in the property is CityFibre’s issue, there are only 2 lights which indicates a problem at the exchange, therefore CityFibre’s issue. This information was provided by the engineer who set it up!

@TalkTalk you are worst company from a customer service standpoint. 11 different chat conversations, 1hr 30 mins with 6 transfers later I am still in the same situation. Something @Ofcom must look into! #poorcustomerservice #zeroempathy

@TalkTalk there has been a fault with my BB since 12/12! There has been no progress on resolving this fault - an engineer was supposedly on their way 5 days ago!! Quite frankly I'm getting rather annoyed at paying for a service I'm unable to use!

@TalkTalk Once again fibre has gone down, what is going on? Never any explanation as to why! Four properties in our street that have fibre are without internet, it’s absurd, last outage was at the end of November and down since yesterday, what exactly are we paying for?
