@TalkTalk 39p for a 6 SECOND phone call! It's bad enough my Internet service is so bad my mobile has used all my data up + for the past months, because my Internet never works costing me £216 to O2!!! Now I get charge for connecting a 6 SECOND phone call to my mums landline😠

@TalkTalk After experiencing internet issues today, I was advised of a router fault and was told I could be sent a new Super Router free of charge. Is it possible to DM and confirm this is definitely being sent out to me?

Constant disruptions with @TalkTalk still. I cant afford to switch yet unfortunately and talktalk don’t do compensation. They also don’t give update on what the hell is going on! RIP to my data Shouldn’t have to ask when paying for a service that’s vital in this age!

@TalkTalk my router has a solid red light on the internet button. I’ve tried rebooting the router with no luck. I’m fed up of paying for a service that doesn’t deliver the promised speeds and means I can’t watch any tv or connect with friends.
