Ben (@benkidd182) reported@TalkTalk I made it to a human, who transferred me to cancellations, and then to the future fibre team, and then to the ultra fibre optic team, and then back to cancellations... With each transfer the connection seems to get worse and no one seems to be able to help. It's a joke.
