    I think @TalkTalk might have the worst customer service in the UK. Every interaction with them has been inexcusably unpleasant and unhelpful

    Not goof track record. She worked at TalkTalk when 2015 it suffered massive data breach from Wikipedia - ‘ ...noting that early on when asked if the affected customer data was encrypted or not, she replied: "The awful truth is that I don’t know"Also @ defunct Woolworths Thomas C

    @TalkTalk 39p for a 6 SECOND phone call! It's bad enough my Internet service is so bad my mobile has used all my data up + for the past months, because my Internet never works costing me £216 to O2!!! Now I get charge for connecting a 6 SECOND phone call to my mums landline😠

    I've been locked out of my emails for 5 days. Spoken with countless people on phone and webchat who can't help me. @TalkTalk even your complaint team don't call when they say they will (2 days in a row). Shocking service, and they have the cheek to say I need to pay £95 to leave!

    @MattCohenBass @TalkTalk Their online account login hasn't worked for around 12 months. Just want to change my payment details. They say it's a fault that's due to be fixed, but I may have retired by then!!!

    @MattCohenBass @TalkTalk Unfortunately @SkyTV are exactly the same. Every 18 months for the last several years I ring up, get the price down and without fail, within 3 months I get a letter saying my bill is going up 10+%.

    @DJIGlobal have the worst customer service of any company we have ever dealt with. The drones malfunction and DJI will not help to replace them or help to resolve any issues. We didn't think it could get any worse than @talktalk, but @DJIGlobal take the crown.

    @TalkTalk I’ve spoken to 12 different people about moving house. The last two hung up on me after leaving me on hold. The one before that promised to cancel my previous account, for a house I no longer live in, but didn’t. Seriously, tf is going on?

    What is up with @TalkTalk? I took out a deal with them for a fixed period, and then, within 3 months of signing, they’ve increased prices twice just for the service to get worse. Shame on you. Money grabbing at its worse. Avoid if you are thinking of switching to them! 🤬
