@TalkTalk 39p for a 6 SECOND phone call! It's bad enough my Internet service is so bad my mobile has used all my data up + for the past months, because my Internet never works costing me £216 to O2!!! Now I get charge for connecting a 6 SECOND phone call to my mums landline😠

@TalkTalk to which talktalk has failed to get a grip of my situation & sort it out, all compounded by awful communication: stark contrast to my neighbours who are with @skyinternet & @bt_uk who have been so much better with them. They're all back online. I, a month on, am not. Appalling.

@TalkTalk I called as I had a very old router, they send me a new one but without my approval they renew my contract for 18 months, I had some issues with my Internet, I raised two complaints, no one got back to me, now I request a cancellation, they asked for 117 £, don't trust @TalkTalk

Hello @TalkTalk. My mother is 88 & relies on her landline. It has been out of service since 11 Nov. You promised to sort in 24-48 hours but despite follow-ups to your support team nothing has happened. Were you planning to wait until she's 89 to fix it or just hope she gives up?

I demand to TalkTalk: Reinstate my connection, or let me know if you can't provide a service to my address. Compensate for loss of connection as per your policy. Do not bill me further until this gets resolved.
