It's bad enough my Internet service is so bad my mobile has used all my data up + for the past months, because my Internet never works costing me £216 to O2!!! Now I get charge for connecting a 6 SECOND phone call to my mums landline😠

It’s a separate number separate Line and yet I’ve spoken to four different people who cannot seem to help me. Why the confusion? Same postcode same surname seems to be prob. Who phone?

Mr Stu (@phorenzik) reported@TalkTalk Spoke to someone last night. Told to like it or lump it and if I change providers, I'll have to pay an exit fee. Disgusting to treat a 16 year customer like this. This is the second price increase on a FIXED PRICE contract. Competitor deals are nearly £10 a month cheaper.
