@TalkTalk 39p for a 6 SECOND phone call! It's bad enough my Internet service is so bad my mobile has used all my data up + for the past months, because my Internet never works costing me £216 to O2!!! Now I get charge for connecting a 6 SECOND phone call to my mums landline😠

So I had ANOTHER go at getting my issue with @talktalk resolved. That's FIVE attempts now. Every single time it's "we'll do some tests, then we'll go silent for a bit, then we'll refer you on to a Trust Pilot form". Honestly, it's the most appalling customer care I've ever seen.

Sick to death of these bl@@dy internet problems, BT say the line is fixed.... then broadband goes down again.... and again.... router up and down like a yoyo! Thinking of ditching this useless service once and for all @TalkTalk !! #talktalk

@TalkTalk since the chat facility on your website is still not available due to the pandemic (in spite of your billing emails still stating it is available) and you don't give out an email address, how do we notify you our landline is down for at least the 5th time in a year?
