    @Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

    @AliButcher @Raphaelite_Girl Wouldn't touch Sky with a bargepole, or TalkTalk, BT, Virgin, or any of the big names. Zen's customer service is fab, they are so lovely

    @TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

    @TalkTalk Very worried that this outage does not appear to be local to Wolverhampton according to other customers. How can the outage be so widespread. Suggests serious problems.

    @TalkTalk Our internet has been off since 5pm yesterday, High Meadows, Wolverhampton. I have been hung up on by technical support 5 times and the support chat is a joke with no response.

    @TalkTalk I prefer to do it publicly. When we victims go down the DM route nothing ever happens. I have always eventually had success this way. You see your abuse is systemic. It's not just you. But right now it's you threatening my family and that's like threatening me. Not happening

    after 10mins of waiting, I got through to Ana at @TalkTalk #customerservice on the phone, she did not listen to the request but spoke over me, very rude, and could not help at all. The internet is down, but they say there are disruptions in the area, nothing they can do

    @TalkTalk - how utterly disappointing have I found dealing with you and your complaints process? You’ve let down my mum, an old lady with dementia, and no one cares. Do you even know what LPA is?

    @TalkTalk @Colmart1000 That’s not good enough. It’s nearly been 24 hours now and no internet. I’m paying for this service and in a cost of living crisis I expect to be able to use what I’m paying for.
