@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@TalkTalk hi TalkTalk, you’ve been overcharging me since you rang me and told me to change to a cheaper package in November. Since then you’ve been having ‘problems’ with my account because it’s ‘still updating’. You haven’t replied to my complaint. Care to explain?

@CommunityFibre Hello, why can't i use IPTV services on your fibre network? I have talktalk and my streaming works, but with community fibre, it immediately goes to streaming error. Do you block these services?

@TalkTalk Never had such a terrible service from a provider. No landline for 2 weeks, even bought a new phone to check our end. Reported last Wednesday and assured 2 days, lost internet last Thursday and earliest resolution 17th. SHOCKING SERVICE, using mobile data to post.

@RoyalMailUKOff @RoyalMailHelp I'm trying to move my Broadband with @TalkTalk and my new address isn't registered with them and they said I've to contact yous to register the address on the database but can't get through to anyone at royal mail... Can anyone help?
