@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

@Izza99768007 @TalkTalk Won’t have internet until 23rd when there sending engineer out to install direct fibre and hopefully sort the problem out, also said if we wanted to cancel it was £70 cancellation fee & again it would be December 22nd contract would end, so again a month without internet or phone

@TalkTalk We do not have your broadband. You never installed anything at number 11. Your engineer said your equipment wasn't not compatible. We had to get another company because you could not provide it.

@TalkTalk My friend tried to cancel by web chat and after going through all the stuff they said the account had been "prepared ready to be cancelled" and she had to call to finish it off, which is dumb in itself, a horrible sales tactic.
