@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@TalkTalk Just been informed that you credit £25 for endless lies by agents in the complaints department, scheduled calls from managers that don’t happen. Don’t credit for time and have a CEO that hasn’t engaged despite having my complaint for 15 days. 39 agents, 6weeks problem 👏

THE JOY OF @TalkTalk "just wanted to follow up to my previous email. Having spoken with Openreach today, I have been advised that there is a minor delay with the repairs. I have been advised to contact Openreach for confirmation of the fix for your service on the 10th October."

@TalkTalk My daughter has spent nearly 3 hours on chat this week to sort her broadband still no resolution. Her connection has never worked and go through all same questions every time - beyond frustrated!!!!!

Hey everyone, how good is your broadband provider . My Internet has been down all day and currently on @TalkTalk twitter help. Been talking to them fo 4 hours and just going round in circles. Keep getting asked to check the same things over and over again.
