@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@TalkTalk If you are a Comms company surely it should be on your screens or is it like my service useless and not working I’ve had enough I’m emailing ombudsman I have screen shots of daily line faults yet when I first go on theirs no fault !unbelievable service

@TalkTalk idk what u think ur playing at my granny has had to deal with 11 hours of no wifi and she has had to play the same level of tetris for 10 of them hours!!!! your customer service is unbelievable and she can’t even contact you on her wifi compatible nokia brick!! how dare you rlly!

@TalkTalk I’m sick of your useless company You know what the problem is but you expect me to pay for a engineer to sort your problem Third time it’s happened and it usually takes three months to sort I want to terminate at the end of January but with a working phone line and no fee

@TalkTalk How does one report an issue that is persistent and no chat support executive of yours can possibly address it. Its barely been 2 months on your connection and contract and I am in half a mind to cancel the whole thing
