@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

Am I the only one who gets **** service with @TalkTalk - supposed to be on fibre 35 today but have yet to receive the box. I start uni in 2 weeks ffs!

Hey @TalkTalk- you rang me & convinced me to “upgrade” to fibre 150 for free, even though mine has been fine for 3 years. Installed yesterday- Now it’s not working at all!? All morning on chat- not resolved. I will get a ‘phone call in 5 days’. How am I supposed to WFH w/o WiFi!?
