@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@ancientnmodern I hate TalkTalk. Strong words I know, but they are an awful company to try to deal with. I'm going to go elsewhere, soon - they have been warned. Good luck with your new router & hope you get the problems ironed out soon!

@TalkTalk Nice... Just did a speed test and I managed to drop from an already terrible connection of 17 download and 0.50 upload to 3! Download and 0.38 Upload, now I'm for sure going to be able to stream with lovely bitrate like that.

@TalkTalk Been getting help for broadband connection issues via your community.Talktalk site but when I was completely offline today I rang your broadband team, they’d never heard of the community site and said it may be a scam. Any idea why your teams don’t know about each other

Hi @TalkTalk I've not had internet for four days now, customer service providing no updates on the engineer, and you refuse to compensate me for the £30+ I've had to pay for mobile data to do my work and to do stuff around the house

@TalkTalk are you experiencing and issues in Oswestry, Shropshire. My broadband has been rubbish this week. Just run a speed test and I'm only getting the following: ping 57ms, down 4.73, up 7.37.

@TalkTalk I have now been without Internet since Sunday & still no help. 'Customer service' have just told me I may have to wait another 24 hours before fixing it. Totally unacceptable. Terrible service & will definitely be receiving a complaint about this!

Hey @TalkTalk, you allowed one of your customers to change their email address without verification (as it's my email address) and your online support denies there's an issue, even though I now get emails and can access online services for someone else's account! @SoftwareFailed
