@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

@AliButcher @Raphaelite_Girl Wouldn't touch Sky with a bargepole, or TalkTalk, BT, Virgin, or any of the big names. Zen's customer service is fab, they are so lovely

@TalkTalk Worked with extremely patchy internet over a week however, today it has completely stopped working!!! No use of service center either. I work from home and have extremely urgent work which has been severely impacted. When can I expect a proper service???

Hi, @TalkTalk starting Friday we have been seeing constantly low speeds of around 3megabit per second when we are on a plan that promises around about 60megabit per second, the WiFi has now been completely off today starting at some point during the night, can I get some help?
