@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@AbuAmaanah @SkyHelpTeam I used to be on TalkTalk, BT and now on Sky. TalkTalk is rubbish, BT has it's ups and downs like Sky. This is my third year with Sky and havent had any major problem until recently. They're sending me a booster so hopefully that fixes that

It also feeds into the problem where organisations who have clearly shoddy security processes cry "nation-state" and claim it is all not their fault (Talktalk for example). Even when it turns out to be skiddies.

@TalkTalk my connection is pretty slow, so to start of i was playing a game and it was showing my connection status is bad. So after i have played i go to bed and start to watch youtube. I cant even play a video because people are watching youtube downstairs. Any help i could get

@TorreMaster @SkyUK Same with Talktalk. I can't get the HD Stations but are they interested in helping out? Not a chance. Customer service is almost non existent.
