@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@TalkTalk Please never reply or send me anything to do with Talk Talk I've dealt with some pretty foolish people in my life but this company is a joke. All I wanted was to end my contract and NOT to renew it? Something that simple and you @TalkTalk made it a nightmare? No need to reply.

@TalkTalk I regret ever using your service.I have been having issues with my router since 6th February with yellow light flashing without internet access, I have called you agent severally but they have not been able to solve the issue, 3 days down, nothing has been done. 1/2

I had to turn off the Wi-Fi and use the 4 g I've only been with TalkTalk for a two-and-a-half weeks and it's problems are getting worse

@TalkTalk I did a video of last night showing the problem is I'm having they have not been resolved from day one I've only been with you two and a half weeks I'm not happy I'm having to use the 4G phone

@TalkTalk I have just had the worst customer service experience ever trying to cancel my broadband. I could not understand the member of staff at all which is concerning when talking about a contract and it took him 25minutes to do it, when it should have taken 5.
