I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

John Dean (@ukDean1970) reportedWell done @TalkTalk. Received an email at 9.47pm yesterday telling me you wanted to "do what we can to fix the issue" and "want to put things right". Just spent an hour on the phone to be told nothing can be done as there are no managers in on Saturday.
