@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

I can SEE on caller display if someone has called my @TalkTalk landline, but the phone never rings and I can't access the call. Have tried several times with @TalkTalk online chat and they "test" the line and tell me it works. Customer service put me 4/

Oops Talktalk no longer in Gravesend! Spent over an hour speaking to customer service which is based in the Philippines (!) Played the geriatric game and now have an engineer’s visit scheduled for tomorrow. If no joy, EE here I come!

.@TalkTalk contact me to say that they've been upgrading the network in my area and have a "better product" for me and I must ring them. When i ring them, they say i can only get an upgrade if i ditch my landline. Anyone know if there's a technical reason for this?

@TalkTalk Disgraceful service . My father has terminal cancer and has moved area to be near family . My mother has been trying to cancel@with talk talk since oct 21. Keep billing her and passing her from dept to dept . ENOUGH!!!! HELP HER !!!!!

@TalkTalk You’re a dog water company. We call your **** Indian call centres and they try to convince us there is no problem at all. I can’t wait for my contract to end so I can go to a real company that knows what they’re doing. **** you and everything you stand for
