    @TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

    @TalkTalk ‘s customer service is very poor, I’ve had an ongoing issue with them for a while, anytime I speak to a member of staff regarding the issue they hang up and they’re not responding to my emails. I don’t understand Kmt

    @TalkTalk I switched from BT Halo to Future Fibre. No new FTTP box installed by engineer and no Internet until Monday when openreach come back for not sure what when it sounds like it’s a line takeover problem. Not impressed, additional charges when because my service live 4th May

    I strongly advise no one to get broad band with @TalkTalk they have fobed me off for 7 weeks with no service and had the front to charge me for it aswell .
