@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

Trying to cancel broadband with @TalkTalk is the most exhausting thing ever. Being passed around from customer service team to another - i’ve had enough. JUST CANCEL MY BROADBAND I DON’T NEED YOU TO COERCE ME TO STAY.

@WeAreOpenreach are the worst ******* company to ever exist regarding Internet. With Sky, 3 appointments from Openreach missed over the years. 3 days off work for **** all & 3 more until they could be arsed sending another 1 out. A new customer to @TalkTalk & no engineer today.

@TalkTalk I have just come of the phone with customer services, I am a new customer of 2 weeks and now my Internet is not working, now i have to wait until tomorrow for a engineer to come out, I am absolutely disappointed shocked this has happened already
