    @AliButcher @Raphaelite_Girl Wouldn't touch Sky with a bargepole, or TalkTalk, BT, Virgin, or any of the big names. Zen's customer service is fab, they are so lovely

    @TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

    @TalkTalk No way. Been trying to cancel our account for months. No one picks up or wants to help! Couldn’t remember the telephone password so was told we couldn’t go any further when I did manage to speak to sormone.

    @TalkTalk trying to close/transfer a/c and getting nowhere. Tenant close to #nervousbreakdown trying to ensure uninterrupted service for his business and kids’ education. Hours spent on phone between us! Any help?

    @TalkTalk The failed install was 17th Oct with CityFibre. Now being told no further update until 3rd Nov. No flexibility to temporarily switch back to standard internet while fibre connection gets fixed. Can someone at @TalkTalk put themselves in the customer shoes? Case Ref. CMP335050

    So happy to have have left @TalkTalk. Absolute joke of a company. No WiFi since the 6th of October. Been told 9 fault forms have been raised and closed straight away from their useless agents. Never ever met a company as incompetent in my life.
