@Talktalk disappointed with Talktalk service I’ve called 020 3441 5550 spoke with an agent who said No you can’t have FTTP on Friday your agent said not a problem he was cancelling my Fibre install from BT 7the July 🤔 Ps can you reinstate my BT order

@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

@TalkTalk Problems in Stoke on Trent, no Internet since 6am this morning even though talk talk are saying no problems in the area. Maybe less time advertising your black Friday for new customers and more focus on your existing customers! I have sent a dm but heard nothing back.
