@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

Well that was a massive mistake joining @TalkTalk absolutely awful. Rubbish speeds. Looks like it's back to diabolical VM. What a joke, that in this day and age this country's technology is so lacking.

@WhiskyQueen89 You cut down on gas and electricity . They'll eventually put in a PAYG meter , so you won't have any choice . Broadband from TalkTalk . Forget about Council Tax until they take it off your benefits . A struggle but you can do it .

@TalkTalk day 2 of trying to sort out a consistently failing service. We want to make a complaint and either get dropped by customer services or referred back to the same technical support guy we want to complain about. Our phone bill is rising while we try and make contact!

@TalkTalk Why do I need to give 30 days notice to cancel my contract. It’s not as if you need to allocate this to someone else, and find another user. You charge from the day of usage. Surely you should stop charging when I stop using??

@TalkTalk yo - my friend @Heather_hattie is having issues with her TalkTalk account. She wants to close her account but TalkTalk entered her email incorrectly on the change of ownership form, so she's locked out of her account and can't verify herself. Can you help? Thanks :)
