@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@TalkTalk I've called 5 times now (since 20th November) and each time I get told a cancellation form is being created and it will be 30 days before service can be cancelled. When I call back I get told "oh you actually needed xyz" don't see how a dm will change this cycle

@TalkTalk unless you can provide me with a dedicated connection to bypass the arse infrastructure I doubt you can help me. Any company ever run by someone as useless and dodgy as Dido Harding isn't going to be very good , is it?

@TalkTalk How do I know which exchange my Daughter is on?? No signal at all, contacted and was told mobile software needed to be updated however this has made no difference and we are going around in circles on the phones!
