@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@TalkTalk After over a year of unstable, slow broadband that TalkTalk refused to sort out, you're now making switching to a new provider a nightmare. Spend 1hr 45mins on phone yesterday trying to sort it out.

@TalkTalk Don't get me wrong. Agents were all very friendly. But out of 1hour 23minutes that I was on the phone I probably spoke to a real person for 7 minutes. Absolutely drained and still no solution to my problem.😢The on hold music might give me nightmares...

@TalkTalk, when are you going to reconnect phone and internet for my parents? It has been down since Tuesday. You said 24hrs on Tues, 72hrs on Wed, yet we are still here with no connectivity.

@wildwelshpete @TalkTalk Tell me about it. Folk then say "get a 4G data plan". Except I can't do that either because the signal on this area is bad. **** signal, copper ******* lines in a house that was only built in 2016 in a urban city 🙄

@TalkTalk Simply recording that i am “incompetent and unwilling to carry out the test” is a demonstration of not storing ACCURATE information about the customer (me) - pretty sure GDPR comes to mind with that one 🤔

@TalkTalk Thanks. My contract is until May, when my price will go up to full. I am not sure either way, but Virgin is tempting just because their network can offer higher speeds than you (and, to be fair, everyone else).
