    @TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

    @TalkTalk service is beyond ridiculous now. After trying to cancel my contract for a third time, I'm back to a robot telling me my contract is STILL NOT CANCELLED??? No word on being refunded on the overcharges

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalk appalling customer service. Even when you messed up, you don't offer any reasonable solution. No Internet for nearly week, we were assured the new router will arrive by 31.3, now the agent is saying it will not be before Monday. If we buy a router will you reimburse us?

    @louisenatashaxo @TalkTalk Mines also been down for the past 2 days.. was on the phone to them this morning for about an hour and half with two people for them to try to ‘fix’ it their side literally asking me to turn it on and off and reset it every 5 mins for them to basically give up in the end.

    @TalkTalk Poor show with false advertising on your website. Says full fibre is available to my property but your tech team confirm that it actually isn't. You need to update your website. 15 years loyalty about to transfer to EE. Well done...
