    @Johndale555 Got TalkTalk Freeview tv. BT sport through EE so can only watch on mobile or the tablet I’ve got. Probably cancel it after the free 3 months.

    @Talktalk disappointed with Talktalk service I’ve called 020 3441 5550 spoke with an agent who said No you can’t have FTTP on Friday your agent said not a problem he was cancelling my Fibre install from BT 7the July 🤔 Ps can you reinstate my BT order

    @Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

    @AliButcher @Raphaelite_Girl Wouldn't touch Sky with a bargepole, or TalkTalk, BT, Virgin, or any of the big names. Zen's customer service is fab, they are so lovely

    @TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

    @virginmedia seriously, 7 days since BB transfer, complete outage since 1pm today! Utter rubbish - 8 hours. I work from home and also no TV. The latter i can tolerate, the former has been a disaster. 3 years with @TalkTalk not one hour off line.

    @TalkTalk I've been messaging you all day!! It was customer service fault for not disconnecting. I've moved out of my property and Internet was cut off and now you still wanna take payment on the 4th when I'm nit living at the address!! I've paid everything up to date!!

    @TalkTalk “Helping you stay connected “ it says as your header. Why is it taking you so long to help my elderly and vulnerable parents (not in good health)? They have been without broadband for 4 weeks! Not really helping them “stay connected”.

    @npje @TalkTalk They left me without Internet for 13 days!!! Blamed my old router initially and refused to send an engineer. When Open Reach turned up (5 days later), a fault at the exchange was identified. This 'fault' was never rectified! Switched to @Plusnet. Internet restored in 5 seconds!

    @TalkTalk My experience with TalkTalk has been horrendous the last few months. You have cancelled my contract for some unknown reason three time now. I defiantly would not recommend going with TalkTalk. Customer service is long and no one seems to know how to resolve issues
