@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

@AliButcher @Raphaelite_Girl Wouldn't touch Sky with a bargepole, or TalkTalk, BT, Virgin, or any of the big names. Zen's customer service is fab, they are so lovely

@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@TalkTalk Cant connect to Internet or get onto my account still. Have nothing but problems with your service. I'm considering leaving and finding another Internet provider. You're quick to take my money each month! Any ideas of how much longer this is going on for?

@TalkTalk ?? Never mind accessing account... 2 months into a load of drama, still no services... Been without television for second week now. And been waiting for my "case manager" to call me for 6 weeks?!?!? Never ever known a service this bad!!!

@TalkTalk Glad it’s not just me receiving terrible customer service. We received email to renew my contract at a monthly costs that they will not honour as there was an error on the email, oh and the two customer people who gave us the same figure made the same error, joke of a company.
