@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@TalkTalk trying to arrange Power of Attorney for an account and it’s more complicated than it was to arrange it with the bank! Can’t get hold of anyone to speak to and your form for this is very poor!

@TalkTalk An 84 year-old deaf customer without broadband for a week. A faulty, outdated router has been confirmed, yet he’s being asked to repeat technical tests before a replacement is sent. Please explain how this is acceptable.

@TalkTalk what a shambles of a company, first of all we have been paying for a service which hasnt worked in months, endless discussions back and forth for them to tell us they dont provide the tv box we have installed anymore thats why it hasnt worked

@TalkTalk Horrendous customer service. No Internet since yesterday in St Helens and the outage is affecting numerous customers. Impossible to contact you via live chat. I have dm'ed you, and been told that there is no capacity, the phone number you provided doesn't ring out.

@TalkTalk don’t DM because they tell you to call a landline number rather than attempt to help. My 84 year old mother has had no landline and no broadband for at least 3 days. But @TalkTalk don’t care - they get paid even when they don’t provide a service
