I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

Mark in Central (@Mark_in_Central) reported@TalkTalk Your DM is not working. These drop outs happen several times at day at variable frequencies and I know if other broadband users with other providers having similar issues. You may have to liaise with Openreach to investigate these occurrences.
