@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@AliButcher @Raphaelite_Girl Wouldn't touch Sky with a bargepole, or TalkTalk, BT, Virgin, or any of the big names. Zen's customer service is fab, they are so lovely

@TalkTalk Fibre is down in Inverness. I have completed a fault check, which confirmed it. Is there any update on how long it may take to rectify it? The fault page tells me to check back in a couple of days!?

@SkyBroadbandd how come loads of vendors like @TalkTalk etc can provide full fibre services to our house and you can't? Genuine question as you all use same backbone. Locked into very slow contract when we want speed!
