@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@AliButcher @Raphaelite_Girl Wouldn't touch Sky with a bargepole, or TalkTalk, BT, Virgin, or any of the big names. Zen's customer service is fab, they are so lovely

@TalkTalk How do we cancel phone for a person with dementia? She is now in care home and no one is living in house. Helpline insists on password. She has dementia so obvs doesn't know pw.

@TalkTalk I'm amazed at how poor the customer support at @talktalk is. I've been on the phone for more than 90 minutes, spoken to 5 departments and been cut off twice. All I want to do is re-new my ultra fibre optical deal. How hard can that be?! Please can someone help?!
