@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@AliButcher @Raphaelite_Girl Wouldn't touch Sky with a bargepole, or TalkTalk, BT, Virgin, or any of the big names. Zen's customer service is fab, they are so lovely

@TalkTalk please contact me ASAP. This is the 4th time I've had the same problem and have taken steps to leave your company. You are now demanding a payment with no payment systems working and no phone lines active. I record my calls too and they are very interesting.

@TalkTalk I have now been on the phone for over 10 hours to your team over the past two weeks. Absolutely shocked by the lack of help I have had through your new fibre package and will definitely not be continuing as a customer. My wifi hasn’t worked for weeks now.

@TalkTalk my 94 year old neighbour is having problems with his modem and can’t get through to talk to a human - the automated chat is completely inappropriate for him. Can you please call him to send an engineer? I can DM you his details.
