    @TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

    @Talktalk disappointed with Talktalk service I’ve called 020 3441 5550 spoke with an agent who said No you can’t have FTTP on Friday your agent said not a problem he was cancelling my Fibre install from BT 7the July 🤔 Ps can you reinstate my BT order

    @Johndale555 Got TalkTalk Freeview tv. BT sport through EE so can only watch on mobile or the tablet I’ve got. Probably cancel it after the free 3 months.

    @AliButcher @Raphaelite_Girl Wouldn't touch Sky with a bargepole, or TalkTalk, BT, Virgin, or any of the big names. Zen's customer service is fab, they are so lovely

    @Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

    @TalkTalk This is clearly a scheduled Openreach outage that numerous providers are covering up. If you know a fault is going to take exactly 36hrs to repair, that's not random, that's a planned outage.

    @TalkTalk I recently requested that my contract be cancelled at the end of my term. It took almost 40 mins of been offered new deal after new deal after saying I do not require the service anymore due to a change in circumstance. Why does it need to be so difficult to leave?

    @Ofcom requires @TalkTalk to provide accurate information to customers and treat them fairly. The Consumer Rights Act also says services must be delivered with reasonable care and within a reasonable time. Repeated cancelled installs + inaccurate info clearly fall short.

    @TalkTalk Having finally resolved wifi issue two weeks later, I’ve just been on the phone with the most rude and arrogant complaints manager I have ever experienced. Not the customer service I would expect from any organisation!

    @TalkTalk Hi our WiFi has been down all day and we have been given no clear way to fix it. We’ve just been told signal is fine in our area and we can’t get hold of anyone working in customer service. Can you pass on a different number?
