I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

NHD (@n4hd11) reportedCan someone @TalkTalk explain to me why my internet has been randomly going down for 2-10 minutes at least 8 times a day. Sometimes it will go down, come back up for a few minutes and then go down again. While writing this tweet my internet went down for over half an hour

Lee Adach (@lee_adach) reported@n4hd11 @TalkTalk I was keeping a record, but it became too much to keep up with. Had Talktalk engineer out, he said it was an Openreach issue... Openreach engineer attended and said it wasn't. Sent a new router, all fine for a few days and then boom, back to intermittent dropping again.
