@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

@Talktalk disappointed with Talktalk service I’ve called 020 3441 5550 spoke with an agent who said No you can’t have FTTP on Friday your agent said not a problem he was cancelling my Fibre install from BT 7the July 🤔 Ps can you reinstate my BT order

@AliButcher @Raphaelite_Girl Wouldn't touch Sky with a bargepole, or TalkTalk, BT, Virgin, or any of the big names. Zen's customer service is fab, they are so lovely

@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@TalkTalk Please ask your CEO to call me, I’ve had the worst experience dealing with your Company since my Father passed in February, TalkTalk should be investigated and fined for the way they treat customers, totally unacceptable!!! My number is 07737 691054, for what it’s worth!! 🤬🤬

@claudelittner @TalkTalk 12yrs a @BTGroup customer, never had a day without wi-fi and can count on fingers on one hand how many times its dropped out!! 2yrs of covid with 4 of us home, 2 kids 18/19 always on phone/netflix/school/uni lessons me and the wife working from home.. never an issue..

I knew @TalkTalk customer services where bad but 3 times I've just been passed over to 5 different people to repeat the same issue before the last one has cut me off. 2 hours of my life speaking with people who resolve nothing. Never again. Get what you pay for.🤬

Hi @TalkTalk. Could you please have a look at issues with network in Amersham area. The WiFi has been terrible since today morning and your online portal does not show any issues with the line. Talktalk dashboard isn't even loading right now and I am getting the speed of 5 Mbps

@TalkTalk This is my mobile number 07714247234. I have just been cut off whilst waiting to be connected to yoyr cancellation team. My own job is at risk due to the poor service delivery. I just want this to end.
