I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

Most of my videos are uploaded on the side of the road! TalkTalk know our problems, did nothing and kept taking the cash!

Darren Jenkins (@Villa51Darren) reported@TalkTalk following ur own “planned maintenance” this is now day 8 of my mum not having her landline. A vulnerable 90 yr old living alone , 100 miles away from only son. Totally unacceptable in modern tech age. Tech support, cust complaints, welfare , not 1 person can sort 😡😡
