    @TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

    Ive Replaced My Router We Have Had BT Engineers Here To Confirm It’s Not A Fault In Home It’s is Openreach You Cant Go From TalkTalk And Then Sky Then BT And Have The Same Issues It Has To Be The Line they Are Saying That

    Seriously... why do you companies make it so hard to cancel, @TalkTalk 20 minutes on the phone, for the call to be ended before contract is terminated 😤

    @Ofcom I have had problems with my service Complaint Information BT (ISSUE WITH OPENREACH) Poor Service This Fault Has Been Ongoing Since October 2019 Been With Talktalk And Sky In The Past Now With Bt Everyone of them Had the same issues

    Still holding again for @TalkTalk's woeful customer service. They don't honour their promises to call back, they're near impossible to contact with dysfunctional automated systems. They won't put me through to a manager. I've lost days of broadband. Companies like this shaft us.

    @TalkTalk Why does it take about 10 minutes of security questions to actually start on the problem? I don’t care if someone is pretending to be me to fix a connection problem, especially if it puts me out of the misery of being on the phone to you lot.
