@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@Johndale555 Got TalkTalk Freeview tv. BT sport through EE so can only watch on mobile or the tablet I’ve got. Probably cancel it after the free 3 months.

@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

@Talktalk disappointed with Talktalk service I’ve called 020 3441 5550 spoke with an agent who said No you can’t have FTTP on Friday your agent said not a problem he was cancelling my Fibre install from BT 7the July 🤔 Ps can you reinstate my BT order

I'm as guilty as the next for calling out poor customer service on here. However, we should also point out great service. Thank you @TalkTalk for a seamless home move - fibre connected on time, at 53mb, better speeds than before, even out here in the sticks. 🙏

@TalkTalk I have spend at least 15 hours of my life in the last few weeks trying to resolve a issue I am facing . I have a feeling now it is not the agents I am talking to is the issue it is actually the back office and your operating systems . Once last plea for help !!!!!

@wayne_amsdon @TalkTalk save your breath mate. I was told by a talktalk agent in South Africa that it’s a system wide issue and it can take up to 3-5 working days for it to be fixed. What a joke of a company!
