@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@TalkTalk, Spent an hour and a half being transferred between 4 of your agents, passed security 4 times, explained my complaint 4 times just to be disconnected and never called back!! Now agent won't connect to complaints department!
