    @TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

    @AliButcher @Raphaelite_Girl Wouldn't touch Sky with a bargepole, or TalkTalk, BT, Virgin, or any of the big names. Zen's customer service is fab, they are so lovely

    @TalkTalk is the Internet down in the bedfordshire area? Have looked on service centre and no faults on our line but router solid orange light and no internet. Have turned off for an hour and back on. Husband on call for nhs and needs internet to do his job over the weekend!

    @TalkTalk The main reason that I cancelled the upgrade is @TalkTalk’s continual poor service (low speeds and dropping service), allied with the total lack of customer service. I don’t want to tie into a new contract, and have every intention of leaving as soon as I can

    Want to put in a second phone line into the house so we can another internet provider to help with the smart tech and kits connected to it how can I go about it @OpenreachHelp once we have a second line we will be signing up for @TalkTalk me thinks

    The latest on @TalkTalk’S incompetence... I am now informed that despite calling on the 28th to cancel an order placed on the 22nd, they went ahead and processed it a few hours later. They have refused to do anything, and told me that so have to phone again. Another hour wasted.

    @TalkTalk This *is* my response to your DM, where I was told that *I* have to phone AGAIN to cancel. Yet another hour of my life wasted through @TalkTalk’s incompetence and refusal to sort it. You are, however, very skilled at passing the buck.

    @TalkTalk Been a long time customer with you. When it was Tiscali I had no issues. Since you took over forever having connection issues and support line no help. Seriously considering changing networks especially now that I am permanently working from home. Frustrated consumer!!
