    @TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

    Hello @TalkTalk me again! I’ve just spent another 100 minutes on chat. I have 2 very simple queries about items on my bill. But nobody was able to help. What should I do? Other than DM you again and spend ages on that. Can someone call me perhaps? It might restore a little faith

    What make companies like @TalkTalk think they can keep raking in customers' money for providing a shite 'service'? @billquiseng Never a reduction or compensation offered for poor provision..Always excuses, passing the blame..and prevarication @kylefenn

    @TalkTalk My account has been cancelled, and a new provider has taken over the line, but I have been charged. I need to ensure no more payments will be taken as the account is fully cancelled. Please can you help, i can't get though on the phone.

    @TalkTalk Appalling service from you guys. Customer for years. Upgraded to fibre last week, went live yesterday but no new router. (Old one not compatible). So no connection. No work getting done, no Youview ... New router has still not been dispatched 😡Time to move methinks.

    @TalkTalk Why must I have a problem with my internet every single day. This is pathetic and upsetting. We are in a pandemic and I still have to buy mobile data as my broadband is unreliable and I can’t work whilst it’s down. I can’t wait to switch so I can throw the router in the bin.
