@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

@AliButcher @Raphaelite_Girl Wouldn't touch Sky with a bargepole, or TalkTalk, BT, Virgin, or any of the big names. Zen's customer service is fab, they are so lovely

@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@TalkTalk so after a month of having internet with future fibre you now tell me you’ve lost my order details and need to cancel and rebuild it. Now without internet for a further 48 hours I’D ADVISE ABSOLUTELY NO ONE TO JOIN THIS COMPANY talk talk more like chat **** useless

@TalkTalk I tried that. Dimple in your cs and billing dept couldn't understand what I was complaining about and couldn't find me despite this complaint being dealt with by the ceo complaints team. I'm not sitting in a q to be told I can't be found anymore.
