@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

@AliButcher @Raphaelite_Girl Wouldn't touch Sky with a bargepole, or TalkTalk, BT, Virgin, or any of the big names. Zen's customer service is fab, they are so lovely

@TalkTalk another day 1 of 7 without Internet and constant contact had left us with no service just ridiculous !! Despite saying it was resolved phoned tonight and told another fault is evident ... rubbish we will be cancelling anyone moving house .. avoid and just change !!

@TalkTalk why have you failed us in the delivery of a new router? Despite calls yesterday where you promised it would be delivered today so we could connect to fibre It has NOT arrived. You don’t answer messages. We have no internet and run a business. Shocking customer service.

Current progress: BT line terminated. No phone or WiFi since 6am The router never arrived in the post. The engineer never showed up. He's now 1hr late & the @TalkTalk phone line just says we're too busy to take your call. Please text us #predictable 🤬
