@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@BBCWatchdog how can @TalkTalk be able to not provide you with internet for 18 days and counting, promise it'll be fixed after 7 working days but be lying and then refuse to cancel it?

@Ofcom @talktalk are getting around this by simply not confirming the appointments but also not telling the customer that the appointments are provisional and will be confirmed at a later date. Happened in my household 3 times, and each time the Agent on the phone failed to tell us.
