@Talktalk disappointed with Talktalk service I’ve called 020 3441 5550 spoke with an agent who said No you can’t have FTTP on Friday your agent said not a problem he was cancelling my Fibre install from BT 7the July 🤔 Ps can you reinstate my BT order

@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

My @TalkTalk broadband still doesn't work & I've lost patience with them because my broadband has gone down so many times. It's a particular nightmare at the moment. You just get so fed up with calling dyslexic call centres & then the problem returns & you must waste more time.

@YardleyShooting @TalkTalk Been there, done that. I tried to ping the chief executive on her LinkedIn account: no response. But then again, all telco service providers seem to have agreed amongst themselves to be equally crap. #telcocartel

@YardleyShooting @TalkTalk I would suggest BT Mike. I have fibre to the home and seems to be one of the better ones. Get speeds of 120meg down and 30meg up via direct connection to router (wifi a little slower though).

@Netflixhelps In unable to watch any channels. Have spoken to TalkTalk who say all is running ok & it's a fault with Netflix. I keep getting error message: ui-800-3. Have rebooted TV & Router numerous times. Help please

@TalkTalk Future Fibre installed in January, excellent connection for a week or so and now it's constantly getting cut off. We were told an engineer wouldn't be able to come out until 28th February and if we tried to cancel the contract, it would be £300. Terrible service
