    @TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup your call centre in South Africa is absolutely horrendous they was they speak to customers is rude. They women couldn’t understand my Britsh accent had to explain to her 11 times !!!!!

    @TalkTalk hi my internet has been off all day yesterday in Huyton, Liverpool router is flashing red , tried all resets in it , cannot get through to speak to anyone live , just stupid automated voices , can’t u please give me a number so I can actually speak to someone ,thx

    @TalkTalk Hi Mitchell I am without internet for last 3 days and I cannot work at all and it's impacting my office job. Today I was supposed to receive call from case manager but none.weekend there will be no support .let me know what I shld do.

    @TalkTalk What an amazingly generic response. However, my livelihood depends on the service that you offer and are failing to supply. You’re about to lose a customer. I can’t say I’ll be recommending your ‘services’ to anyone.

    @TalkTalk why is your site not acknowledging the mass outage across Southampton? It’s really frustrating to see you claim there not to be any issues when other places reporting issues for the past few hours #NotGoodEnough #DoBetter
