  @TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

  @JFBUS10 @TalkTalk From sharing my story online, I’ve heard some other horrible stories. Including them continuing to charge people they know are dead and families being asked to foot bill.

  More than 12 months later I have been contacted by debt recovery agents. Not only did @TalkTalk not cancel at my request they continued to charge me for over 12 months, at one point even renewing my contract. All with no contact despite my request.

  @BOBTAYL01081689 @TalkTalk Just drafting a letter of complaint first. They won’t deal with me as I don’t have power of attorney over my gran and they won’t give her the 4 digit account number so I can communicate on her behalf.

  @neviestickss @TalkTalk Don't give in, they deserve all the bad publicity they get because this is ridiculous behaviour for a huge company like @TalkTalk
