@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@TalkTalk You have had a year to sort this out, but every time I call or chat you run me through the same BS checks and still do nothing about it, your service is appalling! I don't work for you, I`m not one of your tech`s you fix your service! not me!

@TalkTalk I have BT FTTP now & out of contract. TalkTalk website says future fibre is available to my house. But my order was mysteriously cancelled without letting me know, and customer services can't give clear answer why my order can't be completed. Any reason this could be?

@TalkTalk its not just me my friend is also with talk talk and has the exact same issue high ping latency during the day, ive been over this same **** since the maintenance you did last monday im not doing any more speed tests id rather rip me left bollock off, its a problem on your end

Hey guys so I'm going to have no Internet for the next 5-7 days because my Internet is down and TalkTalk are refusing to do anything about it before next week so commissions have to pause. I'm really sorry about the delay! I won't be able to respond to anything for a lil while!
