@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

@AliButcher @Raphaelite_Girl Wouldn't touch Sky with a bargepole, or TalkTalk, BT, Virgin, or any of the big names. Zen's customer service is fab, they are so lovely

@TalkTalk Just had the worst possible customer service during an hour long phone call to one of your advisors! She was not able to rearrange an engineers appointment which I booked for just under two weeks’ time! She recommended I just miss it even though it would incur a fee (1)

@TalkTalk I have spend at least 15 hours of my life in the last few weeks trying to resolve a issue I am facing . I have a feeling now it is not the agents I am talking to is the issue it is actually the back office and your operating systems . Once last plea for help !!!!!

@TalkTalk I’m guessing others are having the same issue, but my wifi router seems to be working, no lights out etc, but ZERO internet connection, sort it out man
