@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@Talktalk disappointed with Talktalk service I’ve called 020 3441 5550 spoke with an agent who said No you can’t have FTTP on Friday your agent said not a problem he was cancelling my Fibre install from BT 7the July 🤔 Ps can you reinstate my BT order

@Liamrose17 @TalkTalk Yep they found out about high Pittington so assumed it was a bigger problem than just theirs. They’ve had no updates from them so no idea what’s going on or how long they’ll be cut off for!

@TalkTalk No internet PO22 it’s always been slow I don’t know why I’m paying you £28.50 a mth I’ve had fast fibre for a year never the speed you guaranteed on my contract I’m sick of you saying we’ll check it but that’s all you do even open Reach said it’s it’s archaic!

@TalkTalk So we can’t talk to anyone on the phone you’re shut!! Surprise surprise!!So I’d like to know exactly what’s happened I don’t see open Reach at the box up the road so what exactly is going on ?? It’s bad enough you’re in breech of contract for not supplying the speed u guarantee!
