@TalkTalk Unable to reconnect tv and android phone. Message is no signal on server. Disconnected and reconnected router. Unable to connect to server. Usually no issues with TalkTalk but so close to Christmas. Not a happy house.

I'm bloody furious @TalkTalk after making me run through tests I told him I'd already done he tells me the problem is fixed and to call back if it isn't. When I do inevitably call back I'm told you're closed. I'm disabled and need my Internet connection to be safe.

Has anyone ever tried to speak to a human being at @TalkTalk It's very difficult, then when you do get through, they're just doing heavy breathing down the phone and telling you they don't understand.

@TalkTalk worst customer service of a broadband provider I've ever experienced. 2 no shows from Openreach this week, every customer service assistant I speak to sells a different story and today you hung up on me three times whilst trying to deal with your no shows. Call me.

@TalkTalk I raised a fault on our line on 08/06, "This fault is still in progress. We are working to get this resolved for you". It said an Engineer didn't need to come to the house but one did (twice) when we were in work. No one back since. Signal dropping constantly.

@TalkTalk never ever have I dealt with such an incompetent organisation - I’ve spoken to at least 25 agents and been waiting since 13th April to get my broadband activated 🤬

@joycemcm @TalkTalk Our TalkTalk reception here in Cardiff is really poor too. Zoom keeps telling us we've got a poor connection - which we can see as people freeze in their boxes!

@TalkTalk But this isn’t discussing my account. It’s telling people that you refused to replace a 7, now 8, year old router that frankly isn’t fit for purpose. And that your service drops out several time a day and since putting in notice has became several times an hour.

@TalkTalk Why don’t you dare talk publicly? And why would I do that? I tried for over a year to get a modern router since mine is more than 5 years old. You said no and continued providing a terrible service. I leave Monday to a much higher speed and lower price.

@TalkTalk @Paul06137550 Honestly why would anyone do that? I’ve been with talk talk 8 years and you won’t even give me a modern router. Thankfully have a new service going live on Monday, triple your advertised speed (we all know you actually give 10x less than advertised) and less than half the price.

@TalkTalk our WiFi has gone down, the account holder called you to give you permission to give me a call as I’m working from home. You declined, asked him to conference the call whilst he is driving a multiple tonne HGV?! You then hung up. Left without connection for work.
