My Dad arranged a price over the phone (new contract) but needed a new email address to proceed.. Now I have recieved an email with a complete different price. No one I can understand over the phone and constantly left on hold!

The list jockeys drive me to distraction and no-one actually owns the problem. Seriously tempted to switch. I will wait to see if my issues are suitability resolved first. Watch this space.

Getting really fed up of your services lately and will be looking to switch ISP as soon as possible. Too many times this happens. Unstable connection everyday and now it's off completely. My daughter joined at same time but has been with Virgin and Sky since and had nothing but trouble. I’m hoping my luck carries on, but you never know 🤞
