    @TalkTalk this is the worst customer service I’ve had in my life phone out down five times I’m in work it’s took a hour the manager I’m speaking to is singing down the phone he doesn’t know I’m online as he can’t here me. The other staff member couldn’t be assed put phone down

    @TalkTalk my WiFi has been so slow for the past 4 days. It's a pain waiting for music to play for my baby. Or trying to work whilst he naps and waiting for WiFi to kick in.

    @TalkTalk @MoneyTelegraph I am so frustrated with TalkTalk customer service! No internet for 11 days now escalated 3 times to an engineer to check the line! To be told no fault on the line! I know this!!! The fault is at the socket!!

    @becaJohns @TalkTalk I had the same issue. Was being charged 36 for a few months!! Even though the deal was at 26. Apparently after 18 months they change it back to 36 without informing you 🙄

    Day 7 of #talktalk issues and no hint of resolve. Last time I had this problem it was 63 days

    Can’t believe how poor some companies are. @TalkTalk next on the list. Say 17th October for internet then call up today as not live and say it will be 6th November! I’d be ashamed being a Director or even Manager in such an organisation.

    So @virginmedia after 8 years of loyal custom you want to charge us more for our T.V and internet than we have been paying, or that our friends pay ......jog on! @TalkTalk @SkyHelpTeam @bt_uk what t.v and internet packages can you offer a loyal customer.

    Signed up @TalkTalk Broadband on the 12th November and I was connected today. Set router up this evening. Its crap. I hereby give you notice within the 20 day cooling off period that I'm leaving.

    The saga with trying to re-contract to @TalkTalk continues. It’s taken about 3 weeks of calls to escalate the matter. I know it’s a proper first world problem, but what a poor way to run a company. Apparently I can expect a call back within 24-48 hours. We’ll see…

    On hold with TalkTalk customer service chat for now 1 full hour. I know I'll have to opt for phoning but my head is thumping today and the idea of speaking to someone over the phone or hearing hold music makes me want to die.

    @TalkTalk I will be leaving you your service is crap your prices are outrageous I have to chose between Internet or food each month 48 a mth for Internet and a phone i don't use how can you pray on the hard up families on benefits it's shocking
