@TalkTalk awful service. Had issues for weeks. My Dad arranged a price over the phone (new contract) but needed a new email address to proceed.. Now I have recieved an email with a complete different price. No one I can understand over the phone and constantly left on hold!

Disgusted with @talktalk “customer service”. My elderly mother lives on her own and has recently had a stroke can’t get anyone to sort out her talk talk internet for “a few days”. She relies heavily on the internet for shopping, banking and socialising. Causing much distress.

If you are offered the upgrade to the fastest, most reliable broadband from Talktalk don’t bother …we have had no internet since our installation and am on my 3rd phone call They can’t help because I can’t give them ALL the security answers - need internet to check my answers

@TalkTalk I have had my service cutting off almost every day for a week straight. It disappears anywhere from 30 min to a couple of hours and no amount of router restarts help. Every time I've contacted you I get told nothing's wrong and I'm this close 🤏 to ditching you.
