    @TalkTalk Was never able to get in contact with you via Facebook email or phone only wanted to contact me when I decided to leave . And I have to pay for privilege to do so . Well when you want my final payment take me to court and I will sing from the rooftops about how bad you are .

    @TalkTalk Absolutely rubbish router. Constantly crashes mid way through watching any streaming service. Then I have to re pair my printer to the router. 2 months then your history!

    @TalkTalk Why send messages when we have spoke on the phone numerous times, your engineer has been out and he phoned his supervisor because he couldn't tune in the box so I am sure it can't be done by sending you a message. We were promised a new set top box so where is it? Poor service.

    @TalkTalk Still having problems - think this is Day 11. Broadband works fine during evenings and overnights but more down than up during the day. @TalkTalk response is very disappointing, so will be looking at other suppliers this week.

    @TalkTalk on 17th of April I will be stopping my direct debit to TALKTALK my bill has gone up every year since I signed up in 2014 and now come 18th its going up again I've never used landline but still get charged 4it

    @Clouds861 @VodafoneUK If it's 14 days or less into it, you're still in your cooling off period and SHOULD be able to cancel for free. I'd advise you to do so too, they're the worst provider I've ever been with. I thought TalkTalk were bad, but wow they've got nothing on this lot.
