    @TalkTalk awful service. Had issues for weeks. My Dad arranged a price over the phone (new contract) but needed a new email address to proceed.. Now I have recieved an email with a complete different price. No one I can understand over the phone and constantly left on hold!

    @TalkTalk Hi - I want to delete my account. It’s impossible to do online. You’re also allowing me to view usage, device names etc. of the current tenants. This is a massive privacy issue. Will make a complaint to ICO if not resolved in 30 days. You have no email contact either.

    Loving the rubbish service from @TalkTalk at the moment, wife spent over and hour with their online chat robot customer service thingie. To be told some excuse and call back later. The router keeps dropping out, which kinda messes the entire house up... #FirstWorldProblems
