@TalkTalk awful service. Had issues for weeks. My Dad arranged a price over the phone (new contract) but needed a new email address to proceed.. Now I have recieved an email with a complete different price. No one I can understand over the phone and constantly left on hold!

@TalkTalk We had our full fibre installed on the 30th Dec 21, since that day we've had 4 days of internet, 23 days and counting with nothing. Working from Home plus children... with no internet and the issue is still not resolved, no engineer from @CityFibre nor @TalkTalk has been offered

Now entering my second hour on the phone to @TalkTalk to try and resolve my #crapinternet and have so far managed to make the astounding progress of explaining the issue to 4 different people, passing security 4 times and still not tried anything to fix #rubbish
