@TalkTalk awful service. Had issues for weeks. My Dad arranged a price over the phone (new contract) but needed a new email address to proceed.. Now I have recieved an email with a complete different price. No one I can understand over the phone and constantly left on hold!

Anyone thinking of getting Talktalk broadband seriously avoid it like the plague. Probably the worst broadband provider ever. Since two weeks connection keeps going down. Advisors aren’t well educated on what to do. Will be cancelling my contact tomorrow.
