    @ukaudiophile @TalkTalk @zeninternet Oh interesting-thank you. I've not heard of Zeininternet. I will look into this. I'm seriously thinking of switching as the problems with TalkTalk are wracking up and it's wearisome trying to get them to resolve them.

    Fuming! Problems with my @TalkTalk Internet. Support arranged an engineer to visit. Insisted I had to be in or I'd be charged £50 callout fee. Just got my bill and despite being in I've been charged the £50 anyway. WTF! And it's still not working properly.

    @TalkTalk No. I'm in Skelmersdale. You have an outage somewhere. Been like this since 12am. Comes on for an hour, goes off for 4 hours. I'm not wasting my time with stuff that's not my fault. Done this too many times in the past.

    @ukaudiophile @TalkTalk @zeninternet I would really welcome local support. I'm so tired of protracted phonecalls to overseas call centres and struggling to understand staff. Phonecalls I make take a minimum of 45 minutes each time and I am losing the will to live.

    Don't ever get @TalkTalk broadband, it's awful. Goes off quite regularly and sometimes it's off for multiple hours like today. They will deny it's their fault aswell. Trash ISP.

    @TalkTalk Still no Internet. What the hell is going on? Getting really fed up of your services lately and will be looking to switch ISP as soon as possible. Too many times this happens. Unstable connection everyday and now it's off completely. This is the final blow for me.

    @TalkTalk @BTSopenreach so day 5 of no Internet after placing an order for future fibre I was told by 5pm today my issue would be resolved. I am now being told by Thursday. Shocking service by both companies.

    @TalkTalk Honestly it’s an almost daily occurrence and I’ve done this DM all your details thing before and frankly there is never any resolution so I won’t thank you - I’m sure talktalk must know where the service isn’t working

    @ukaudiophile @TalkTalk @zeninternet I've been with TalkTalk quite a number of years now & it gets no better. The list jockeys drive me to distraction and no-one actually owns the problem. Seriously tempted to switch. I will wait to see if my issues are suitability resolved first. Watch this space.

    @TalkTalk And from 6pm tonight it looks like there's a national outage, multiple complaints on down detection websites and yet no customer services. Absolutely appalling communication and customer service

    @TalkTalk How come your customer service desk didn’t know anything about this issue. I’ve spent 2 hours on the phone and they had me doing line checks. This is poor communication on Talk talk’s behalf. You should be called Talk Less 😬

    Since our @TalkTalk WiFi had stopped working AGAIN I am trying to find work which doesn’t need email internet phone or printing!! Absolutely fed up with a constant go slow service

    @TalkTalk Good afternoon, was speaking to an advisor yesterday for at least 90 minutes about my Internet not working hence limited t.v. no amazon or free view recordings. At the end of conversation I was told someone would be ringing me to advise me when an engineer would call to sort it

I have been trying to get rid of them since November, despite countless calls, hours on the phone, disconnections, poor reception, passed around dept's, shameless social media team who just send you back to the call centres. It's hell.

    @TalkTalk You need to see the replies of the DM team to me. They don't even know a cancellation request has already been put through and what my complaint. They just get the last note from their records and write replies on twitter. They don't even go through the history! Useless.

    @TalkTalk NGL would be better if our internet was working. Fast running out of mobile data and paying Sky for services we can’t use. Not had any update on the fault raised yesterday. Poor form really
